Serena: the TwoDay Slim Down is just another so-so meal replacement. Basically, you don’t EAT for 2 days, so of course you are going to see a decrease on the scale. But for me, it came RIGHT BACK. I would not recommend.

Marcia: The 2 Day Slim Down diet was not one of the better experiences I’ve had in life. For two days, I drank nothing but these mixes and water, confident that I would lose a bunch of weight. And, after the two days, I did lose a few pounds, but they came right back as soon as I started eating real food again.

Audrey: HEllo! Someone had asked about Stevia, which is the sweetener used in the Two Day Slim Down. Well, I just wanted to ALERT you to some stuff I have read about Stevia. Apparently, it has been found to cause genetic mutations in rats, and has been called an “unsafe food additive” by some regulatory agencies & stuff. It seems like pretty scary stuff, to me.

Betsy: Well, I sort of expected that 2 Day Slim Down would not be quite as easy as it sounded. In the past, I have done juice fasts and detox diets and I have the willpower to resist certain foods. I thought, it’s only 2 days, no big deal. But, the amount of caffeine in the formula kept me up, and THAT made me want to eat late at night, because I was bored and couldn’t sleep. I failed the diet, and didn’t lose any weight, it was a huge disappointment.

Valerie: Another thing that sucks about any kind of “fasting” diet is that it can lower ur metabolism. This will make your body less able to burn calories once u start eating again!

Charlie: Some of the elliptical machines at my gym have moving arms; do you get a better workout if you use them? I notice that a lot of people don’t and I am not sure if they are useful.

I had to scramble to find a whole new dress on the wedding day, plus shoes, jewelry, everything! What a disaster that was.

Sharon: I am 1 day through the 2 days. It really has been easier than I thought to not eat all day. The taste is fine and I have had no discomfort or stomach cramps or anything else of that nature. It seems that everytime I start to feel hungry it was time to have another glass. I know how the diet thing goes, and that losing weight fast is bad, but if this helps to shrink the stomach a little and kick start better habits, than it will be worth it. The only down side is that it came w/ no additional instructions such as how often is it safe to use this. Anyway, so far so good.
