I am a life-time member of WW. If it were not for this program, I would not be at a healthy weight to this day. It IS NOT a diet. It is a life style change. WW teaches you the correct portion size, better choices, and most of all healthy thought process about food overall. It is a wonderful program for anyone who is willing to commit and want to change their unhealthy life style for a healthy one and be successful at it forever. You can eat most anything you want following the WW program, you simply must use good judgement. It will not happen over night,or in a couple of months. It is a slow, steady, and healthy weight loss process that does work. People that are serious about weight loss will stop fooling themselves and learn what real portion control is, how to cook healthier, and start moveing more. There is no other way to live better and happier.

I have been a weight watchers lifetime member since march 2008. I joined back in sept 2007. I lost 22 lbs. and have kept it off since. To me it is the best food plan because you can eat whatever you want to eat. The plan gives you 35 extra points a week to splurge. If you are counting points. This is not a diet....

Ok guys I am having a hard time with the people that are saying this program is too hard. This it a life style change not a diet. It follows all the guide line for a healthy life. 2 dairy products 5 servings of fruits and vegetables and 2 tsp of healthy oils. I snack all day and still stay in my points range. I eat my daily requirements but still have yummy stuff. Popcorn, chips, chocolate, ice cream. Not all in one day but I pick and choose wisely what to have each day. Guys this is about being healthy and feeling good about ourselves not about what program is going to let us be couch potatoes and eat chips all day. Its not easy but it is life and if we want to keep it we have to work on it. I have been doing this program for over seven years now in between 3 children. There is no better way to live!

I joined weight watchers 6 months ago, I have already lost my 5%weight and Im now working on losing 10% of my body fat. I love the meetings and I need to have someone weigh me and to see their face light up when i loose, it makes me feel so good. WW is working slowly and surely for me.

Had a bad time on this program. Too tough for me.
Food should be enjoyed. Moderation is the key.
What happens when you run out of points and you are hungry?
I found it all very stressful. I guess it's like anything out there:
one size doesn't fit all!

I feel like if i were to do the diet with a friend or someone close, it would be easier. It sounds like a nice program some of the recipes i found online were quite delicious.

I understand why one would get something like Hoodia bites or Nuphedrine while doing weight watchers, as I feel the hunger even when I'm not on a diet!!!
