Cami: Umm, I see the Right Size Smoothies are NOT fat free! How can I DIET if I’m still eating FAT??? No thanks!
Amber: WEll, I guess i didn’t realize that RIghtSize Smoothies were meal replacement. I tend to feel VERY deprived on meal replacements, so i dont think this is for me.
Katey: I guess i think it’s kind of stupid to have an appetite suppressant in a shake like RightSize. I think appetite suppressants are more useful for people who EAT FOOD & stuff.
Aron: These Right Size Smoothies might be okay, I could use something to keep me away from the fast food joints. I tend to hit those up 5 or 6 times a week, for any meal. I just don’t know how good they taste or if they’d really fill me up enough.
Fern: What is the appetite suppressant in RightSize????
Jody: Well, RightSize DOES taste better than Slim Fast, so it gets a thumbs up for me! AS long as I don’t have to drink those chalky nasty drinks, I’m okay.
Laura: Thx for the good reviews, it was very useful to me to read about how alot of people have hunger probelms with RightSize Smoothies. That is all i needed to hear….its not for me.
Samuel: UGh, too much caffeine in the RightSize Smoothies for me, I don’t agree with that, caffeine affects me too much and I cannot ever sleep.
MOrgan: I like soy protein, and I think the shakes taste pretty good, esp. the berry blend one. i love berries. it’s sometimes hard to find a good berry protein powder, usualy they just come in chocolate and vanilla. Anyway RightSize Smoothies are good, no weight loss, but I feel better just drinking the shakes instead of eating less bloated i guess.
danielle: Not sure this is the way I want to go for my diet; I think if I did a meal repalcement diet I would get bored and end up wanting to binge or something. Has RightSize helped anyone lose 45 lbs or more, that’s what I’m trying to do.
Sarah: I don’t think I could stay on RightSize too long, bcs i would just get all sorts of food cravings. I would rather take a Hoodia pill or seomthing.
ROBERT: Well I do not care for the flavor selections of the Right Size Shakes, I would prefer some tropical flavors, they are more exciting.
Franklin: How many calories in a RightSize Smoothie?
KL975: the right size smoothies seem to have vitamins but i don’t quite know how they help with weight loss? is the idea to just eat drink this instead of food or what?
Amelia: Hi Daniele, I don’t think RightSize Smoothies would be so good for losing 45 lbs. I think you would have to be on it a long time.
Missy: I think these RightSize shakes taste ok, but I’m starting to get a little sick of not having food. I need variety.
Angie: Hoodia is an awesome appetite suppressant, if you want something natural; I use Hoodia Bites based on the rave review I read, lost 9 lbs the first 3 weeks. I get it here http://www.hoodiabites.com/mags/ they taste good too.
Heidi: Hi, great site, thanks for all of the excellent info. My question is, is there caffeine in RightSize Smootheis? I have to be VERY careful bcs I am super sensitive to caffeine. Pls let me k now. thanks.
trailmixx31: I dont think this “Appemine” appetite suppressant they use in Right SIze shakes is very good, from what i have read about it its not even scientifically proven to work.
Daryl: Thanks for the info everyone, this one does not sound to good.
Milan: These Right Size Smoothie are good for me in the morning, it give me extra energy. Must have some caffeine in the formula, I think, I don’t need to drink much coffee now. It is a nice light breakfast that saves me time. Not intending to lose weight, just get some vitamins.
Gwenna: Hi, I tried RightSize Shakes, they tasted all right but I was hungrier than ever. So i would have to say they were a FAILURE. thumbs down.
Rheanna: Using a meal replacement shake like RightSize seemed like a good idea to me, when I first read about it. I thought it could help me control cravings or something, but from the review, I’m starting to wonder how well this method is. Think I need to keep on looking
Joy: EXCELLENT SITE! Thankfully I read the Right Size review BEFORE spending fifty bucks on some shake mix that won’t make me skinny!!!
Lizbeth: What is this Appemine thats in RightSize???? I never heard of it before.
MOOSE: Right Size was no good, I’m still OVErSIZED
Edith: would like to find a workout buddy of some sort how do i go about doing this. thank you
Jellybean003: I bought some RightSize and its the most EXPENSIVE diet stuff I have ever gotten, no real results though did not taste too bad.
Holly: WhatEVER is in Right Size, don’t be fooled into thinking it will make your hunger disappear. Mine didn’t. I used Right Size for six weeeks, my size never changed, my metabolism was not affected. It wasn’t doing much of anything, just cost too much money.
Alyson: RightSize Smoothies seem only average, yet overpriced. After reading this review, I think I’m going to pass on this one.
Joceyln: Well I don’t think the Right Size shakes even taste very good. But I would prefer to just eat fresh foods anyway.
Stacey: rightsize is too costly. I lost weight but i couldn’t afford it. So when I stopped using it I got fatter. Rightsize is for those people who want to “maintain weight”. It’s not for people who want to “lose weight”.
Stan Johnson: Overpriced!!! I’m on the 2nd week of my plan (i.e., 2 smoothies a day and one balanced meal) and I’m not losing nor gaining weight. I purchased the Right Size Smoothies because I wanted to lose pounds…not working for me.
Katie: I purchased the right size smothies and stayed with every step on how to loose the weight. The problem is I gave up 2 meals and ate 4 o/z of meat and 2 steam veggies. my weight was 270 now my weight is 285 I have gain 15 pounds. this is not a weight loss it’s a weight gain.
Melissa: I love right size it taste great, and It makes me feel full and satisfied. As far as losing weight you still have to exercise and drink two shakes a day with a healthy meal. Thumbs up Right size!
RCM: Biggest waste of money ever! Didn’t work. Gained weight even with following the plan.
TRB: I have used Right Size for 2 weeks and have lost 6 lbs. If you gained weight then you are not watching your snacks and you are not exercising . Will keep on using it until I lose 40 lbs.
After using Right size for 2 weeks, I have lost 6lbs. If you gained weight then you are not excercising and watching your snacks.Good job Right size
Carol D.: Isn’t it just common knowledge to exercise & eat right to lose weight, even if you are following a special diet? I made appropriate changes, never lost a lb with these nasty-tasting smoothies. And, is it me or does something seem fishy about “TRB”’s post? Do you work for the company???
Anonymous: my cousin lost 35 pounds on right size but she was going to the gym and eating 1 meal a day I am going to at least try and hope for the best
samantha: Well if she was just eating 1 meal a day and going to the gym, then that was what was making her lose weight….not Right Size Smoothies. I didn’t lose any weight with these, they tasted gross and they have fat in them. Plus this appetite suppressant “appemine” didn’t’ seem to do a thing for me. I’m going to try Hoodia instead.
wally palmer: Smoothie actually made me nauseous. Returned product and found that they don’t refund shipping and handling. And guess what? The entire price I paid (19.95) was shipping and handling. If I had know that, I would have kept the product, thereby saving the $10 it cost me to return product to them, and would have given my dog the smoothies. He needs to lose weight, and maybe they would work for him.
alan eagleton: I have been using right size for 3 months now and I canno’t say enough good about it. It gives me the ability to not snack, I don’t feel hungry all the time I have lost 42 pounds so far.
Rachel Morris: The whole point of me drinking the Right Size smoothies is to not snack, and it is not having a great effect on my appetite. In 3 weeks I’ve felt nothing but bloated for about an hour after drinking them, but then always get hungry about 2 hrs later. And they taste too chalky. REally loved the concept but its just not working out after all, sorry.
Constanette: I have been on Right Size for 2 DAYS and I have notice a decrease in my cravings for sweets and carbs, which is the cause of my weight gain. I have read the reviews, but I didn’t read anything about vitamins. Vitamins are essential, especially when dieting. I received four sample multi-vitamins (which has the suppressent APPEMINE), as well as four sample supplements that has green tea, which has caffein (green tea has less caffein that coffee, and is better for you). I use Right Size smoothie as a snack between meals (instead of potato chips and snicker bars). I like the Right Size smoothie; but three square meals and exercise is still important as well.
Jane N.: Well, I also found the Right Size smoothies to be too chalky and bloating..and sadly, they didn’t seem to be controlling my appetite so very much at all. And really, if you are taking a truly effective appetite suppressant, you shouldn’t have to also be doing shakes or smoothies, its kind of redundant. i switched up to Hoodia P57 and i think its a much better appetite suppressant than teh “appemine” in Right Size. and I eat regular food, too!
Donna: I was extremely lucky and found Right size on sale. I have used it for 2 days now. No appetite. Lots of energy and I think the shakes taste awesome. It gives me that needed sweetness without a lot of sugar. Wish me luck!!
joanne: I guess if I’m going to take an appetite suppressant, i want one that’s good enough that i can still eat FOOD. I dont understand why i would have to do “meal replacement” shakes like Right Size Smoothies IF THE APPETITE SUPPRESSANT ACTUALLY WORKED. I would think that if it was a really good app. suppressant, i would be able to control myself with the regular food, right? But all that happened with Right Size was that a.) i was hungry bcs i wasn’t eating solid food b.) i was hungry bcs the appetite suppressant “appemine” did not work and C.) i was just plain hungry!
MARIA DAVIS: My husband & I drive a big rig cross-country. These RightSize Smoothies are great for us! They are a “quick meal” on the go, taste delicious and per serving, they are a lot cheaper than stopping to eat breakfast somewhere! We’ve lost some weight with RightSize, but better yet, we have not gained any! Sometimes we have two a day instead of eating at some truck stop! Mixing the chocolate with the vanilla and the cappuccino makes for a great change! They taste so good that we miss them if we don’t have at least 2 or 3 a week! We will definitely continue to buy this great product! Maria
nif_64: Maria, that’s a good point I suppose the Right Size Smoothies are good “meals on the go” type of thing and I wouldn’t be opposed to drinking them occasionally for breakfast or lunch. I couldn’t handle it every day, I was bored after 4 days (but stuck wiht it for a month) and I dont know if i lost weight but my jeans are still too tight.
tina: I like the chocolate shakes. They taste WAY better than Slim Fast and so far, I have lost 12 pounds on it. I am still hungry, but be honest, you’re going to be hungry until your stomach gets used to you eating much less food. I am in this for the long haul, and I think they are pretty good, albeit a bit expensive, but I would be buying food instead and that’s not cheap either.
amy: well see that was exactly my problem with Right Size smoothies..after a while of having the shakes instead of solid food, my stomach (and metabolism) both shrunk to get used to it. But then when i started in with the maintenance phase and was eating regular again, my stomach stretched to accomodate the food, but my metabolism stayed right where it was. my nutritionist said that by the end of all this my body was only able to handle about 1000 calories a day and that if i went over that i gained weight. And i surely did gain weight, to the tune of 27 lbs. After that, i went on a normal diet and i got back to the size i wanted to be. South Beach was my diet, btw.
Cynthia: Thanks for all the comments. My friend and I was thinking about tryying the right size smoothies but I don’t think that I am going to try it…It seems like it may be a Special K diet which is much cheaper.
Darrell: I just purchased the right size smoothie. I did like the taste, I mixed it with orange juice and found it to taste pretty good. I have read all the messages on this site and I will be the judge about this product. I also excercise 5 times a week after work, I also take the Hoodia pills to help suppress my hunger, so far it is doing ok. I will let you know the progress in future weeks.
Darrell: Oh by the way I did find to my suprise by mistake the right size smoothie in the grocery store in the diet section, it cost only $27.99 dollars, if it works I will be getting it from the store instead of ordering them on-line.
kimberly: well darrell if your taking Hoodia then you proibably won’t need Right Size Smoothies anymore…I find that the appetite suppresant in Right size (appemine) didn’t work nearly as well as Hoodia. I think meal replacement and app. suppression don’t have to be done together as they cancel themselves out. I have no need to drink Right Size now that i have these Hoodia Bites (candy! Yum).
PS mixing the smoothie with Orange Juice adds calories and sugar.
Theresa: Well, I found that Right Size Smoothies still left me very hungry to the point where i was feeling shaky from hunger within a few hours of drinking one. I realized that liquid meal replacement is just not the answer for me. I heard about these drinks called Slim Shot Diet drinks that are kind of like a fruity soda drink, but NOT meal replacement so you can eat whatever. And the drink has a fat burner! so i have been drinking these instead and doing really well. LOVE the fact that i can eat, I have energy and vitamins, and i have lost 12 lbs. over the past month.
Darrell: Thanks Kimberly for the advice. I will switch to skim milk instead. So far so good. I am on the go alot so the shakes come in handy. I drink one in the morning and one for lunch, and I don’t feel hungry. As Tina stated in her blog you do feel hungry but not much. I am alright for now, and it’s time for me to do my work out.
Lynne: Yeah some people love shakes because they’re easy to grab on the go and quick to consume…that’s why there are so many diets out there; cuz everyone has different needs. For me, Right Size Smoothies just leave me too hungry, that’s the bottom line. I need to feel some sense of having eaten food. Hey Theresa, those slim shots drinks, are they portable?
THANKS – this blog rocks.
Carole: I have been using this product for 3 weeks and find it to be very benificial in controling cravings and diminishing hunger. I will let you know further after I have been on RS Smoothies for a longer time period.
Joy: How many calories are in one shake/smoothie, from RightSize?
NAtalie: The one I bought was the Leano Cappuccino Right Size smootihes and one of those has 100 calories. And thasts not bad, if it really filled me up! Problem is that I would still be hungry and end up grazing on food all day, eating significantly more calories! I’m prefering the hoodia bites – only a few calories and I AM NOT HUNgRY! I eat a decent size meal that fills me up enough and this prevents me from snacking. Right size has good idea, just, not very effective, i didn’t think.
Felice Sadicario: The smoothy is in fact delicious. I use it for a meal replacement and I’m not very hungry in-between. I use it in conjunction with my Weight Watchers point.
Nancy: Not sure if this stuff works as of yet but I did try it. It tastes okay but does have a bit of a chalky taste to it. This is only day two and not feeling jittery even though I have a sensitivity to caffeine. Not really hungry. Here’s what makes me angry . . . I called the support line to find out the date of my trial period and I was told that I just need to make sure I only opened one can! What???? I already opened both! They said that if you open both cans, it forfeits your trial membership and you’ll be charged! The sales rep never mentioned anything about opening one can only – and they go so fast through the terms that I think their goal is to confuse you and get you to agree on the terms even though the terms will be in writing only. Well who really looks at the paperwork first? I went right for the smoothie and tried it and figured I’d read the paperwork later. After all, everything seemed pretty clear when the rep explained it to me. I’m so pissed. I’m ready to return it to them and dispute the charges on my card! Anyone have similar problems like this?
Amy: yeah, Nancy, i had the same BS with the trial membership and the cans,…see, to me, a “trial” should mean that you actually get to TRY the product, for a fair and decent amount of time. And really one can doesn’t last veryy long at all. Anyway, as far as evaluating the actual Right Size Smoothies – i think the taste is OK but I was still really really hungry…..i have since found an appetite suppressant where i could still eat (Hoodia P57, its the best) and I’m doing a lot better now. Maybe you should file a complaint on ripoff report, nancy…i was thinking of doing that.
Nancy: Thanks, Amy! I will definitely file a report and dispute the charges. Someone mentioned that they found the same product at the grocery store for about half price. I think I will look for these if I get good results by the 22nd which is my doctor’s appointment. I’m not going to buy anything off of this company! What I actually did is blend the smoothie with frozen fruit like strawberries. I also tried the vanilla with pineapple and ice. Not bad. It really makes a difference in the hunger you’ll feel. I have a low thyroid so I’m on synthroid and diet pills are not compatible I’ve heard so I’m really scared to try anything like that. I’m also really sensitive to caffeine. Does Hoodia P57 give you the jitters?
Amy: Nope, no jitters with Hoodia P57, it doesn’t have any stimulants, just pure Hoodia. I’ve gotten my calorie intake to about 1000/day with this. THanks for the tips on improving the taste of the Right Size smoothies…won’t be ordering these again but sounds good with maybe a different protein powder base? or yogurt. Good luck Nancy.
Bianca: ok 1st things 1st… y does it seem or is it just me that about 99% of all the thumbs down are frm ppl who haven’t even tried the product… how can u even comment on something u haven’t tried tlk bout negativity… n 2 me personaly it seems tht not only r u negative bout the product but most of u suggest the same product instead… Hoodia?!?!?!? can we say tht this site mite be sabotaged??? i think so…. ne wayz my comment twards “right size”… i called…. n im waiting for my pakage to come im gonna try it with an open mind… i’ll keep u all posted nd to all those who r currently taking it….. best of luck to u… keep me posted as well…
Suzie: I tried the Right Size Smoothie diet which worked for me. I went on an 8-week diet and loss 14 lbs. I consumed an average of 1200 calories per day which included one RightSize smoothie that was used as a meal replacement (for dinner) It took about 3 days for the smoothie to suppress my appetite–it suppressed by hunger by about 85% which was satisfying enough for me to survive the diet. I lost about 13 to 14 lbs during the 8-week period that was from 05/2006 to 07/2006. Then I decided to lose additional weight by going on the same diet for another 8 weeks which was from 01/2007 to 03/2007, and I lost 15 lbs. Today is 12/30/2008 and I do not regret going on this diet. This diet may not work for everyone, but it did work well for me. And I am happy to say that I have not gained any of the weight back.
Rachel Morris: Dear Bianca.
My question for you is, how do you know who has tried Right Size Smoothies and who hasn’t? I commented on this product (see my post on this forum), having tried it and found it to be ineffective and unpleasant. And do you see the irony in the fact that you haven’t tried it yourself? So, you think that you, who haven’t tried this product, are somehow more qualified to comment than me, who HAS tried it? I’m not sure I follow your logic. This is a forum for opinions and certainly, those who have tried the product in question know more than those who haven’t, but all opinions are welcome (including yours).
Just please don’t make weird judgments about other people’s opinions, not unless you can back it up with facts.
Bianca: dear rachel, before i commented my opinion i read all the other ones… just to see what it is tht i was getting myself into… nd by reading all those with thumbs down i found tht most… once again not all of them to be negative about a product they didn’t even try… read a couple of them nd u’ll understand y i said wat i said…. thts also y i didn’t hv a thumbs up nor dwn 4 this product… i dnt knw call me crazy but i belive in order 2 give a positive or negative opinion bout something u should try it 1st…nd dnt take me wrong i fully appriciate ur opinion being the fact tht u gave ur imput on a product U DID try… i take tht with full consideration nd a tool of hlp 4 me.. so thnx 4 tht…oh nd just 2 clarify things, theres no judgement thing going on here… i came on this site cuz i wanted to knw the cold hard truth about this prouduct… and according to the sites information the opinions come for those who hv tried the product… nd yet it seems like alot of ppl on here who hv commented hvn’t really tried it… just like u i want an effective way to loose the weight ive gained the last couple of yrs so there for tryin 2 find something tht wrks is really important 4 me… im srry that this product didnt wrk for u nd i wish u the best of luck in finding something tht does… happy new yr!!!
Nisha: What a scam! I ordered, they charged my card and I never got the product. All my calls were useless. BEWARE!!!!
bianca: ok so i got my smoothies already nd so far so good… its only day 2 but so far the taste is great it doesn’t hv tht chalky taste to it… i’ve already tried 2 of there “right size” recipies….nd they do seem to fill me up… but like i said it’s only day 2… i’ll keep ya posted….
Marie: I am interested but am a diabetic how good is it for me…..
Victoria: i tried Slend-A-Berry from right size Smoothies and It just didn’t do the trick for me. The flavor also very artificial tasting was tolerable but it just didn’t keep me full at all. I am not even a big eater, I just love real food and I don’t know what I was thinking when i ordered but I just can’t replace a meal by a drink.
I am gonna do more reading on the other blog and try to figure out what would be best for me, I need to loose 18lbs (baby weight).
Anonymous: i’ve been doing right size smoothies about 3 wks now and see no results at all i have not lost 1 pound yet i will try it for 2 more weeks and see what happens
keisha: they are delish and you have to exercise with any thing you do. replacing to meals with this is all you need and besides some people just want to eat.
Lilly_KY: Just want to say, I have tried the right size smoothies (Leano Cappuccino) and I am not a fan. I didn’t loose weight and still felt hungry after I drank it. I may be right for some people but not me.
samantha l.: i just started right size and i love the way they taste and they do make me feel full with the water & vitamins u must take. i’m hoping to lose 75 lbs. with right size and excercise and a balanced dinner.have anyone lost with it. please let me know
jennifer: I haven’t lost any weight with Right Size Smoothies. They taste fine and all but they’re no substitute for food, and i honestly don;t think the appetite suppressant in them is all that strong. Because I was still hungry all the time with this. I looked up that appetite suppressant “appemine” and from what i can tell its just a green tea extract. Big whup. so i decided I’m going to go get myself some Hoodia, but first i’m gonna make sure i find one that’s authentic and not a fake.
Bobbie: My mother-in-law and I have been on Right Size for 3 weeks now. Right Size for breakfast and lunch and a decent meal for dinner. We fill that we are so hungry when it’s time to eat dinner, but with food in our plates, we end up eating only a little and we are full. This is hard to get use to. We like the Skinny Vanilla, and we put frozen strawberries or pinneapples in our for a more frothy type shake. We do breakfast around 10:00 am and lunch around 2:00 pm and dinner between 5:30 and 6:00 pm. This is great. I have lost weight, but I do not want to loose fast. I do recommend the Right Size product. It is the best thing since sliced bread.
melinda: i work very long days, and unfortunately, my life style is such that i eat when i literally can get a minute. i thought the Right Size smoothies would fit in bcs you can just drink them down, end of story. but i geuss the problem for me was, 2 smoothies plus 1 sensible dinner was only averaging out to about 600 calories a day for me. I would go through my long day feeling like i was literally starving. In the conference room for lunches there are often catered trays of sandwiches and i was drooling over them. No doubt this diet caused me to loose about 13 lbs (25 was my goal) but i just couldn’t continue on so little food, i was starting to feel light headed. Then, when i started eating regular again, my weight boomeranged back up to 162, which was more than when i started. i guess this is really not for me.
Jennifer: Bobbie, it’s just a little hard for me to imagine that you and your mother-in-law are not hungry after having only 2 of these 110 calorie shakes per day. there is no real appetite suppressant there as i said it is just green tea extract. i wonder if you are perhaps trying to sell Right Size Smoothies and if so i am asking you to please stop. This is already advertised enough, and its not a very good product IMO.
Bobbie: Jennifer: No, I’m not a spokes person for Right Size. IT WORKS! My sister gave me some to try. I work in an office where salesmen bring in donuts about every other day and pizzas for lunch. I make my shake for breakfast and lunch. At night for dinner I may make an egg sandwich and potatoe chips, or a salad with a big piece of fried chicken. I do eat a GOOD meal. I DO NOT GET HUNGRY! I wish you would give this product another try. I know it is expensive, but have you tried other diet products? They aren’t cheap either.
Heidi: Right Size Smoothies are the BEST diet product out there! Appemine is a magic bullet and it is really just completely takes your hunger away. It is a green tea extract but they have extracted the parts of it that make you stop wanting food entirely. I love this so much that i have become a distributor and i know that it works for everyone.
suzanne: PLEASE STOP DOING COMMERCIALS FOR RIGHT SIZE ! HEIDI, YOU ARE SO OBVIOUS!! I TRIED THESE SMOOTHIES AND THEY ARE JUST LIKE ANY OTHER MEAL REPLACEMENT SHAKE! GREEN TEA IS NOT MAGIC AND I WAS STILL HUNGRY ALL THE TIME. PLEASE- ONLY REAL CONSUMER OPINIONS SHOULD BE ON THIS SITE. THX!
ronna: It sounds like a lot of the people that are saying this product doesn’t work expect it to be a magic supplement. There’s something called exercise that’s required in any diet plan and without it nothing will work long term. You can’t expect some shake to solve all your weight problems, it is only meant to help. So I guess my suggestion is to try a balanced diet plan, with healthy food and exercise…being lazy doesn’t allow for weight loss…I hate to brake it to you. I haven’t tried it yet, but I’m planning to along with my exercise and I’m hoping it will simply help control my appetie.
Maria: Yeah yeah yeah, no sarcasm please and no assumption. I happen to work out 2 times a week and I only got the Right Size Smoothies in hope I would be loosing weight faster than with just dieting and exercising. It was not the case at all and I was not less angry either. People need to know the truth before buying Right Size Smoothies.
Donna: THIS IS TO MARIE, THE DIABETIC, DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. ONE OF THE MAIN INGREDIENTS IS CORN SYRUP SOLIDS! A DIEBETIC NIGHTMARE!
lynn: if this stuff only has 100 calories/drink and you drink 2 a day plus a very limited, small meal, no wonder you lose weight! Think I’ve done the same on weight watchers and have kept off the weight for 25 years!
Amelia: Wow Right Size Smoothies seem really popular, I have never tried was just considering but I have mixed feeling, the ratings seem to be more on the lower side:( Oh well, maybe I’ll read all of your post and decide from what I read here. Meanwhile if someone knows of something else I could do or take just to loose 10 pounds, Id’ appreciate it.
Rosemary: WOW! I wish I had read up on this product BEFORE buying. I hate it. I have been using now for 2 weeks, one shake in the morning and afternoon and small supper mainly lean meats, mostly skinless chicken and fish and have GAINED weight. I am now a very nice 200 lbs, thanks to Right Size. Unfriggin believable!
C J Krzywonski: These RightSizeSmoothies folks are the biggest CON ARTISTS I have dealt with in the last 40 years … WATCH OUT FOR THE “slide-of-mouth” with their representatives as it relates to returning product WITHIN 14 DAYS … and then they snag your bank account for $ 120.00.
I would not deal with these folks if they offered the LAST DIET on earth and I weighed 1000 lbs!!
Robin Disponzio: I used this Right Size Smoothies product for the month…I ordered extra with hopes it would work..I didn’t lose a pound..not one. I sent the product back and am still waiting for my refund…plus had to cancel all the three other things required to join before you can get the product..big clue there…not a good one at that…I wouldn’t waist my time or inconvience myself with the hassle of any of this…I was also somewhat deceived in the selling pitch..told only one container must be returned when in fact all of them had to be at my expense…so thats my opinion and I am not pleased with any part of this product…
Sherry Deal: I need some HELP I way 300bls PLEASE HELP ME IF YOU CAN.
Julie: Most of the negative comments are from people who haven’t tried the product. I just started the program, and was shocked that I wasn’t hungry in between breakfast (smoothie), and lunch. So far it is working. I am replacing breakfast and lunch with the smoothies, and eating dinner with my family. Adding fruit and juices with the receipes is a good way to change up the flavors. Thumbs up for me!
Patty: I’m on day 2 of Right Size Smoothies. I’ve read all the comments. I got the vanilla and if you sprinkle cinnamon in it, it’s great. Of course you will be hungry if you only have 2 shakes a day and one meal. I have a shake in the morning, around 8:00am and follow it with 16 oz of water. Around 10:00 I’m getting hungry so I have a 1/2 grapefruit or a piece of fruit. Around noon/12:30 I’ll have my second shake and follow that with 16 oz water. I like water so it’s not a problem for me. Then around 5 I have a full meal, meat, potatotes, salad. If we want to lose weight, we will feel hungry because we are consuming less food. The last two days I have averaged approximately 1,000-1,200 calories a day. I will weigh myself on Tuesday, the one week mark. I agree with the others, you may get hungry but I think it’s only natural. I’m not starving and if you are hungry, grab an apple or a Fiber One bar. I’ll let you know Tuesday what my weight loss is. I hope it’s at least 3 pounds.
Marsha: I thought the Right Size Smoothies were gonna be the solution for me but I just can’t substitute any meal for a shake. I tried for 2 days and ended up snaking less than 1 hour after the shake. The good thing is that it made me realize what kind of diet I could have success with : one that I can eat real food and as much as I need to feel full and I found it : it’s called the south beach diet and it is just perfect for me. I lost 4.5 pounds this week!
suz: I think you need to experiment with different recipes. My husband and I have been doing this for 8 days so far, he as lost 5 lbs and I have lost 7lbs. We like to use ours in the blender 7 ice cubes, 4oz of skim milk and 1 container of 100 calorie yogurt, then your one scoop of RS. My favorite is straw-ban yogurt with chocolate RS. So for 225 per meal and a sensible dinner, it does work. and I have a fiber one bar in between brk and lunch. my calories are about 1200-1400 a day! not bad!
Melanie: WEll I have to say that I was pretty bummed these didn’t work for me! I LovED the taste of the right Size smoothies and well, I love smoothies in general so experimentng was a blast. But I gave this a go for 3 months – 3 mONTHS! Never lost the weight, only 4 lbs, not the 42 I needed to! IT just didn’t fill me up enough, or something. Now Im taking a hoodia pill (hoodiap57) which works much better on my appetite. Not as afun as the smoothies but its getting the weihgt down!
alan eagleton: I have been using rightsize for about 7 months I lost about 45 pounds in the first 4 months. I drink a smoothie in the morning and then have a healthy lunch and dinner, I think that rightsize helps me control the hunger until lunch. now I am using rightsize to maintain the weight. bottom line it worked for me along with exercise and a healthy diet.
valerie: i agree with you, Melanie…i wanted to LOVE Right Size Smoothies, bcs the taste was delicious and it seemed like a great way to eat less AND control appetite at the same time…the thing is i think the appetite suppressant in this (appemine) is not too powerful, so that i still felt extra-hungry, esp. when i used the smoothies as meal replacement, then i felt like i could eat a horse! so i wound up sneaking snacks, etc., you know the deal, same old story. i still might make myself the occasional smoothie just for fun, but i can’t rely on it for weight loss, because it just didn’t work that way 4 me. sorry…don’t wanna be negative, just felt i should tell my story,.
Katherine: So I will be ordering RightSize smoothies and the RightSize mulltivitamens tommorow. I have seen that this product has worked with some people, but has failed miserably for others. Really, everyone is different and you will never know if something works if you never try it. Some of the people on here failed because they used Rightsize for like,2 days and then gave up. YOUR BODY HAS TO GET USED TO THE SMOOTHIES BEFORE IT STARTS WORKING.I agree 100% with Bianca. Some people who are commenting on here about the smoothies haven’t even tried them. I haven’t tried them yet,but I will be doing so next Monday.I am happy for those who hve lost weight with Rightsize. But with some of the people who didn’t lose weight,YOU HAVE TO EXERSIZE FOR IT TO WORK.You can’t just drink these smoothies and expect miracles to happen. You have to exersize for any diet plan to lose weight. I am not speaking for everyone who didn’t lose weight with Rightsize, just a few who didn’t do what they were supposed to do.
I am 5′6 in height, and 165 lbs in weight….I am hoping to lose 50 lbs. I will post back in a week to tell you guys about the experience I hve had so far with Rightsize.
Janice: Well, on the bright side, I did like the taste of Right Size Smoothies…the Lean Cocoa Bean was really yummy to start with…but then, maybe not surprisingly, i started majorly craving real food….i thought the Appemine app suppressent would help w/that, but i would have to say the hunger was just as bad as it was the time i did Slim Fast. i was surprise b y that. And in the beginning i made a point of going on daily walks, just to balance out the liquid diet with exercise, but after i while i started feeling kinda weak and tire,d, and had a tough time doiing the exercise. i think for me, it’s better to do a balanced diet to fuel my exercise, and i also now take a metabolism booster Slim Shot Diet. this is a drink too a fizzy fruity drink but u can take it wiwth food. so i am much happier girl now and i have lost 17 lbs.
Deb: nice advertising!!!! 18.95 for shipping, that’s all you pay! that is BS! wait until you get charged $119 for your right Size Smoothie free sample!! I am disputing it right now!!!!!!
aaron: This right size smoothie company is a joke – false advertising – when you get the product the full terms are there and it is not worth the hassle, I too will be disputing the charges. You have to ship everything back even the opened can at you expense. You have ten days to get it back to them and you must us a tracking number. I tried to talk to them – they were rude and stated that the terms were explained on voice recording when the order was placed. What a joke.
Eliza55: I *love* RightSize! I’m a smoothie for breakfast person anyway and I think rightsize tastes great (I add a bit of yogurt and 1/4 C of blueberries to the vanilla…not so crazy about the chocolate. Even though the container is pricey, compared to shakes in the natural food markets, you use less (1 scoop of rightsize vs 2 scoops of the shakes in the store). Since I started using rightsize, I no longer have my usual 9am cravings. I personally think it wise to eat a little something every 4 hours or so but with rightsize, I’m happy with a piece of fruit rather than a doughnut! Sorry to those of you who didn’t understand the trial offer details. The company personnel may need training but for me, they have a great product. I only use the smoothies for breakfast but still have lost 9 pounds in 28 days and I feel GREAT!
Sarah: So far I have done it for three days. I lost about 7 pounds since last week when I started working out and really watching what I eat. This stuff is really helping. The only drawback is that I am feeling kind of lightheaded from not eating a lot, but it’s worth it.
Tanya: I just signed up for the 14 day Trial. I am excited to try it because I feel I have nothing to lose other than weight. I am blogging to say thank you to Nancy. I read that Nancy and Amy were having a conversation about the only using 1 can issue. Well, I’m thanking you both because that conversation prompted me to call the Rightsize Customer Service line. I called for the free trial while I was in the car driving, listening but not as attentive as I should have been so I can’t say if that information was relayed to me or not during the time of the the phone call to sign up but when I called the customer serv. rep today she did explain that 1 can is to be opened, 1 can may last 2wks or a month depending on how many smoothies you have a day, etc. The other can is to remain UNOPENED and at day 14 if not 100% satisfied you can call for return instructions. Otherwise you will be billed $119.80!!! Wow…the one thing everyone does seem to agree is the price..LOL. Nonetheless, I am anxious to try it and I will follow up once I receive my smoothies and let you know how things are going. Good luck to everyone else. Thanks!
Anonymous: I like Right Size smoothies. Good taste- much better than slimfast. Lost weight right away. Did the 2 meal replacement and 1 of real food.
fifinoel: Do not buy anything that is advertised on the radio. The radio stations will help anyone sell anything they get paid to do it. They are all a scam. Hoodia and Acai do not help you lose weight either they are all a scam don’t get suckered in. Just plain old diet and exercise and you will shed the pounds I did, lost 46 pounds that way and I am 58 years old.
Cindee: Do not order this product…not only does it not work but gives you extreme gas along with their customer service that will not return and credit you if you are unsatisfied. DO NOT ORDER! – Right Size Smoothies
jan1959: I TRIED THE VANILLA AND CHOCOLATE RIGHT SIZE SMOOTHIES AND HAD THE MOST HORRIBLE CRAMPS AND DIARREAH EVER – I WILL NOT BE USING THIS PRODUCT AGAIN.
elnora: i started using right size smoothie march the 18th of last week as of this morning i have lost 6 lbs. i am very happy with this because i know that in a couple more days i will lose more.not only do i give rightsize smoothie a thumbs up but i highly recommend it. once i drink a smoothie i only go in my kitchen to either pass through or to put something away. i am no longer a late night snacker or eat a lot of junk and i am so glad.
elanna: i think right size smoothies are great! i used this product and lost 45 lbs. you must find you own way to add this to your regular meals. i used mine for lunch with fruit added, drank plenty of water, was not hungry for hours and it taste great!
peyton: Well one thing I noticed is that some of the people above didn’t want to listen to the terms. It is a buisness of course you are expected to purchase something, duh. They do work. The funny thing about the freebie people is that 18.80 would have probley been spent on junk food somewhere. I have lost 30 lbs useing right size and love it. As for the price ok a bit expensive maybe but worth it when I consider my hypertension medicine is more than $2 a day. And a hospital visit is even more. I am just fed up with the cheap people above that want everything given to them and are not smart enough to ask questions and listen to the terms. To all that have seen similar results to myself, congrads. So yes if you use after the trial expires it will cost you money and no you don’t deserve your money back. The guy that helped me was friendly and even repeated the terms more than once I fully understood and am glad I spent that 15 min on the phone. To all that are now skeptical because of the people above that don’t know how to listen, don’t let idiots stop you from helping yourself.
Luanne: I was lucky and found the ready to drink shakes in the grocery store on clearence. I bought 2 4 packs and started today. I love the taste and plan on doing breakfast and lunch. My afternoon snack was lighter than before starting Right Size. Do your selves a favor and look for it at the graocery store much cheaper than the website. I even found the mix at another one for $10.00 cheaper than the website. I’m not doing the supplements as I have really good vitamins that I take anyway. We’ll see how it goes and if I lose weight. – Right Size Smoothies
Santa Fe Jill: I lost 56 pounds on Right Size and have kept it off for almost 3 years by continuing to use the product. You must be committed to loosiing weight to be successful on any diet product. It may seem expensive but compare it to the cost of the groceries you would be buying in place of this product!!! And it tastes great!!!
Renee: I have been drinking Right Size smoothies for two years now. I take 8 oz. of skim milk, a frozen banana, a cup of yogurt, the mix and ice and put in a blender. It tatses just like a chocolate shake. I can’t say that it curbs my appetite much but the vitamins are very good. I haven’t had a cold or been sick or had migraines for two years. It also helps with my energy level and mood. I stopped drinking it for breakfast for one whole week to cut back on calories. By the end of the week I was lifeless and depressed. I started back Monday morning with the smoothie and feel better already. Even if they don’t curb my appetite, I will continue to drink them for my health and cut back calories otherwise.
C J Krzywonski: After all my complaints and asking for information on file to be reviewed these folks have NO INTENTIONS of trying to “satisfy” anthing but their pocketbooks! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE !!! I have emailed and called …over and over again!! NO RESPONSE!! – Right Size Smoothies
Anonymous: DON’T DO IT…..ITS A RIP OFF. STUFF DOESN’T WORK, IT ALSO TASTE LIKE CRAP!!!! – Right Size Smoothies
sasha: i love right size, it taste great and i’m not hungry, i usually eat most of the day and snack the other times. with right size i’m only eat one meal a day
becky: I ordered Right Size on-line and then got impatient and purchased it in the grocery store. I’m on day three and so far I think it works pretty well. I get hungry but not like when I’m just cutting calories.
The key to getting rid of the chalky taste is using a blender and letting it mix for a few minutes. I use a quarter cup of milk and some fruit with it for a 250 calorie shake, twice a day. I snack on a little bit of protein, like a cheese stick and then have a sensible dinner. It really has helped me stay away from the sweets which is my main weekness.
As far as ordering online, the young lady explained to me that I could only open one container and if I didn’t like it to return the un-opened container and all I’d pay is the S & H which is $18.95. I think sometimes people don’t listen really well to all of the details. Although I am interested to see the size of the container that comes by mail because I paid about half the price in the store that I did online so if the container is the same size I’ll just buy at the store.
I’ll post again next week after I’ve had some time to see how this is going.
Good luck to all!
River Willow: I got extremely lucky and just happened to come across this product in a clearance store of some kind for $4 a can, so I bought 2 cans. I had never even heard of it before yesterday. This is my first day. Im not noticing a huge reduction in cravings or anything. Im willing to give it a bit longer to see what happens. On another note, if your looking for a good appetite suppresant, I have found that Yerba Mate tea seems to work wanders. Or at least it does for me. Its a taste you really have to grow accustomed to but its great brewed strong and then put on ice!
Anna: I like the convenience. Love the chocolate. Vanilla is too rich for me; but if you’re a sugar soul, you may like that sort of thing. I like to crunch a few raw almonds while drinking a shake too.
Anonymous: How do people give a negative rating to a product they haven’t even tried? Giving a rating based on what others have said does not provide unbiased or even useful information.
g-dog: First off to Bianca, way to go girl. I’ve been marketing for 7 years and yes I know of some people who were paid to give a negative comment. Secondly to the two idiots that claim they were ripped off because they opened both cans. READ THE TERMS & CONDITIONS BEFORE YOU BUY ON A FREE TRIAL. It’s written there black & white plain as day. Now as for me I lost 30 pounds using 2 meals a day and one healthy meal at dinner. So there you go. As for the people who haven’t tried it and are posting negative comments, well this is the way it is IF YOU THINK IT WON’T WORK- IT WON’T. IF YOU THINK IT WILL WORK THEN IT WILL. You get what you believe and think about PERIOD.
lost: My sister told me about the product and I tried it have been on it and I also go to weight watchers. The right size smoothie haves really helped me out. But when I read more it said in some people it could cause a problem with the kidneys is that true. I really like the stuff and have lost 11 pounds in 3 weeks but I did go off of it and felt really not good. I even started getting a sore throat. I have heard a lot of stuff please help my I’m lost do I continue or not. thanks for who ever can help.
Sandi: By all these comments, it makes me wonder if I have mistakenly gotten the wrong stuff. Seems like it doesn’t even work – Right Size Smoothies
JEANNE: CANSEAM TO MAKE ITWORK FOR ME .THE PILLS U SENT WITH IT SEEM TOWOR BETTER WHAT ARE THEY?I’LL BE SENDING MY 2ND CAN BACK AS SOON AS I FIND OUT WHERE
JEANNE: WANT TO RETURN WORKED ON ME TH SAME AS SLIMFAST NOTHIN//// I TOOK THE APASSURE WITH IT THEY SEEM TO HEP A LITLE REALLY CAN; AFFORD IT SO WILL RETURN TODAY THANKS – Right Size Smoothies
Clark: This Right Size Smoothies company is a fraud. Terrible customer service. They double billed my credit card and now I have to go through that mess.
The product does not do anything. It cost 2-3 times more than compatible health food store products.
SAVE YOUR MONEY.
HeidiS: I have had no problems with humger and I’m using Right Size twice/day for breakfast and lunch. I am very active working on a dairy farm and I have not had any problems with my energy level. I am well on my way to meeting my weight loss goal. Love the taste!!
gail: Well I started this diet fri june 19, I was not hungry at all. I only ate a small salad and a peach for dinner. Today I started off with my shake. I have high hopes of loosing 20 lbs. I bought 3 canasters of the shakes. what to I have to loose. I will give it a shot.
ROBIN: I have been drinking these shakes for a couple of days and I am not at all hungry. I feel very jittery at night though. The caffene content is so small it should not affect me that much, so I wonder what else is though. Tomorrow will be my first work day to bring the smoothies to work and see if I still feel shakey. My goal is 35 lbs to lose. I am swimming, walking and going to a bible-study that focuses on the whole you. I didn’t need a blender I just shook up the cappuchino and milk in a tumbler and it was nice and creamy. I can’t waint to try some of the fruit receipes in a blender. I will have to be carefull not to drink them after 1:00 pm so I can go to sleep. I hate taking any kind of diet pills, as they make me fell abnormal.
mikki: i try right size and it did not a thing they tell you just pay the shipping and than they want a lot of money for them and then when you want to send them back you yes you have to pay to send the one back that does not sound like a good distributor to me all they want is your MOMEY!!!!!! – RightSizeSmoothies
kay: I’ve been useing right size for 3months and 2weeks. So far I lost 53pounds. I replaced 2meals with the smoothies and have 1 meal consisting 6oz protien 2cup green veggies with sugar free tea or yogurt. I walk 40minutes on treadmill and a series of resistance training. I give the right size program a thumbs up it works and I will continue to use it until I lose the remaining amount of weight I have left. The people who say it doesnt work they must not be useing the product right.People you haft to realize that this isnt a magic solution you haft to work with the program meaning workout and not snack between meals. Good Luck!
PG: I just ordered the product to give it a try but from all these comments I’ve read, looks like it doesn’t work? I recently got back to excercising (playing tennis 3-5 times a day) but i thought adding this product will help me drop the pounds a bit faster? I will give the 2 weeks trial a try. I will post an update afterwards. Gotta confess it is expensive though.
Jennifer: I just started drinking the shake yesterday 8/10/09 and I thought they tasted so gross. I use to drink the slim fast and I think they are much better and fill you up longer. I drank this at like 12 and was feeling hungry by 2 I ate breakfast around 9 so I dont know. I got one canaster so Im gonna stick it out and give it a shot, I hope it works.
lovetolive-ems: hi, i am a emt. i spend 24 hours at a time at my station or more so in my truck. I work out at least 3x/week and can not lose weight. I have been to several doctors and they all say everything is o.k. I am ready to give this a real go. No other diet or super pill has worked. We will see how it goes but to most I think this product takes a little time and devotion. I weigh 235 lbs now and I am hopeing to make it to my goal weight of at least 180 but 160 would be awesome. I do not have my product yet but I am checking the mail everyday. Hope to prove all the pesimist wrong so this product can improve others health!
Shelly: hey just wanted to state that you are to drink 8oz of water after drinking the smoothie/it seems to take care of my hunger, fills me up so i dont want to eat or snack for atleast 4 hours. Also would like to state that if you don’t change the way you eat (like JUNKFOOD or atleast try to eat healthier with fruits and veggies)and do some kind of cardio you are not going to lose weight, PLEASE i’m all for someone finding a pill that i can take that would make me lose weight while i sit on the couch in front of the t.v. but i dont see that happening, so if you dont excercise no matter what diet your on you’re not going to lose any weight!!!!!
BJ: The right size smoothies helped for the first 2 weeks or so but not they are doing nothing to curb my appitite.
PG: my one week UPDATE: well my order arrived 8/13/09, and I made the mistake of having one for breakfast and dinner. It’s been a week and i haven’t noticed any change (I work out by playing tennis 3-5 times a week). Ready to send it back, I called their customer service for the return code, the representitive i spoke with informed me that having the shake in the morning is the WORST thing you could do (why they don’t tell you this up front i don’tknow). Have the smoothie at lunch or dinner but NOT breakfast! I decided to give that a try and will start that today to see if that makes a difference at all. I will provide another update in a week.
vicki cohan: Tasted great, but really upset my stomach. Cancelled out of contract, but they still debted my account.
kj: I have put on 30lbs in the past three years.I have tried all types of shakes pills starving nothing has helped. Trying all these diets have shot my metabolism so it will take time to correct that. I have been taking the smoothies for a month now. I have only lost a few pounds but have lost 6 inches total. I drink 1-2 shakes a day. However I do not drink enough water like it suggests. I still eat what I want but I generally have one meal a day because I am not hungry and I don’t have junk food cravings anymore. I have more energy and feel so much better. I also take their vitamins and the appasure. This helps in my appetite suppression. I am giving this at the minimum three months. It took me three years to put the weight on. I have lost one pant size in a month and feel so much better. Anything worth having is going to cost us something. Also, I have not done any excersize at all. So I will check back in around November 3rd to report my results. Right before the Holidays! UGGHHH!!!
jane: i love right size smoothies and the lemonade mix. they curb my hunger and i feel great. i
have been drinking smoothies 2x a day for almost 3 weeks on and off i have lost 8lbs. i also exercise
teresa: I just received my order. I love the flavor of the Lean cocoa bean! The price is DOUBLE what I thought they originally told me so it is very expensive in my opinion! Quite confusing when you order, I wasn’t even sure WHAT I had ordered, I had to call them again. After reading these blogs I am questioning my purchase but I will see. If you want weight loss with no exercise try Slim 4 Life.
PG: Well I am back with more update. I give it a thumbs up because i did loose weight although it was not from just drinking the shake alone. After trying it for 4 weeks along with excercise 3-5 days a week, drinking the shake in the evenings and or afternoons (Do NOT drink it in the morning!), I am now one dress size smaller.I have one more can to finish in about another 4 weeks. I am addicted to smoothies now but I will not be a regular customer of theirs cuz of the price of the shake. I like the vanilla flavor the best.
Angelo: I find that using one at breakfast then one at lunch and eating dinner is the best way. Whoever said don’t have them at breakfast is WRONG! It sets my body up to shrink your tummy. I also eat some light snacks at night when watching TV. 10 lbs gone in one month. I on them for at least another 3 months. I’ll report back but I know with some slight willpower they are working wonders for my wife and me.
LW: Is everyone only doing 3 meals a day? I was under the impression that 6 small meals are best. So how are people implementing the plan?
Kirsty: THe right size smoothies are good and i like drinking them especially instead of breakfast and lunch. THe first couple weeks I was snaking to much and not losing, so now i also am taking hoodia bites to watch what i eat. Helps alot, I am getting the calories I need, and nothing extra. Started losing, 7 lbs in 15 days.
kj: It does take will power. It does well for me to have my shake for breakfast and lunch.I usually do not have time for breakfast. It has helped to cut out snacking. I also take the appasure and their multivitamin. At first it seem expensive but I have saved from not buying lunch and snacks. Its been 3months with no excersizing I am down 18bs. The first 2months lost only 6-7lbs, but it was better than I had done in a long time. I have stay focused and be patient.
Crystal: Can anyone tell me where I can view the commercial on line,I ordered when they stated you would be sent the shaker, sliminade, a BOTTLE of Appassure, and the receipes, for only the S/H Costs. I did not receive the Sliminade or the Bottle of Appassure and when I called they said the commercial did not state a bottle, I just saw the commercial again and it states a bottle, it even shows a bottle. They were going to send me the Slimminaid free for my inconvienence, but then refused once I stated I wanted to cancel my order due to false advertisment. Plus the S/H should only be $13.06 not $29.80, Im pretty sure they are pocketing the $16.74 difference.
Jessica: These ARE a meal replacement, and they actually hold you up as a normal would. And no they are not fat FREE, nothing is, they are however, low in fat. So if you have a shake at 160 Calories, replacing a meal of 300 Calories, it is almost half! They work great for me.
Kimberlie: I amazed at how many ignorant people have commented on these things. I researched the product BEFORE using it, from the health aspect. Alot of health/diet websites are not recommending it because it has no meanl plan or dieting tips..or because it’s just TOO low in calories..I actually works! now i have been using for two days i can tell you…the recommended serving seems to be enough. the hunger supressment kicks in and you feel a jolt of energy. after about 3 hours you feel hungry..very hungry. That;s the draw back, but you don’t feel sluggish! It does have caffeine in it..so buyers beware..but it also has all you’re neccessary vitamins and minerals you should be ingesting every day. (if you drink 2 servings a day.) So as someone who is too busy for breakfast and lunch, (i work at a resturaunt) it’s perfect! It’s a little expensive but thanksgiving and christmas is right around the corner and i refuse to hide in the back for pictures this year!
tanya green: i was not happy with the results my stomache stayed bloated and i was still hungry after taking the shape. so when i called to return the product and gave the reason why i didnt want it i was told by beth the cust svc rep to send back the open and unopen container even after i had open it that is a health issue for me what are they going to do with the open container refill it send out to someone else?? how gross..
augustiy: Well iwas thinking about trying the right size smoothie but after reading all the commit on all the unhappy people i change my mine the product cost is kind of high
Aleta: Be careful! I paid $18 for the free trial (shipping & handling). I just received the product and cancelled it before I even tried it because I was so irritated by their sales scam. They sent two full size containers (2 different flavors) but you can only try one without purchasing them both for a cost of $119.80. I called right away to get a return authorization. The customer has to pay for secure shipping back & they say the have to receive it in their warehouse within 10 days. I’ll be curious if my credit card will be charged. Even if it were a great product, I would not feel comfortable doing business with a company that starts off as a sham.
Michelle: I’m with Aleta on this one. RightSize is a rip-off. I wasn’t “informed” of the additional charge until I received my credit card statement. I didn’t know that it was a “trial period” and that I would be a charged at the end of it. When I called RightSIze, after seeing the charge of $119.80, they informed me of the details that alluded me when I signed up, and refused to do anything to help me in the cirumstance I was in. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but they left me on hold and never came back to the phone. I had to call my credit card company and open a dispute. Hopefully I will win this case, as the tapes (if RightSize ever pulls them) should prove I was never informed of the small print.
I had also found other unauthorized charges in my previous statement. When I called the numbers to find out what they were and why I was being charged for it, I was told that RightSize had automatically opted me into other deals that automatically charged my account and I had to go through the list and opt out, having the charges reversed. It was a nuisance.
I was a loyal RightSize user until now. I had been using their shakes daily for 7 months, and it did work, but I felt unhealthy and unbalanced from all the harmful and ineffective ingredients. There are other products out there, with higher protein content, healthier ingredients, and less filler that work just as well, not to mention they’re less expensive and more honest companies to deal with. I ended up being charge over $140 for a product that used to cost me only $30 a month or less when purchased at Acme. This is a disgraceful way to treat loyal and potential customers. And aslo, they only allowed me to order 2 containers of one flavor for the trial, which made absolutely no sense to me.
For those of you still trying to lose weight, I suggest EnergyFirst protein shakes. 90 calories, 20 grams of protein, no fat, no sugar added, no artificial ingredients, no ridiculous scams or hidden charges. Also, try eating plain greek yogurt. 1 cup has 120 calories, no fat and 23 g protein. Add fruit, walnuts (no more than 1/4 cup) and honey for flavor. Much healthier than RightSize and probably more effective. Good luck!
kj: Anything worth having will cost you something. Losing weight is expensive, however your health is invaluable. Since July down 22lbs.. What more to say???The proof is in the weight loss.
Jennifer J: I’m doing pretty well with it. I lost almost 4 pounds in one week and my appetite, which is/was my biggest problem, has been reduced. Oh, by the way, I buy my containers at a large chain department/grocery store for $29.00. I didn’t go through the website.
Traci J: I have drinking the Right Size Smoothies off and of for years. I love the Berry flavored one. However – I use orange juice versus milk or water. No bloating and the taste is great. Calories are still low and it is a good quick breakfast.
Anonymous: I put in last month, themeoney was taken from my card and i ddn”t get a thing but Weight! Dirliska Williams
Pollyanna: I’m sorry, but I have been using these smoothies
twice a day for over a month and I have not lost
1 pound. I’m active and I eat a balanced meal for dinner at night, but it doesn’t work.
Mary: I have ordered mine and expect to receive them shortly. As with all diets it takes work. My biggest down fall is skipping meals, then eating junk food and/or way too much. I feel they are for me even after reading the negative comments because I won’t skip meals, then binge because I am starving. it will make me eat breakfast. I skip breakfast all the time because I am too busy and skipping breakfast is the worst thing to ruin your metabolism. weight loss is a funny thing, you have to eat to lose, but you have to eat healthy. It will take your body time to adjust especially if you have been yoyo dieting for years. Having a smoothie for breakfast and lunch, staying away from the fast food or junk food is a plus for me. Anyone that has truly started a really healthy diet will tell you that they gained weight at first until their body adjusts. You will have more energy, therefore be more active, being more active you will burn more calories. for those that said it didn’t work, be truly honest with yourself as to what you ate besides the smoothies… I personally know that when something doesn’t work its because I am not following the directions… I am eating more than I should be, sitting around doing nothing, and not admitting what I am really eating. It’s not majic… it’s all about calories in and calories burned. I’m 45 lbs. overweight because I eat all the wrong foods, way too much of them, and not always in front of other people… I skip meals and look for excuses not to exercise. When you can begin to be honest with yourself, (you don’t have to tell anyone else) you will realise its not the products that aren’t working. I am not trying to point any fingers here, but to those who want to try these smoothies, as I do, keep in mind that you have to follow directions. Saying you aren’t eating more than you should be isn’t the same as not eating. I can understand not liking the way something tastes, that is an individual thing. I truly can’t imagine anyone on any product, exercising, eating a balanced meal (a balanced meal btw doesn’t mean large quantities of each item either, if you weigh and measure your portions you will be amazed at how much you are really overeating) and watching your calorie intake not being successful, it just doesn’t happen. Been there!
Mary: UPDATE… Got my smoothies. First day had for lunch at 1:00PM, drank 8 oz water immediately after, at 7:00PM I realized I hadn’t eaten dinner!!! Next day my energy level is awesome, had 1 for breakfast followed by my water, it’s almost noon and I am definitely not ready for lunch yet! The key is the 8 or more ounces of water after drinking the smoothie. It’s part of the directions. I will update in 1 week.
sasha: I purchased right size smoothie and yes it is expensive but any diet plan you go on is going to be expensive I been on the product 3 days and lost 4lbs already. I take 1 smoothie in the morning with 9oz bottle water and another for lunch (samething) then I eat my meal for dinner, I also workout 5days a week did that before I even started the plan and I have lost. Any diet you have to excersise for it to work. So I do recommend the product its working for me and it should work for you if you want it to.
Adrienne: People…go to CVS. I just paid 25.99 for mine. The choc tasted very, very good.
Understand that it is not a miracle potion. It is just a meal replacement program…therefore helping you REDUCE your caloric intake. You must still exercise, and stop snacking in between meals…
Julie: Right Size Smoothies is a joke. I ordered almost a month ago and have not received it yet. The customer service number they gave me is out of service. HMMM.They sure didn’t waiste any time posting it on my credit card though. Don’t bother with these people.
sweattea: can dibectic drink ight size smootie
AnonymousGEM: I recently purchased Right Size. I use it as a replacment for breakfast and for lunch and eat pretty much want I want for dinner (in moderation of course!). The key between the shakes and between the shake and dinner is to eat fruits and vegetables and even nuts. If you do this, you will not be ravenous in-between “feedings”. The logic behind the system is to keep your calorie intake lower than what you would normally consume (I think we all get this, or at least I hope!). And lets not forget water, water, water! I will post on Sunday as to my 1st week’s results. As of right now, I can tell you that the shakes do work, maybe a placebo, but hey, I’m not looking for an overnight miracle here. All in time I guess.
judah: I hope this helps someone out there. So here’s my story – I
PG: MORE UPDATES: I have been drinking the smoothie since August 09. Per my previous posts above, drinking the shake in the mornings did not work for me, actually i ended up being extremely hungry 2 hrs after. Not drinking the shake in the morning was the CS’s advice when i attempted to return it after my two week trial cuz it was not working for me. (by the way, the price of $120 was reduced and i recieved another canister for free). I am on my last canister, I usually drink it in the evening. I’m still excercising and plateaued for a while but i went down another dress size and I’m close to dropping down yet another size. My goal is to get down to a size 12(not trying to get smaller than that,it will not be healthy for me genitic make up). I’ve given myself a realistic goal of getting there by Spring 2010.
My advise to everyone is it’s only a replacement shake, don’t expect a miracle here, add excersice to your routine, watch what you eat, and give yourself time to loose the weight(the weight did not appear overnite, so dont expect it to disappear overnight especially without work)
Does anyone know where I can order the product(vanilla) without going through the website? I checked my local CVS and they dont carry it
cia: i would like to know which, if any preservatives are added to right size smoothies
clare: Can’t stand your radio commercial!!! It is so annoying that I will not buy your product because of it. “One time I SEEN a friend, and when I SEEN her….” Can you not produce a radio commercial with proper English!!
Randy: I tried their “trial offer?” for only the cost of shipping. HALF a serving and I began feel dizzy, uncomfortable, and my head began pounding!!! I have no problems with caffeine, am not allergic to anything, and am only on a low doze of BP meds. Here’s where the scam gets worse—if you don’t like it you have to send back the un-used second canister (at your cost) or else they will automatically send you more of the product at $119.80 a shipment and no refunds ever. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
Elaine: This product can be found in the grocery store and even at cvs pharmacy $23 – 34 dollars for the powder and the ready mix bottles are $8.99 for the four pack
Funievi: I have to say that I did Right Size before & only maintained my weight..but it was better than gaining that’s for sure. However, I just took it up again & replaced 2 shakes; 1 in the AM & 1 in the PM with a sensible lunch (basically 1 meal with 2 snacks btwn the shakes since I do feel a hungry after 2-3 hrs. of drinking it) & so far in 6 days I’ve lost 5 lbs. I hope to stay in it for another month & then incorporate healthier breakfasts & dinners just so that I don’t get used to these liquid diets & then gain all the weight back. For me it’s just a start-up diet into a more permanent one with real food & healthier choices. I say that with everything It takes time & perseverance, hey after all You didn’t gain Weight Overnight! Good Luck all, but so far so good.
kelley: I got the free trail over the radio and yes I paid shipping like all of you. I called yesterday to return 2nd container and she told me I had to pay for the return shipping I told her no then she offered me 25% off and I still said no the call ended with her giving me 50% off so I paid an additional 59.00 and got to keep both and not obligated to be customer. Someone said you can buy in CVS and it is cheaper. I hope people exercise and dont think a drink is going to melt the pounds away. Good Luck all.
vou: I purchased Right Size smoothie and received it on March 16, 2010. I drink a shake in the morning (6:30 am) and it really does keep me full until about 11:30-12 Lunch time. I have lost 8 pounds so far, however I do work out at least 5 days per week for 45min-1hr a day. I have also tried to eat healtheir and make lunch my biggest meal. Unlike a lot of shakes, this one taste ok and I can stomach it. I feel great and and the product works. I’ll write back after my 2 month trail to let you know how well the product worked and how much weight I was able to lose. Good luck all!
Jacqueline: Please do not agree to any monies over the phone for this product, b/c if you give them your credit card#…you are headed for trouble. The first thing that comes out is something you never agreed to. I cancelled my card just in time. The first thing that was taken from my checking account, was something I never agreed to, so be very careful if you still plan on ordering this product.
Keunn: Right Size Smoothies – This letter is to ask you to give me back my money. I am so tired of companies like you taking advantage of people like me. The commercials that you have on the radio and on TV states that you are offering a free trial for right size smoothie. BUT you are NOT! My account was deducted 119.80 from your company. You already deducted 18.00 dollars from my account for shipping and handling. And that made the product not FREE! To add to this mess you went into my CHECKING ACCOUNT and deducted another 119.80 out my account. I want my money back. I have not opened the product and I want my money back. The customer service representative that I keep speaking to refuses to let me speak with a supervisors or anyone over them. That had my highly pissed off. Then the only other method to speaking with a supervisor is to write them. The customer service representative offered me an address, which is a bad look for your company. I spoke with customer service representative 2004 and 4950. They were no help and again they refused to let me talk with a supervisor. They only thing that I want is my money BACK! I can buy this product out of the local CVS where I live for a whole lot cheaper. So there is no way in the world I would have agree to let you charge me $119.80 this product. I want my money back in my account. – Right Size Smoothies
Jamie: What a scam. The product doesn’t curve your appetite and the free trile claim is BS. DON’T BE SUCKERED IN!!!
Dlove: I bought my” right size smoothies mix” at a local store and tryed it for one week and I just replaced it with 1 meal, and it help me with my hunger I didn,t feel like i wanted to ate for aleast 4-6 hours each day , which i felt was really good ,but i drunk more water, that’s all i did different and ate 2 balance meals and drunk lot’s of water and that work for me it’s ok for now I haven’t had many bad side effects.
Fer: They taste great, provide many vitamins and minerals and are low calorie. For everyone saying you didn’t lose weight, that means you didn’t follow the plan. If you drink 2 shakes and eat a normal dinner, there’s no way that anyone wouldn’t lose weight unless there are serious problems with your metabolism. It’s the same concept of any diet– eat fewer calories. If you ate the same number of calories as before but just worked in a couple shakes, then of course you’re not going to lose anything.
Stacy: I tried this smoothie and was using one shake in the am and the only thing it did was make me urin*te alot. I lost no weight within the 15 days of the trial. I called to let them know and they stated that I was doing it wrong by taking them in the am. Didnt work for me.
Lydia: Tried Right Size Smoothie and I hated the after taste it leaves in your mouth. It did not suppress my appetite and they’re really giving me a hard time about sending it back. I want to send it back now and they’re suggesting that I try it with yogurt and almond milk. Frankly, I don’t think it would taste any better no matter what I tried.
Joyce: I call the 800 #, and got RSS. As soon as it came I called and sent the second one back, they said if I keep it over two weeks, it would be $119. When I cancelled I got a credit on my charge card the next day, guess I got lucky. Anyway I love the tasted of the chocolate. I mix it with non-fat yogurt and its great. I only drink 1 on most days, maybe twice a week I drink 2. I’ve been on it for three weeks and lost 7 lbs and 2 inches. I will buy more from CVS, its a lot cheaper. Good Luck everyone
Anonymous: Despite all the negative reviews, I bought and am now lighter by over 20lbs(in 4 months). This works!!
Roberto: This has worked great for me, eating much less, specially with the lemonade.
Toby: It is my 3rd day and it completely working. I add a banana and oatmeal to ensure I won’t get hungry later. I have shingles, diabetes and high blood pressure and today I feel all of my ailments are not bothering me. I’m going to keep tabs but right size not only has taken the hunger out I feel strong. Maybe the vitamins are the right amount for the ailments. In any case, experiment and it will work for anyone. Don’t starve, count calorie and be sure you get enough.
John: I lost 15 lbs. in 2 months. It did work as an appetite suppressant I would have an additional water and a fruit in between “meals” I didn’t even realize it had caffeine.:o) It didn’t affect me at all. Like anything else, it works for some and not for others.
Rose: The first day I tried this, I wasnt sure if I would ever try it again. I made my shake in the morning around 8 am. By 10:30, I was sitting on the toliet. I thought my stomach as going to expl*de. I dont think poop*ng your way thin is healthy either. We all know the same thing. The only thing you can do to lose weight is to diet and to work out. Drink a lot of water and be healthy with your meal choices. Good luck with your diet and remember to accept and love yourself. Your body is your temple.
VAL: SO ALL YOU PEOPLE THAT JUST WANT TO LOOSE WEIGHT BY DONING NOTHING YOUR CRAZY! YOU HAVE TO EAT 6 TIMES A DAY. EVERY 3 HOURS OR WHEN YOU FEEL HUNGRY. IF YOU THINK THIS IS TO MUCH MONEY, YOU SHOULD TRY MEDIFAST. NOW THATS OVER 260 EVERY 4 WEEKS IT WORKS BUT ITS VERY COSTLY.. WALK 3 MILES EVERY OTHER DAY! GET OFF YOUR BOOTY AND DO SOMETHING, GET OUT OF THE HOUSE! ALSO LOST 35 LBS WITH JUST RIGHT. AND SAME WITH MEDIFAST, NOW MEDIFAST TASTES LIKE CRAP,ITS CHALKIE AND THE SOUPS ARE WORSE.
Corky: I have had cravings for sweets that are unbelievable. I started right size smoothies a couple of weeks ago and I have lost my cravings for sweets and also do not have as big of an appetite. I really did not think I could do this but I enjoy the taste and know that at the end of every day I will be able to enjoy food again and I can do this sensibly knowing I won’t be out of control. I only lost 8 lbs so far. The weight came off immediatly in the first week and nothing in the second. I am not giving up. I know my body fights losing the weight and I am sure that with the low calories in this smoothie and supplementing two a day will eventually pay off.
Chas.A: A friend and I were visiting his aunt, who had seen this product’s commercial previously, and when it appeared on the television, she was determined to order, and get the special deal to the “first 200 callers” (with only added S & H). I told her these tv offers are usually overpriced, have repetitive billings, and are virtually impossible to resolve complaints – and that non-refundable S & H charges are normally outrageous. And the “first 200″ gimmick is likely a phoney scam. To prove, we called their phone # ten straight times, and were apprised call was within first 200 – #’s given, in order, were “caller…166… then, 188, 122, 133, 111, 133, 144, 133, 144 and 133. Called again, four times, a half-hour later, and were congratulated on being “caller…155, 199, 155 and 100,” the last one being lowest # of all. Can you believe anything such promoters offer, and can you doubt that equivalent or better products are available at your pharmacy or local supermarket or discount store? Legitimate, fairly-priced offers stemming from these types of tv commercials these are very few and far between. Save your money!
alex: Your ad is sickening! – Right Size Smoothies
susan: I used Right Size Smoothies and lost all the weight that I wanted in three months. I did all the flavors and added ice, non fat milk, yogart and fresh fruit. It controlled my appitite well. I drank it midday and had to make myself eat dinner. I thought they all tasted great. They were a little high in price but so is most weight loss products. I kept my weight off and I’m not a hugh fan of exercise. I also don’t live in and area with alot of fast food restaurants.
Barb: We tried two containers and it tasted good, didn’t lose weight and decided not to order more. But it came in the mail anyway! That was not explained to us. I was on hold for 18 minutes waiting to talk to a customer rep. They would not let me cancel it since it was in my husband’s name. I didn’t want to go through another phone call, so I woke him up to talk to them. Another scam as far as I am concerned. It may work, but I don’t like the trickery involved in selling it.
Luisa: Right Size or any other smoothie works. The key is eating less and exercising more. How long did it take to gain the weight? Why do people think that the weight will be lost in two shakes. You are hungry because you have overeaten for so many years. Right Size works. Try eating half of what you normally eat. The body thinks it is starving because we Americans are used to Supersizing everything. Stop complaining and start thinking positive. As for the cost, go to CVS. STOP EATING so much even without the Right Size and you will lose weight. Right Size helps those who want the help. Karma is real. (What you put out in the universe will come back to you). For all those who are serious about losing weight, give Right Size a sincere try expecting to lose and you will have success. Keeping busy also keeps you from thinking of food. Please stop complaining and get the weight off anyway you can. It is healtier to be normal size than to be overweight.
Questioning???: Ok, granted I guess I should have read these posts, before I purchased the product since there are a lot of negatives. I have been on it for about two weeks and have not noticed any change either in weight or hunger. I am preplexed right not because if there are so many complaints, why isn’t the company addressing these issues? Are they trying to help people get better results from their product or do they just think commenting about it is going to take care of all their problems? I want to know what the company itself is doing about this or is it just another weight loss scam created for their own financial gain and the “Heck” with the suckers out here in the real world!
MarkDuane: Day 2 on the Smoothie. Using it to replace breakfast & lunch. Delicious, but does not (yet) curb hunger- will give it time. Hope it works- got a lot to loose.
Tracy: I decided to order the trial but then read so many negative reviews that I tried cancelling. Customer service has yet to respond and they went ahead and charged my credit card for the shipping and handling of approx $19. I’ve read on here that some people are getting charged for the “tria” if they don’t send back unused portions before trial period is up. Um.. how is it a trial if you charge us for it?? the simple fact that customer service is ignoring me is a sure indication that they do not care about customer satisfaction and that they are basically crooks. BEWARE.
Anonymous: Biggest lie ever told: I have read my terms and conditions. Whenever you disclose your credit card information.. make sure you know the terms first. It’ll save you the “hassle” of arguing with such “horrible” customer service people. I have been using this product for close to 4 months now and have had no problems with the website or customer service for that matter. For all of you who are expecting to find a product to help you magically lose weight, you’re seriously delusional. Get off your butt and exercise. Eat less. Work for it. If you’re going to take a supplement, learn how to use it first. If you’re not sure.. ask questions. When I first started this product I thought that I was doing fantastic, I drank a smoothie twice a day and had a small dinner. I also gained 2lbs my first week. When I called customer service they were more than happy to go over my options with me and offered advise on how to use it. Since then I’ve used it just once a day and I’ve lost close to 30lbs. I’ll be ordering from this company for a long time…
Tracy: If you want to try the product go to cvs.com and buy it for less. You won’t be giving out your credit card information to those idiots at rightsize and you won’t get caught up in something you didn’t intend to get. I like the shakes.. I have the chocolate and it’s good…fills me up almost to the point where i’m uncomfortable (which is good because I certainly don’t think about food after drinking one) but I will NEVER go through the website. Their lack of response to my e-mails told me all they care about is charging my credit card. I actually called my credit card company to have them cancel that card and issue me a new one because I have absolutely no trust in them. So good product or not.. don’t trust their website… go to CVS.com.. can’t stress that enough. Customer service for rightsize…are LOSERS! I would pretty much beware of anyone who posts such positive reviews about a company that has such negative reviews… paid employee maybe? Just a thought. Honestly..I thought the shake was good.. I feel full when I drink it.. it’s the company I don’t trust with my credit card number.
Not the "Right Size": Taste is horrible (Leano Cappuccino).. grainy and chalky, leaves after-taste!! No matter what you add (banana, yogurt, etc.); as per cust. service suggestions; which, by the way, if you are continuously adding more food to this “smoothie” how can you possibly be reducing calorie intake? Messed with my blood sugar so bad; was sh*aky, head*che, n*ausea…terrible feeling. Don’t waste your money- $119 for nothing different then what is already on the market. Getting my money back!!
Anonymous: I work as a right size customer support representitive. What a terrible company. I know it’s terrible to say, but I’m only doing this job to get through college. This company will screw you over!!! The product is a fr*ud, and the company is a sc*m. Realistically, only diet and excercized work. You could eat a magic weight-loss apple twice a day as a meal replacement and lose wieght BECAUSE YOURE TAKING IN LESS CALORIES! Don’t let them sc*m you!
Cat: Fat is in ALL proven diets like Jenny Craig NutriSystem and Weight Watchers. You have to fee your body fat in order to lose weight! These seem to work well and I’m excited to try it.
Joy: I have not decided if it works yet, but at first taste it is a bit chalky. They said on TV that it’s not chalky at all. THat’s a lie.
anonymous: To let some of you know. The best way to take rightsize is to eat a full breakfirst of protein and fiber in the morning that way you kick start your metabolism. Then use the shake to replace a later meal, usually lunch, as those are where people tend to eat the most calories; after you drink the shake you must drink a full glass of water after to activate the appemine which has 50 mg of caffeen in it. If you are sensitive to caffeen you can reduce the scoop to a half a scoop. If you find it is not satisfing your hunger reduce to half a scoop and add half a scoop of whey protein. Utilize the recipies!! The trial is more like a try it before you buy it. You get to try the product for however many days of your trial period (14-21 depending on how you order). You keep one can sealed and open the other one. This is to make sure your trial stays in effect. If you open both and you only payed the processing fee you would be billed the full price of the product which is 119.80 (59.90 ea) which you have to agree to before you even give your credit card information up. I have heard of some people losing a significant amount of weight, one woman called me up to reorder and tell me she loved the product becasue she lost 86 pounds over the course of 6 months, another lost 45 over the course of 6 months and then uses the shakes as a maintenance. I figured I would write all of this down so that people could read it before they buy it. The difference with the rightsize in cvs and the other ones is the size, availability of flavors and no money back gaurentee. This product does not work for everyone, and you should always ask your doctor and pharmisict before starting any diet program. I hope this information is helpful. Note you can also reduce scoop for diabetic consumers. It has chromium in it, which has been shown to regulate blood sugar. Furthermore, if you see inches drop away and not pounds that’s because you’re probably building muscle when you work out and shedding fat.
Julia Hicks: I started drinking right size smoothies every morning now for the last two months and i have lost 15 pounds. I began exercising everyday too. Right size smoothie WORKS! The taste is great too. I love right size smoothie and recommend it to all my friends and family that want to lose weight.
Joy: I have been on Right Size for a week now and I am down 3.5 lbs like I read. It does curb your hunger somewhat and when I do eat I try to be as healthy as I can. I mixed the vanilla with a banana and peanut butter and that is SO delicious. So far so good, can’t wait til next week!
k: THIS IS ALL A SC*M…. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFO.. IE BANKING OR CREDIT CARD INFO…. THEY WILL TAKE IT ALL AND SELL IT!!! BEWARE
Roberta: Are you kidding me people? I bought right size smoothies and I think they are great. I notice when I drink one with light soy milk I am totally satisfied for hours. I have no desire to snack or feel like I am hungry. And hey yall you can’t just drink the smoothie and think that is all it is going to take to lose weight. Hello, exercise and cut back on fat and calorie intake. These three things together melt off the fat and reduce the pounds. I think it is a great product. Thank you very much!
Dennis: FRAUD ALERT!! RS has an attractive radio ad for a free trial. It is a fraud, and I do not use the word lightly. The ad states that there is $0 shipping and handling. Instead, RS charges over $18 in S&H. Even worse, when someone orders the free trial, RS ships two canisters. What RS either fails to mention, or make clear, is that after two weeks, it will charge over $100 for the second canister. At this point, I do not know if the product works. If the company is so dishonest at this stage, I have to wonder about everything else. Before you purchase, be aware of what business practices you will face.
brenda: regardless of what’s in them, the supposedly free trial is bogus! do not fall for it!
steve: RightSizeSmoothies – this is a money scam! we are reporting this to our attorney general. you better search the box and all scraps of paper inside, including advertising cards, because they are quite sneaky about their return date. besides this, Slim Fast is much better and cheaper!
na-na: I think that the right size smoothies would or could work. thegoods out weigh the bads on this subject for this blog.
Nydja: So far I’ve lost 30lbs. Tastes good to someone with a sweet tooth and got me off Starbucks Frappachinos. I drink 2 a day and have very little else. Average 3lbs a week lost. You can buy it at CVS. Recommend Chocolate w/ a blender bottle. I don’t understand people that make negative comments here and have nevered tried it. I’m also sensitive to caffene but this is not bad. I think I’ll keep going for another 30.
Nydja: BTW… bought some Slim Fast recently. It tasted terrible compared to RS Smoothies. Also, I use the power mixed in skim milk, yum.
dkjh: I think it’s a rip off, they offer you a 2 wk trial knowing you can’t tell anything in 2 wks, then if u don’t send it bk in they charge you 119.00 for something that you can get in the store for 15.00-20.00. That’s probably how they make their money. Don’t trust them.
Jess: I have been using Right Size smoothies for a while now. Sometimes I replace 1 or 2 meals sometimes none at all. I do exercise and eat well the rest of the day. They advocate eating well around the smoothies, as well as exercising. At the beginning of the year I was a size 16, weighing 200lbs. Now I am a size 6 at 140lbs. I am 32 and have NEVER been a size 6. You should try it, go to CVS since you can get the (smaller) can cheaper there (the website has cans that are almost double in size for about $25 more). Make sure you try the lean cocoa bean, all the others are nasty. One thing I do, which may be very beneficial (not sure) I add about a half a scoop (the same scoop in the cans) of bakers cocoa (it’s unsweetened and it gives me lots of antioxidants.) Anyway, there’s my 2 cents! I hope this review will help.
Ms.B: Firstof all you guys that order Right size Smoothie $120 bucks you should have did your research on the product because you can purchase it at Cvs and Miejers for 30bucks a can,I just purchase me some last night just started it this morning will let you know if I lose any weight!
Kay: Alright, I was reading the comments that some of you have put on here and I am just wondering… Has the ones who are saying that they do not think this will work… they think they will be hungry… they want more exciting flavors… etc etc. Have you ordered and tried the product? I am using it currently and I am the biggest junk food addict I know. So far I am having a dramatic reduction in cravings for junk food, I am not hungry all the time, I think they taste WONDERFUL and seriously if you just use your imagination you can make these taste however you want. Mix them with yogurt or with fruit or with different juices you can even have them taste tropical. I have seen these work for people I know and I currently have lost about 5lbs in just over a week the reason why I have not had more I think is because I skipped a day and also because I didnt stay consistant in the first few days I went from one smoothie to two back to one. Honestly I am not saying that it will work for every person out there but what I am saying is I had not had any problems and neither did my friends and I researched online and read other review boards and there were very few negative reviews on this product until I came to this one I am just saying if you try it for a few weeks on a regular basis and change up the way you make it to taste different I think more of you guys would be seeing better results. Also you CAN eat with this just eat SENSIBLE. seriously I don’t care what diet you are on if you sit down and pig out on fried food and ding dongs you will not loose the weight. Good luck to all of my fellow Right Size users I wish everyone the best of luck in your weight loss.
Jenna: What I;m trying to decide right now is even I even want a meal replacement type of product like this, or a diet pill of some kind to help with cravings or fat burning or both. I do love smoothies but really I could make them with anythng on my own, and am wondering if its better to spend my money on a true fat burner. I’ve been dong some research from some of the top rated pills on this site, and am torn between Slim 10, which has like, 10 top ingredients for weight loss – all patented, from what I;ve read – that can fight cravings, block carbs, block fat, burn fat and speed up the metabolism. And then theres Nuphedrine, which is super popular and supposedly helps burn lke, MANY more calories a day. And has two appetite suppressants. I feel ike with one of those, I can save on calories, plus burn more, and then blend up some fruit/yogurt/juice, etc, for a light meal. Anyway, thats just my thought on this, there sure are a TON of choices.
Mary: So my boyfriend got me the free trial for right size smoothies, you have 14 days to return one unopend can. On top of not saying that you pay shiping for the return, you also have 14 days from the day it was shipped, so really its only a 10 day trial. It was horriable tasting, i could never replace 2 meals with a nasty drink that makes me sick!!! I would not recomend it and it seems like a scame all togther it cost me about $30, with the $18 charge just to try and the shipping and handleing to send it back!
Anonymous: There isn’t enough protein in this drink and the customer service people lie. I caught them in one. This is a rip off for the money!!
Weezie: I thught this stuff was wonderful and had it for breakfast. Then about a week inti it I started feeling str*nge; on edge, my he*rt pound*ng, str*nge taste im my mouth, d*zzy. After several days of feeling like this I went to see my do*tor. I was suffering from a se*ere anxi*ty attack. I was told to stop Right Size and within 48 hours I was fine again. Bew*re!
kimbelly: Caled after a radio ad really looking for information about the product. ihad already decided if there was a “catch” I was not going to buy. Sales girls DID tell me about the S&H She told me about the $119 and sending back the unopened can, but she was so pressure sales she turned me off. I kept saying I needed time to think and they must tell their sales agents to keep you on until you buy. I am not that desperate when I really just need more discipline. Good luck, the sales pitch is NOT for me.
Pete: VERY high-pressure sales pitch by a smooth talking salesman. Their offer for a “free” trial is pure BS. Nothing free about it. A real smoke and mirror operation. I’m steering clear of these charletans…
Brent: This product is total BS! Free trial is even more BS, there is nothing free about it. When I called to cancel I could not get through and when I did finally get to speak with someone they would not let me return it! The free trial is $120. Buyer beware they are crooks! Tried to talk to a supervisor but none were ever “available”. I’m going to file a complaint in small claims court.
Nikki: I’ve tried this product when it 1st advertised along with eating modification n exercise and it worked. If u really want to give it a try, it can be purchased at CVS for the fraction of the price and without any high-pressured sales pitch! I just purchased 2 cannisters today for $60.00. Good Luck!
Nikki: I have only been using Right Size smoothies for 2 days and have already lost 2 pounds! I was surprised to find that I’m not hungry after I drink the smoothies. Right now I drink a smoothie for breakfast, another for lunch, then I eat what I want for dinner. I definitely have more energy. I’ve started exercising for 30 minutes a day. I was skeptical, but it works! Can’t wait to see how much weight I can lose in a month. I plan to keep using this product for as long as it works! Hope to lose 100 pounds eventually. Will keep you posted.
Dani C: Hmm I dunno, it sounds like some of you have figured out how to make it work, but still seems like a n awful lot of trial& eror,, and modifcations needed for the right Size smoothies to work effectiviley. SO, amm gonna shop around, maybe those Slim Shot DIEt drinks are easier, they look popular at any rate.
Andrea: I am so unsatisfied with this prodect, AND company. I decided to give this a try since I used to work in the restaurant business. I was always go-go-go, and needed something nutricious to chug down since I never had time for a meal. This product DID NOT aid me in weight loss, and I am already a person who runs 20+miles per week with crossfit as well. After 3 months with this product I called and cancelled. 3 weeks later I got a notice from my bank that they had taken another 49.99 out of my account for another shipment. When I called I was told ” we do not have any indication in the system” that I cancelled the product. after the lady was nothing short of a bitch to me, she stated they can’t refund my $. I would have to not only ship the container back after recieving it, but I would have to pay for the shipping to ever get a refund for THEIR ERROR! When I asked to speak with her manager I got ” he will tell you the same thing, so there is no point in me connecting you” and refused me the right to talk to any superior within their ” office”. Absolutely rediculous and I will do everything I can to make sure this company and their ” bitchy” sales reps never get any of my friends $.
Stacy: I love the smoothies, but hate the customer service at the company. Also, they’re really spendy – boo. But, they do work for me. For those who are worried about still feeling hungry on meal replacement things like this, right size keeps you full for about 4 hours as long as you follow the smoothie with 8-12 ounces of water. Also, mix the vanilla flavor with orange juice in the morning (it adds about 110 calories, bringing the total to 210), the natural sugar in the juice does wonders to wake you up and keep you energized.
Tiff: I bought this product on a one month trial and was told I would get a full refund if it didn’t work within that time. It didn’t work so I called to ask for my money back…I never got my full refund…Just a scam!!
T: sucks!! it is just a scam.
MrX: One only need listen to their pitch to detect a scam: “Did you know that eating less than 900 calories a day can make you gain weight..?” That’s patently false, and is known far and wide as the POW diet, Auschwitz diet, etc. Some of the other stuff thrown out is similarly specious. I don’t need and don’t use any sort of weight loss supplement, but the claims and preposterous statements used in the radio spots should be a red flag for anyone. Avoid this and any other product that uses such provably false statements in advertising.
Debbie: Used smoothie as breakfast meal replacement. Occasionally used twice daily. Ate sensibly. Gained weight. Product didn’t work for me.
Mary: seriously……….this diet does not work and if you try to sed it back the Customer Service Dept will keep you on the phone until you buy in to keeping the product they are relentliss. I will not buy this product again and will not suggest to anyone to try
Jan Maze: I tried right size smoothie for 8 weeks. I love the taste and drink for bkfast meal. I ate lunch or dinner meal and lost 13lbs. I did not have a exercise plan. I would have loss more if I had exercised.
Tardy: Hello to all, i used Right Size Smoothies for 2 months and lost 42lbs. I had a shake for breakfast and one for dinner. I also walked 3 miles daily. If you really want to lose weight, follow my program. Two shakes daily and plenty of walking. What do you have to lose, it’s only three months out of your life, start now !..I will post a final comments when my goal of 70lbs is met…..God Bless and Good luck
Ms Walton: I do not like the taste of Right Size smoothie and when trying to contact a csr no one would accept my call or even cancel my order like I have tried to do for going on 3 days now
Angela: I bought right size from CVS and it is much cheaper. I love the taste of the skinny vanilli…I replaced my morning meal and lunch with the shake and cut out Diet drinks and drank more water. After 2 weeks i’m down a little over 3 lbs. My goal is to lose 10 lbs.
Alice: I responded to a 30 day”free trial” offer. I authorized the shipping and handling for the 30 day only, and before I could stop it the robo-call kept adding on until the total was $130 which I did not authorize. I can’t find a way to contact these thieves to stop the order. Does anyone know how?
Jim: Been using right size smoothies for about three months. Was sent the trial then autosent two more containers. It was cheaper to keep the containers then send them back. I noticed that using skim milk worked the best. The shaker bottle left to many chunks of particles to drink easily, but a blender worked well. Yes I did not have cravings for about 4 hours after. Changed diet habits and lost about 25 lbs. ovet this time period. For it to work, you need to add a glass of water after drinking then drink water instead of soft drinks.
Samantha: Okay, so I lost 60 lbs. in 6 months. Never had a smoothie. Had two pieces of lite wheat bread for breakfast with 1/4 cup cottage cheese and 2 pieces of sliced tomato. Lite yogurt for snack with a some grapenuts in it for crunch. Syrian pocket stuffed with turkey one piece of american cheese and sliced pickles, lettuce and tomato for lunch. Grapefruit for snack. And then a weight watchers dinner. Drank water and walked. Didn’t work out like a nut, just walked four to five times a week. I did this for six months and went from 210 to 150. Went to a wedding where my ex was and had the last laugh. My point is this…we all need something to motivate us. If you drink these smoothies and you actually see results and change your habits, then it’s all good. Just don’t eat under 1200 calories a day. Don’t give your body a reason to hold on to fat because it thinks you’re in starvation mode. So to the people that are seeing results, good for you.
Samson: If you want to be treated like a piece of trash, order a Rightsize smoothie from their company.
I made a call in after hearing a radio ad, and they assured that it would be shipped within a certain amount of days. After a month and a half, I never received it and wondered why. I called them and told them that I never received the product, and I want my money back. They claimed that UPS made several attempts to deliver. I told them that an attempt means nothing to me as a consumer if that attempt failed, and the end result is me paying $18.88 for something I never received. Oh…and by the way…the $18.88 is the shipping & handling charge, I was signing up for what they called a free trial…yeah, a free trial that cost me 18 dollars and 88 cents. I don’t know if my credit card agrees with the “free” statement but whatever…after a brief argument of my side and their side, I realized these people are not going to give me my money back. The lady then offered to have it re-shipped. I told her, why would I want to deal with a company that essentially treats their customers like this. I am not longer interested, and it’s true…there’s millions of products like this, Rightsize is NOT unique at all nor special enough to treat a customer like a piece of trash, dispose of me, and cheat me out of $18.88.
So, in conclusion, I have been robbed once this summer. I paid for something that I never received…and UPS along with Rightsize smoothie have $18.88 of my money, and I have nothing. Congrats Rightsize smoothie, winning over one customer at a time huh ? :/
Cat: Just ordered my trial with S&H. I am opened minded and will give it an honest try. I to agree if you do not listen to the sale recording carefully and you are in a hurry to just press through or if you think all the deals sound wonderful you are asking for a nightmare. Even after saying no to the first request you have to answer no a third or fourth time. I just kept saying no, I have been down this road before,I am thinking positive and I am expecting the best. Will keep you updated . I am using honest facts in all of my writings.
Anonymous: I LOVE rightsize smoothies. They have helped me maintain a 90 pound weight lose for four years. Love it, love it, love it…..
Anna: Well just used Right Size Smoothie for the first time today. So im going to stay open minded and cross my fingers that it helps me with weight loss.
Jan: Called within the 30 day period to get a return authorization. Customer service rep would not give me a return authorization number, instead encouraged me to wait until Sept 23rd to call so I could have the “full 30 days.” Called on September the 22nd to get authorization and was told my 30 day trial period ended on the 21st and I would now be charged the full price ($119). On top of this, right size smoothie “signed me up” for two services which bill you $24.95 a month after your free trial period of 30 days – problem is, the letters for these “services” don’t arrive within the 30 days, so there is no way to cancel them.
“Free trial” companies make their money betting people aren’t vigilant. Don’t do business with a company that won’t accept returns – they will rip you off every single time. Wish I would have listened to the voice in my head telling me not to call for this “free trial.” Learn from my mistake – get your smoothie mix at the gym or grocery store And avoid my headache.
2:)Lita: So I had tried this about two years ago. I worked for a very popular weight loss company for about 8 years & did very well, but got so tired of the shake flavor.I love the flavor of these. I did it for about 3 months & lost 20lbs but couldnt keep up with the cost. I am considering doing it again. I am 44 & can not find anything that helps me with my appetite nor energy. Does anyone reccommend that if you do get hungry, can’t you do more than just two shakes a day? Can you do a full one with like activia a banana, shake at 7am, than if you get hungry before lunch time, which for me is scheduled at 1pm every day, cant I do another shake at 10am, than 1pm, and maybe even 4pm. I get off work at 6pm, so than a light dinner ? Is that ok ?
Tim Anderson: The rightsize smoothy commercial is one of the most unethical curve balls I have seen. They create the illusion that they are a consumer health care advocacy group making a public health announcement. Shame on them. Their sales tactics are disingenuous and insulting to the consumer. Unfortunately, many consumer will get sucked into their sales pitch. They are preying on those who have become conditioned by television sales ads and those who lack knowledge. Arm yourself with knowledge people.
Sherrie Boyd: RightSize Smoothies left me hungry and did not help at all. BUT the worst part
was trying to return product. The people on the phone would not listen and tried to resell me on the product instead of giving the return authorization I
required. Never get involved with this product. These people are AWFUL. BEWARE!
Charlie: I used to love the Cocoa Bean, bought it every week, used it daily. Bought a container last Friday 10/14/11. I thought it tasted different, not like it usually did. Quite awful. Thought it was just me that day. Tried the next day, same thing. Then daughter drank it today and said, “What’s up with the “Great New Flavor”? I did not notice it on the container. She ended up throwing hers out. Now keep in mind we darank this daily, the both of us. It now tastes like they are making a base and then adding in flavors for their 4 flavors. I thought it tasted like vanila, she thought berries. I called and they told me to use the recipes to help the taste. Are you kidding me? Why would I want to do that when I loved it before. I would have to say they cut costs with their product by changing ingredients. I figured out I spent $1,680 a year on this. Does anyone have another product that tastes as good as this product used to that they can recommend?
Dan: Right Size Smoothies don’t taste good. They told me I could add all sorts of other things to it to make it better.
When they sign you up, they try to up-sell you all sorts of other things. It is obvious that the employees in the call center are rewarded by how many extra things they can convince you to do, including things that have nothing to with health. Discount programs galore, all “free trials” that will start charging you later in addition to other charges they will not tell you about.
The “Free Shipping” is bogus. You have to join freeshipping dot com which gives you an initial rebate of $20 that covers the shipping out. You’ll have to cancel that membership if you don’t want to pay the $12.97 per month. If you don’t like it, you have to pay to return it. Get your packing instructions right, or theyll charge you the $120 for what they sent you.
They signed me up for a rebate club that was supposed to have a free trial, but that company tried, unsuccessfully, to charge my credit card.
When I called back to cancel, I was on hold for 8 minutes. In a professional and calm manner, I told the person my frustrations. He continually talked over me, told me I was talking over him, and made no apologies aside from the taste. He did tell me, in a condescending way, they it really wasnt that hard to add extra things to the smoothie.
Thats what I get for listening to radio ads. Time to get myself to the gym and suck it up.
Patricia D.: HAd been considering the Right Size smoothies, but am thinking maybe they are not for me. I am super picky about flavors. I mainly just want to lower my calorie intake, so maybe Hoodia will help. I’ve seen a lot more positive comments on the HoodiaP57 on the home page here, maybe that would be enough.
Lori: I noticed no difference in my weight or body mass using this product as directed for more than two weeks. Additionally, the business model and “free” trial is anything but! I could not cancel the transaction when I was on the phone making the initial order – I felt very pressured with every response I gave. It was all automated, there was never an option to speak with a representative to just cancel the process altogether. I simply hung up the phone, but still received the 2 canisters of stuff about a week later. I immediately called to cancel, and was talked out of it, they wouldn’t let me cancel, telling me I still had two weeks left on my trial. I felt, and feel, like they would not honor my request for the cancellation then, even though I felt I was very clear in telling them I did not want to continue using the product. I spoke with a supervisor, explaining that I felt bullied by the last person on the phone, but they still refused to refund the $119.80 I spent. It is almost irrelevant whether the product works or not – their method of marketing is dishonest and unscrupulous.
Edward: This is a terrible product and even a worse company. I foolishly did not send it back after the trial offer, so I just ate the cost and chalked it up to experience. (Next time I won’t procrastinate.) Now get this… They send me another package of this garbage and ding my credit card for $103. When I complained that I had never ordered this, they had the nerve to tell me to send it back (on my dime)and they will refund me $89! Hey, how about this… just give me my money back!! I don’t want this wretched crap! NEVER DEAL WITH THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!! My next stop is small claims court.
Dorothy: First of all, any company using outrageously false claims like “a woman over 40 has to go to the gym for an hour a day just to maintain weight” to promote their product is clearly not legitimate. As a scientist who knows better, every time I hear that idiotic commercial on the radio, I want to find the idiot and beat him up! It is a scam, plain and simple.
If you are active and taking in a reasonable number of calories (fewer than you are burning) you will lose weight. It really is that simple. You do not have to spend a fortune on some overpriced “meal replacement” to lose weight. I lost 50 pounds last year just by keeping track of calories and nutrition and working out.
Barb: I tried Right Size Smoothie but it gave me a head*che every time I drank it so I stopped before I could see any results. It tasted good to me but I couldn’t deal with the hea*aches.
CO Lillian: All the bed reviews are making me think i got into a bad scam!!!!! I will send back the 2nd can when the “trial pack” comes in like i seen a gal did in her review…. I hope it works i work most the day and the kitchen is right across the hall ugh!!! Talk about temptation when it gets boring all every1 does is snack on food here!!! Wish me luck and i hope i dont get jipped like someothers did!!!! Right Size dont screw me over now!!! Ofc S
Justin: Way too much ‘additional enrollment’ and cost required for “Free Trial”. On the initial phone call after you request your free trail you will be pushed to enroll in multiuple other discount programs or agree to other great ‘deals’ for the product. Shipping is $18.88 and in order to get that returned you must enroll in freeshipping.com (another thing you will be charged for if you don’t cancel)and submit documents to them. Take about 3 weeks to get refund check. If you cancel, you are required to ship the product back to them (to Maine, can be expensive), with very specific details about packaging. At the conclusion of the phone call to cancel they state that they are sending you a gift card and enrolling you in a restaurant deal for only $1 for trying their product (another enrollment to cancel that will be charged to your card if you don’t cancel). Too many stipulations, DO NOT RECCOMMEND!
mike: this stuff is awful!! i got suckered into their radio add for try it free for 30 and i ended up spending $138.00. i tried to return it before the 30 days was up and again i let some smooth talkin operator talk me into keeping it until the 30 days was up. well i did not watch the calender everyday waiting for the 30 and went past the deadline….guess what? no return after 30 days.
their is nothing “smoothie” about it, especially the going down your throat part,it was awuful
susan: I have been using Right Size Smoothies for three years and it worked for me. I lost 50lbs and I was feeling great. BUT the last can I purchased was different. It did not look the same. More crystallized and I gained weight instead of keeping it off. Good for me, I kept the first can I purchased and LORD AND BEHOLD, you change some of the ingredients. SHAME ON YOU!!!!
Akitagirl: I am glad I didn’t read about Right Size smoothies before trying it otherwise I wouldn’t have. I am happy with it so far. I drink 2 shakes, mixed with vanilla almond milk and they taste very good. I don’t eat anything all day and I am fine as long as I drink water. By 6pm I start feeling hungry but thats time for the balanced meal so it’s all good. I have only been doing it for about a week, so I don’t know if I have lost weight yet. I am trying not to be obsessed with the scale and want to give this a try for 2 weeks before I check. There’s alot of complaints about the customer service. I agree, good customer service is important and they should get their act together in that department. I bought mine at a CVS drugstore so I didn’t deal with the company directly.
Joanna Nelson: CRIMIN*L. They set you up by requiring you to return an one of the unopened bottles. They only put enough in each container for one week, knowing you will have to open the other before the 30 days. Then they will charge you the full amount for both containers even if dissatisfied & canceling subscription. Another scam taking advantage of people wanting to be healthy and lose weight. Disgusting. One of my containers did not have a scoop so I had to open the second to use it. The product made me ill, enough I had to go to the doctor. The “call center” through battling would only agree to not bill me for the second container. Unprofessional and definitely not a guarantee that you will love their product. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Is all I can say.
val: I love the energy and feeling of well bing I just need to commit and be vigilant . I lost 14# but did not commit I will start again tomorrow wish me luck.
Lynne Eckert: Okay, so I ordered this stuff. Came while I was on vacation, and didn,t get it until it was to late to return…or so I was told. There goess $200.00!!!! Tastes terrible, can’t even give it away! So, I cancelled. Well, much to my surprise within 2 weeks, I recieve 4 more canisters of this NASTY, HORRID tasting crap! Now, 8 canisters later, $400.00 out of pocket, what to do? I’ve called the BBB, and am going to my bank, and the post office today!!!!
Anonymous: RIGHT SIZE SMOOTHIES IS A TOTAL SCAM!! DON’T BUY IT! I got their “free 30 day trial” – didnt like the stuff – and wanted to return it. Well, as life goes, I got a little busy and did’t call to return it in time (only five days late) and they freakin charged me $119.80!! I called and spoke to a representative who was totally unsympathetic and practically hung up on me! She told me they would give me a “courtesy 1/2 price refund”. I’ve only used one scoop of the stuff! $60 for one scoop?! I called back and talked to her supervisor, who behaved the same way! I’ve never experienced such poor customer service! THIS COMPANY SUCKS!!!!! DON’T BUY THEIR PRODUCT!
RedinRed: I have tried The Chocolate shakes and I think they are very good. My shakes are not chalky at all. I ad a half cup of vanilla low-fat yogurt to mine and I use Almond Breeze milk as replacement for regular milk. I think it tastes very good. I started this diet this past Monday and have lost 3 lbs. so far. My goal it to loose around 15-20 lbs. I do snack around 10:00 and also 3:00. (But not more than 200 calories). There are several snacks that are sold as individual packs that may contain no more than 160 calores. I also like a Diet Mtn. Dew with my snack or flavored water. Then I eat as normal for dinner. I also try to walk 4 miles in the afternoon. I think everyone should snack in between or else you will get hungry. I will keep everyone up to date with my results. Good luck to everyone else.
Linda: Just started, but I’m feeling positive on this one. The vanilla flavor tasted great – so much better than the many diet drinks I’ve tried. I must have added too much ice to the blender, because it turned out like soft serve ice cream, and I ate it with a spoon. It was chalky, but didn’t have that awful fake/vitamin taste. I think that blending it with fruit would be great. But, I did notice posts that say they blend with peanut butter, etc. They can get pretty fattening if you add such ingredients.
Lovette: I just purchased 4 cans of the Leano Cappuccino that were on sale for $9.90 per can on the website. All 4 cans were cheaper than 1@$54.80.I use almond milk and it taste great. They also sell Right Size at Albertsons & CVS so you don’t have to use the 2 week trial.
Naomi: My husband and myself have been using “Right Size” for about 3 years now and we love it. It really does work!! You have to use your brain when you start a diet, exercise and watch your food intake. We will continue to use the “Right Size”
Jazz: Right Size smoothies are the best i believe. I have tried a lot of diets and this one controls my appetite and taste good. The price is the only problem i have with the product. I love it. Thanks
