Jodie: RapidSlim has a LOT of Caffeine! Reading its ingredients list here, it looks like it has something like 5 or 6 different sources of caffeine in it! At first it was kind of amusing that I was so jacked up, but then it made me feel really ill. Nope, no good.

Lara: I definitely made an effort with RapidSlim Sx, i walked for 30 minutes 3 days a week, cut down my calories to 1500, and tok the Rapid Slim Sx. I thought the pill would give me an “edge” so that the efforts i was making might pay off faster. i knew i had to get with the program, but i guess i also hoped that this pill would give me an added advantage to make things happen sooner for me. Well, the main thing i noticed was that it didn’t help me with my food cravings, which are always a struggle for me. i kind of wanted to reduce my calories even a bit more, like down to 1200, but i was so hungry even on 1500 that i couuldn’t really imagine cutting down further. as far as metabolism, Rapid Slim Sx did provide a good energy level but i’m not sure it actually was burning more calories, bcs i didn’t lose weight. so. i guess i ahve to say this one wasn’t a winner for me.
CP: I LOVE THIS PRODUCT. It does contain a lot of caafeine (250mg per serving, but that is to get your metabolism up to burn calories. I have a GREAT tolerance to caffeine. I have only used it for 3 days now and have lost 3 pounds. I know it’s water weight, but eventually it will become fat loss. The reason for so much caffeine in the pills is that if you mix caffeine with green tea (also in the pills), it enhances fat-burning. Green tea combined with caffeine has become the new ‘ephedra’ of diet pills.

I was pretty healthy before so I didn’t really change anything in my diet and exercise routin (I run 3 times a week).
