By far the hardest workout I've ever done. Although I did not eat right I still saw dramatic results. I loved the athletic approach to the program with Kenpo, Yoga, and Plyometrics. I saw an increase in the amount of reps on every set each phase. I suggest incorporating a workout partner or two into the routine, because there will be plenty of times you will be to damn tired or unmotivated to punish you body. Good Luck!

I have had this program a year now. When I first started this program I thought I would die! After just a month doing it, I found I had better stamina in different areas of my life and more energy for every day things. It is HARD! And is mades for those that can pass a simple fitness test. If you are not in decent shape already please try another one of the programs. Start with just the P90. And for those of you that are saying you have not lost the 'weight'. This program does not concern itself with weight, but size and health. Dont look at the scale, look at your measuring tape. Stay away from the scale, tape, etc except for three times, 30 day, 60 day, and 90 days. After one month of not following the fitness plan but just eating healthy and showing up and pushing play, I saw muscles that I had forgot I had. I am starting again this week due to it being winter and I know I do not get the excercise that I do during the summer. Please do not get discouraged for those that have this program, show up, push play, and the rest will follow

I think the concept of "muscle confusion" is brilliant & its something we've all experineced whether we realize it or not. i noticed how when i switch up my exercise routine, i get results faster, both in terms of shredding and muscle growht and fat loss. Eveyrone knows the saying 'variety is the spice of life' and the fact is that P90x works off the simple principle that your body performs better when you switch it up a little, rather than letting your msucles get so used to your workout that there "bored." i know you all know what i mean, you get stuck in that workout rut. thats what i like about this. it pushes my body and challenges me without ever falling into monotony,.

doing this program has been one o f the greatest challenges, i swear, it takes a lot of dedication. but after the first week, i sorta became, i dunno, almost like addicted to doing it. like my day, wasn't compelt without my p90x workout,is that weird to say? any way, i've made drastic improvements in my shape, smaller hips, thighs, waist, much more toned & defined all over. thumb up.

i've been there and i will tell you this, if you've never worked out before then don't bother. Go eat more fat and quit b*tch'n about it. Working out is hard its supposed to be. If it were easy we would all look like Tony. Stick with it. Diet. And if you push the play button you will see the results. I had an issue with the company and i called and they explained it to me. It was simple. Just like Tony says, don't want this to be to easy, don't want to smoke a cigarette while doin this. It works and i feel like a 20 year old and my real age is 40. Rock On.

I got it as a gift, and my wife and I have been doing it for 7 weeks so far. (We're in the 2nd phase recovery week). Say what you want about it being hard, and the diet tough to follow, but we're 41 years old, not athletic, and have followed it religiously. My waist has gone from a 36" to a 30.5" in 7 weeks. My upper arms doubled in size. My body is really unrecognizable as the same one I had 2 weeks ago. My wife has lost several inches off her waist and backside, and looks better than she has since she had our 3 kids. Yes, it's tough -- yes, it sucks to follow the diet -- and yes, it's a pain to wake up an hour early every day. But there's no way someone who does it as hard as they can every day, and follows the plan completely, can honestly say it doesn't work. Because it does. DO NOT QUIT!!

This is only my 5th day and I came here looking for support. The workouts are intense, and I'm convinced I'll see results-how could you not if you are working out over an hour a day!
