OMG there's a lot of caffeine in Natural Trim! Whew! But I like the wired feeling, makes me feel like I can do a million things at once, so even if I didn't have to lose the 20 pounds that's dragging me down, I think I'd take this anyway, just because I feel powerful and energetic when I use it, and hopefully, some weight loss will show up soon...

I just turned 50 and eating a balanced diet and walking every day isn't enough. I never used to have to take diet pills and I don't really know what's good from what's bad. I didn't do enough research and I guess that's how I ended up with NaturalTrim which simply didn't work out for me. I didn't like how I felt and I don't believe that caffeine, if that's what is the offending ingredient can really have an affect on your metabolism. I will most definitely read this blog before I make any more hasty decisions.

Think the Natural Trim is sort of middle of the road, I wonder if there's really much Hoodia in it because I still want to eat a lot, and the caffeine makes that worse, nervous eating to try and calm down? So this is not terribly successful for me, I'm going to look for something that's got more of an appetite suppressant and less caffeine, then I'll be more on the right track I think.

Like the Natural Trim just fine, but the sleeping thing IS or WAS a bit of an issue, but now before I go to bed I have a nice glass of red wine and that helps me sleep just fine, it balances out the Natural Trim so I don't have to toss and turn...

How many calories does a glass of red wine have anyway? I know that it helps with your sleeping but I wonder if it would affect weight loss any, if you drink it nightly while takign natural trim?

The caffeine was not the issue for me with NaturalTRIM, it was simply that the weight would not budge..I hit a plateua in the 3rd week in which I was stuck at for another five weeks before calling it quits. I suppose maybe I could've watched my calories a bit more, but I was eating better. I don;t know why it didn't work.

Natural Trim Makes me jittery, I did lose 7 pounds in the last two weeks, so if you can endure that bad feeling it might be alwright. but I am going to switch to something a little lighter now that i am on my way to weight loss.

I have marginal high blood pressure, I control it pretty well with not eating any salt, and trying to get my weight down is a very important part of what I'm trying to do to stay healthy, so my question is, do you think Natural Trim would be ok for me to take, I'm not taking any medications or anything, I was just sort of worried about all the caffeine, if that would make my b.p. go up?

Thumbs down for natural trim. There is nothing natural about it. Let me just say that much. I think if you have tried it you know. You know.

I thought if I practiced portion control while taking Natural Trim and dieting I could egt away with still eating my favorite foods like fast food tacos and muffins from Starbucks. But not so much. I am actually really disappointed but I have to report: I didn't lose a pounds. i don't expect dieting to be fast or easy but I have to have some results to go on.

Natural Trim takes some time, ladies, don't be so impatient! We know we didn't pack on these pounds in a week, we can't expect to lose them that fast! And we also know that if we lose a lot of weight quickly, it's going to come right back again, and that yo yo thing is a disaster, look at Oprah for heaven's sakes if you want the ultimate example. So just take it slow and easy with this, it will start to show in a couple of weeks, and then you'll all be on your ways. It's working for me, just the way I want. Slow and low, just like you cook scrambled eggs....

Its clear to me that all of this complaining about Natural Trim is coming from people who do not understand this product at all. Natural Trim contains a proprietary fat-burning complex that is derived from natural sources only. I am an independent distributor of Natural Trim, and I am happy to answer any and all questions about it.

Natural Trim is working fine for me, I mean, it's no magic pill or anything like I thought it would be, and I'm not so sure the Hoodia that's supposed to be in it is the real deal, but overall, it's still ok at least for the moment, I'm at least not gaining any more weight, which is what I've been doing consistently for the past 2 years, so I look at that as a real plus, at least this is helping me hold my own against the fat onslaught I've been battling.

I got a bit of diarrhea with Natural Trim, and while some people would complain about that, I think it's a good thing, makes the weight come off that much faster! There's always a silver lining, I say.

Wish I'd found Natural Trim when I was way younger, and now I'm 42 and the struggle is REALLY HARD, hope this will get me over the hump with the Hoodia, I dunno, I'm not liking some of what I'm reading here today...feeling a little iffy at the moment, but hey, we're all our own diet people aren't we, and different pills work differently for different people!
