I have been trying out MetaBurn to see if it would give me some more energy at the gym but so far I am not impressed, it't just like drinking a couple of espresso nothing more. Hopefully it will help getting some more definition. Will see. so far, not impressive.

Guess I have to agree with ya Frank the energy boost is not very sustainable. I just started taking Metaburn about 30 minutes before heading to the gym though and that helps. Only problem is I tend to feel the crash by the time I;'m out of the shower so I need to stop by Starbucks for a pick me up on my way to work. Its helping okay, I'm just gonna see how it goes...

The way you're supposed to take Metaburn is 3 caps between breakfast and lunch, and I tried that, but it wasn't really strong enough, so now I take another 3 between lunch and dinner, and the energy is terrific! Not so sure about the weight loss yet, but my afternoon sessions at the gym are the best they've ever been...so if you try this, try doubling the dose, that's what's worked for me.

MetaBurn contains natural ingredients like green tea and bitter orange. So far this is definitely a contender for the next diet pill I try. But obviously if I hear something bad here I will not use it. So please tell the plain truth!

There's some funny ingredients in Metaburn...mostly I think it's supposed to be a thermogenic because of the green tea and bitter orange, and then there's aloe vera and black pepper? Kind of a strange mix, but maybe if I take it everyday for a while longer it will finally kick in, can't say that it's done much so far, but it's only been a couple of days, probably too soon to tell for sure.

I appreciate that MetaBurn is a fat burner but I also really, really need an appetite suppressant. I exercise a fair amount and eat pretty decently but I have a tendency to eat too much, of the foods I crave such as cheese and bread. I need more help than this. It's just not the right formula for me but I don't think it's totally terrible.

so metaburn is meant mostly for metabolism & calorie burning then? not so much for controlling the appetite?

Can both men and women take Metaburn? Seems like it's maybe more of a guy thing, sounds kind of strong, but I like to try everything my husband takes, I want to make sure it won't hurt him, I'm sort of like food tasters used to be for royalty, I want to check it out for him, sometimes he doesn't get things very easily, I mean he's not retarded or anything, but it's just better if I try what he's taking and then I know if it will be all right for him or not.

Metaburn is great if you don't take it too late in the day, or you have to forget about sleeping, or do some more exercises, or run, or take the dog for a walk, whatever, you won't be in bed having a snooze I can tell you.

I'm taking half the dose of Metaburn and it's working fine for me, don't get that jangled feeling, just a dose of great energy, and I know that with the workouts I'm doing now, the extra 10 pounds I'm carrying is going to most def go to muscle, at least that's what my trainer says.

Now don't get me wrong MetaBURn was not a terrible product, for boosting the metabolism. But it did cause my appettite to spike and thats why I gave it up. I needed something with an appetite suppressant, wanted to try out Hoodia that everone been talking about. I went for miracleburn , I liked the sound of the name, what can i say? Burns fat & cuts the hunger, so I;m seeing gains plus getting rid of the fat faster.

Nina, I think you better lay off the Metaburn, this is exactly what we're all talking about, it's not worth it to turn mean just to get lean, the trade off is not what you want, better back off of this stuff for a while.

Think that Metaburn with the Hoodia really does fool my brain into thinking I'm full, but not for long enough! It's only lasting a couple of hours for me, and then I find I'm right back in the kitchen, cruising the refrigerator...need something that will last longer, I'm on the right track with this Hoodia, just have to find something that has more of it, I think that's the problem with Metaburn...

I am so annoyed with their being so many products on the line! I want to take them ALL!! ha ha ha! Honestly, where can we find out the best of the best and just got there? The wierd thing about Metaburn is the reply address goes to Amsterdam so there MUST be some good stuff in it ;) If u know what I mean.. :)

I have a bit of a concern, I was sent some information in the mail about a product called metaburn and it sounds different to what everyone else is describing. This "metaburn" is said to drop 2.5kg every tablet, and you need to take a tablet every 5 days. It does have an envelope to send to Amsterdam, but the one it came in has a return address to Singapore. All the information says that is used all over the USA. So I'm not sure if I been scammed?? And it seems alot more expensive (even after converting the currency)
