Certainly you can't just take it and expect things to happen. you have to diet and workout. I am not going to say that Lipobind is the worst diet pill I have ever tried. CAuse it's not. Zenodrine is. And I did try. I tried to eat salads and walk every day and not drink so much wine and skip dessert. And still I lost nothing. NOTHING. SO I think I am completely within my rights to say as much. i will not be using more of this, I do not recommend it. I think a large part of my problem is that i simply eat too much. I'm not even sure if its just fat i eat too much of either...just a lot of calories and carbs and such.
