Bought the carnaberry almond Full Bar and I have to say. If you like stale puffed wheat rolled in dirt, then you'll probably like them. I managed to get one bar down and it wasn't worth it at all. Does anyone taste test this stuff before they sell it. Yuck!

oh i couldn't agree with you more melinda, this full bar, is a tool not a miracle. don't i know it. took me awhile to get used to eating less but i finally made some adjustments. still wasn't losing much, at elast i'd started to eat better. also got a fat burner, slim 10, to help me out. started having more energy for exercise and even fewer cravings, since adding this. am finally down 13 lbs and it feels good to be losing this extra weight. I take this with my full bars and its working for me.

It seems to me that everyone is making "fullbar" responsible for thier weight loss when in fact it is up to each person themselves. Full bar is used to help fill you up before a meal so that you wont overeat. Its up to you not to overeat. The person who stated they wont throw away thier leftovers (1/4 of their remaining meal) cause its wasteful; really it goes into the trash one way or another just throw it away. That would be step one to weight loss. Step two would be admit that you are the one who is putting more food into your mouth and not put the blame on full bar for having the complete power of keeping you from overeating. We are fat for a reason, lack of self control. If you were to get surgery you would have to go through so much so that you would have the right tools to not overeat again and therefore not streching out your stomach once again, even this isn't foolproff. Full bar is a tool not a miracle.

I lost 57 pounds using these bars. You have to use them like they were intended to be used. They are not snack bars. The taste is not bad. I can put up with the taste for the way I look anytime!

I'm always starving at dinner time and eat everything fast and easy. I found that if I eat the full bar 30 min before with 16 oz water bottle I don't eat as much. It's been working for me.

Saw these at Costco and almost picked them up but wanted to look online first. It does seem like lots of you have success with Fullbar but I actually like the advice to eat an apple or more beans (legumes) seems to be a wiser chioce, cheaper too. I think thats my main problem I eat foods that don't, fill me up. If it doesn't work then maybe i will stil give these a shot.

For those of you who arent having success with fullbar what I am reading is that you arent following directions. THey are not meant to be eaten as a snack. They are meant to be eaten a half hour before a meal to expand and take up room. on average they have 140 to 150 calories and from someone who has a ravenous appetite normally it does work to suppress the appetite and keep you fuller longer. Try the cheesy bites. They are phenomenal. You can buy fullbar at walmart in their fitness section fyi.

I like the chocolate chip bars, kind of like a carob rice cake only better, and it actually did keep me full. Note: I am a world-class skeptic about "diet" anything. But I'm going to use these... since I like to eat "sweets" anyway, and these are a great snack before lunch (I'm always hungry before lunch) when at work AND they actually did help me eat less lunch. I don't have a lot of weight to lose, but as a lifelong dieter, ANY TOOL like this is one I'll add to my kit. RECOMMEND but I'd buy in bulk at Costco to save $$ and I'd avoid the bars with high fructose corn syrup. (The chocolate bars don't use this.)

Actually, sugar is not good for a diet at all. Neither is artificial sweeteners to tell you the truth. Special K is a full cup serving, and has less calories, apples are all natural and a good source of fiber for a lot cheaper. Comes down to if you need to lose weight, you HAVE to exercise, drink a lot of water and change what you eat. Legumes, like, pinto beans, black beans, butter beans, kidney beans, basically beans that are not green. They will fill you up. So eat good low fat proteins, load up on veggies, cut down on fat, and skip the full bar, you will lose the weight.:) A LOT cheaper and healthier. Nothing happens overnight. And realistically...are you really going to buy these bars forever???

I've only just begun taking Fullbar...it's only my second day but I think it will work for me. I feel comfortable enough by mealtime where I don't feel ravenous to the point where I overeat. Because I am aware of what this product is supposed to do, I am more conscious of WHEN i begin to feel full. It doesn't taste all that great, but I will stick with it for a while. I do feel some stomach discomfort though.
