So far, EVoxin is definitely giving me a nice energy boost. Not sure yet about whether its cutting down my food cravings, but its definitely giving me more energy.

I have been taking Evoxin for 2 weeks now and I haven't lost any weight yet. I was planning on cutting down the calories like suggested but it's hard because I am actually more hungry since I started working out. Let's hope it gets better. How long did it take for you guys to loose weight?

Evoxin definitely has a lot of great ingredients in it (the biotin seems to be be helping my hair & nails, a nice benefit) but i think the caffeine is throwing my sleep schedule off a bit. Not sure this is the best one for me, but it has its pluses.

the energy i got from evoxin was good at the beginning, i thought it wasgonna rreally get me motivated to get to the gym more often, but it didn't last beyond 10 days or so. i know i can't blame this on the product alone, still, i used this for 2 months but was not dropping the weight. for the price, i think i can find something better.

This one I've been using for maybe 4 months now & I feel like my clothes fit me better. I think on the scale I've only lost 3 lbs but, I swear I just look..slimmer overall. I don;t feel a whole lot of effects from Evoxin but its definitely doing something good.

I lost only 2 pound so far with Evoxin, a lot less than what I was expecting. Still better than not loosing any I guess. I am considering trying hoodia with it, maybe it would help me loose more. What hoodia is good?

Tina, that's exactly what I was thinking! You mind reader, you! I'm liking the Evoxin, like how it makes me feel, very zippy and quick, like that part of it for sure, but I'm still really hungry, and no matter how much I work out, I seem to manage to eat enough to not get any thinner! So I need the Evoxin for energy, but Hoodia for not eating? Do you think that would work? I'm going to try, will let you know what the result is, but I'm certainly feeling hopeful!

I guess I just wish Evoxin helped a bit more for my appetite.....i still felt pretty hungry while i was on it. But i did like it for the energy, it was a nice, manageable energy that didn't give me the jitters. Oh well...

What's the point of getting Evoxin if I have to buy hoodia in addition? To me it does not make sense. May as well buy a fat burner that contains hoodia. I don't know, i lost 3 pounds so far but it's because I have been exercising like a maniac I really don't feel like Evoxin is helping at all and if it is, it's not good enough. I need to loose 28lbs at least.
Cindy Says:

Evoxin says you have to get regular exercise and a healthy low calorie diet to have this really kick in, this pill, so I'm wondering, why do I need it? If I could eat healthier and exercise more, I wouldn't be in this fix, would I? Think I need more of an appetite suppressant than anything, I mean I do like how the Evoxin makes me feel, but I need to feel THINNER that's what I'm after most of all.

Evoxin has some decent benefits I think, I didnt want to give up on it even though I was also letting my cravings get the better of me. I added the Hoodia bites (www.hoodiabites.com/mags/) into my diet & that's helped tremendously. I just pop one of those in my mouth when I get hungry & it goes away a few minutes later tastes good too.

I might have to try the Hoodia stuff, because as much as i like Evoxin's energy and healthy ingredients, i need to stop eating, first aned foremost. If hoodia helps, i need that.

For me the energy incrase was pretty minor, with Evoxin and I don't know how well antioxidants aid in weight loss? I felt fine, no different at all in fact, wth the pills. The point is I started at 203 and after 3 months with the pills, I was at 199. Its just not strong enough.

I think Biotiin is definitely a nice ingredient, its in some of my conditioners & all for hair, but I am not sure what its role is in Evoxin. Is this a weight loss ingredient? If so how does it work?

I'm liking Evoxin, know that it's good for me, my whole brain seems to be working better, maybe it's the green tea? Whatever, it's making me way more energetic, feel just generally stronger, so that's all to the good of course, and the weight I need to lose? It will go, my attitude is now way more controlling somehow, and I know I can do it!

Can you buy L.Carnitine in a pill by itself? Don't they sometimes combine that with Alpha Lipoic Acid? You can see I've been doing my homework! I know I can get the Carnitine at GNC, I just wonder if I need the Biotin and Green Tea? I guess my question is, which of these works the best, I don't like to clutter up my body, even if it's just herbs.

Evoxin I don't think is quite what I'm after, I mean I can do south beach and exercise like everybody else if they set their minds to it, what I CAN'T do is stop eating, that's the difficulty, and that's why I think I'm going to look for a stronger combination than Evoxin, I like how it makes me feel in a general way, but I've got to stop the constant munching!
Leda Says:

Evoxin is sort of a feel good pill, isn't it? That's really great for me, I'm kinda on the depressed side most of the time, I think it's because I feel so fat and ungainly, like I could trip over my own fat feet if I move to fast, and that's pretty bad, so this is actually making me feel more energetic, maybe it's the green tea? Whatever it is, it's nice, but I'm still fat from top to toe, and just feeling good isn't going to fix that, so I'm hoping that I can add the Hoodia like you all are talking about, and then I'll feel better because I look better, that's what's important to me right now.

Think that Evoxin is the answer for me right now, I've slowly been losing weight, maybe I just don't want to waste the money I've spent? I mean, these are almost a buck a pill and I'm not about to have that NOT work! Whatever the reason, I've lost 5 pounds in a couple of weeks, and I know that's not much, but maybe it will actually stay off.
Jackie Says:

I'm not sure this is actually for losing weight, seems like it's more for work-outs, the energy thing is good, but what exactly is in Evoxin that's going to suppress my appetite? Nothing, I'm afraid...so I'm going to be on the look out for a replacement for this once I've used it up...ah well, nothing ventured, you know...

I like Evoxin, I know some of you are frustrated with it, but I think it's one of those supplements that you have to let it really absorb into your body to have it work right, I've been on it for six weeks now because after the first month I really started seeing the results I wanted, so I reordered a 3 month supply, that's how convinced I am that this is going to be my FAT FREE TICKET!

Evoxin is doing good by me, that's all I can say, I take it and walk five miles before I go to work, and then I feel good for the whole day, must be the endorphins that get going, and then I'm not so hungry, in a natural way that I've created on my own, so I like it fine, it's herbal and healthy and I'm going to continue taking it until I lose 15 more pounds and then I think I'll still keep taking it, it's got my body in a good balance.
