How do you know when Ei Ta Mei starts working? I've been taking for 9 days and feel the same as always.

as far as i can tell Ei Ta Mei has NO valid appetite suppressant in it and no powerful thermogenic (metabolism booster). i wish i knew about all this stuff before i went ahead and bought it.

3 pounds total for me, just not what I had in mind when I bought ei ta mei for $69!

I love the idea of an herb for weight loss. I am so sick of stimulants and caffein. I really cant take them anymore. I hope Ei Ta Mei works. I am excited.

Ei Ta Mei is working nicely for me, I like anything from the Far East, I feel that those people know way more than our western doctors who are money gougers and charlatans, so whether it's placebo or whatever, I've lost 3 pounds in 10 days, and I'd say that's a good start.

The thing i find to be deceptive about Ei Ta Mei is that it claims to "target" certian specific areas of the body, like your abdomen, hips, legs, etc. There's nothing about this pill that would indicate it is capable of addressing speecific areas of body fat. when i hear that kind of talk it makes me think this just doesn't work at all.

Well, herbal or not, Ei Ta Mei made me feel very nervous, but the upside to that is that my heart beat really fast and that meant that my metabolism was just CHOMPING up the calories, and I'm losing weight at a good rate, 4 pounds last week, I'm a little worried that when I stop it will all come back, but hey, maybe it won't!

WAY overpriced and DID NOT WORK! I think Ei ta mei works as a placebo effect only, if you like it. I myself had no chnage in energy or appetite and am still pissed at myself for spending seventy bucks on this.

ei ta mai is making me into some sort of monster, i yell at everybody, my kids, my husband, my co-workers, and i'm going to have to stop taking it before i go off the deep end, this sort of thing should not be sold anywhere, i mean if you live in china or wherever it's ok because there are too many of those people anyway, but for us in america it's a bad supplement and so nobody whould take it.

Yeah good point Belynda, this cannot possible "target" any area. Ei Ta mei is giving me a little more energy but that's all. I've been using the FleX eNervive for targeting toning though, I think its crucial to work the actual muscles and not rely on herbs if you want to a flatter tummy/butt/arms, etc.

I am sorry but these days i do not trust products coming from china. And Ei Ta Mei seems to be low-quality and not very honest or realistic; i am passing now.

ei ta Mei is not my most favorite supplement, but hey, I paid a lot for it, so I'm going to take it until I run out and who knows, maybe it will get better the longer I take it? sometimes that happens.

OMG Nan, i had the SAME thing happen with the Amazon ratings of Ei Ta Mei! That's how i found this site in the first place - after i bought Ei Ta Mei and it didn't seem to be working, i went looking for any other opinion besides Amazon. Next time i will definitely look here first.

I think with every diet you have to change your eating habits and limit yourself to portion control. I have been on Ei Ta Mei for two months and have lost 28lbs along with diet and exercise. I love to eat and now I eat five little meals/snacks a day (i don't wait until im hungry) along with drinking lots of water and organic juices. I don't drink pop but I do have my normal coffee in the morning, so I still have that little bit of sugar intake. I'm not saying the ladies above haven't done this but I actually worked to make changes in my body and the way I was living and am now starting to be become very confident in what I wear and how I look. Oh, and I've never had changes in my mood or personality from the diet pill.

My goodness, I certainly was mistaken about Ei Ta Mei. I thought this was a pill that was capable of targeting specific areas of body fat and removing the fat from those areas. I mean, that is what they say it does. So i thought i might start to see a decrease in the fat on my butt for example, or thighs. But instead, i found that it acted as a laxative, i was needing to use the bathroom much more frequently very day. sometimes it felt quite urgent. I didn't enjoy this but i suppose i thought that might have been part of the fat removal, somehow. But after 8 weeks I measured my thighs and my circumference of the butt and hips, and the measurements were exactly the same as they were before. I really am not sure how they could even say that a pill like this could act almost like a liposuction or something...esp if the ingredients seem to be laxatives mostly. I have to givee the thumb down just as a warning to you all.

I've been taking slim 30 since the middle of February 07 and have lost 32 lbs. This definitely works,
because you really and truly do not feel you need that extra something after a meal.
No more cravings for chocolate or other sweets. You must drink the recommended water
that the bottle tells you to drink, though.
