This thing is working out for me like nothing else. I'm a big woman - 5'11'' and weighing just under 300lbs. So most exercise, is out of the question as it hurts my joints or gets me out of breath. I've had to work my way into going longer on hte cardio cruiser but am gaiinging stamina and seeing some inch loss already.

A very very good low impact workout that is easy on my knees, ankles and back. And its cool bcs, when i get done with a cardio cruiser plus workout i really feel lke i got a good workout, my heart gets going, blood gets pumping, etc. The noise, can get a little loud, I use headphones when I'm on it now. Usually just zone out to a podcast and stare at the yard. That seems to work for me. Had mine about 7 or 8 mos, using it regularly with no real problems.

Had this machine sitting in the basement for four or five years but had never gotten serious about using it. Last October I began struggling with an old back injury that was so painful at times I could hardly walk. Began traction with a chiropractor but only had minimal relief. About a month ago I was in the basement and saw the machine sitting there. As I looked at it it occured to me that this might be exactly what I was looking for. After several times of using it I could tell that the pain was changing. It wasn't gone but better. I had been trying to do Pilates and yoga thinking that they would strengthen with minimal impact. Neither of those yielded the results of core strength I have gotten using this machine. One big problem is that the cable has become so noisy I can't hear the tv without turning the volume up very loud. I think my neighbors are scared! I have read reviews at other sites saying that people have actually had the cable snap. I hope mine holds up because I really am excited about how much better my pain level is.

Well I like having this because, i also prefer to workout at home, and what id do is, i use my Cardio cruiser PLUS 3 days per week,a nd i still run 3-4 days a week. Using this, gives me an upper body workout and also, i notice that my muscles look, leaner, not so thick like they get just form running. its a good balance, been doin this now for like 9 or 10 weeks and see nice changes in my body shape.

oh, i've had it for near 3 mos now, it wasn't overnight. but steady progress, i guess is the key. and using it while doing something i always did, sit in front of the tube, makes getting on the thing a no-brainer. difference is, was burning zero calories before, plus actually probably gaining, stuffing my face, etc. cardio cruiser plus changed all that, bad habits & what not. i can say, stickwith it, you get there, good luck. Get it try it do anything to stay healthy is my new motto thank you all.

No, your right Hannah. The Cardio Cruiser, is sorta like the best of everything you find at the gym. But better, bcs don't HAVE to go to the gym, and you know, it does everyhing in one workout, pretty much. i try to use it 3-4 days a week and been sticking to it regulrly now for 6 weeks.
