I know the numbers is shows are just stupid and there is no way to get that big that fast even with steroids. This product isn't meant for weight loss its to gain muscle. it comes with instuctions. it says eat ur weight in protein. I'm no scientist but if ur eating that much food you're not gonna lose weight. Follow the instructions to the T and you will get results. Eat tons of food on work out.
