Jordan: Okay yeah, so it didn’t smell at all, but I really didnt notice the differnce in the month I took Arctic Essentials vs does it take time to build up or something, bcs I didn’t feel anytign.

Lucas: Hmm well I didn’t loose weight with this…? I took my pills & couldn’t tell if they worked or not. Supply ran out and that’s that. Would maybe try Arctic Essentials again if I knew for sure they were doing something.

doingwaybig01: I don’t see what’s the big deal with Omega-3 in general, just take cod liver oil its cheaper.

Elizabeth: Hi , just curious, is there an age where you should start taking Omega 3 supplements? I just began taking Arctic Essentials this year (age 37, my first supplemenet like this) and am hoping that I haven’t done too much damage waiting this long. Should I start my kids on it at any particular age?

Trish: Arctic Essentials is okay but not as good as the real thing I don’t think fish cost a lot but its worth it.

Lena: I like that Arctic Essentials has omega 3 and doesn’t have an unpleasant odor. It is cleans and works quite well.

Candace: The fact that it is mercury-free and contaminant free, and also has antioxidants are positive things to me.

Amber: It seems kinda crazy, but I actually FEEL like I have less pain in my wrists & ankles. So its gotta be working for me? hard to say, it could be the something else.

Vanessa: I understand that any Omega 3 supplements is a good supplement to take and i like that this one (Arctic Essentials) is odorless and tasteless, makes it easier to take.

Andriana: Everyone is going crazy over Omega 3 this days, I know it’s good for us, I understand the concept it’s just incredibly overwhelming to know which one to get. How do you which one is the best?

Julia: Mercury free sounds good to me. I feel comfortable taking Arctic essentials.

Karen: i am familiar with OMega-3s, I’ve tried a few less-than-great brands before and are happy to be trying something new. I think its more pure and has stronger concentrations. So far that’s all i can say.

Polly: Take a look at the chart on the website http://www.arcticessentials.com/reports for more information.

Ginger: So far I have had some resultswith Arctic Essentials, seems my joint pain has decreased a little bit. That’s a good thing so i hope it lasts.

arthur: Too early to talk about improvement for me but my hope is that w/Arctic Essentials helps lower my cholesterol and tricycerides. Will see so far I do appreciate the fact that it is mercury free.

SuzWY: Always sorta knew it was good to get Omega 3s but dind’t realize how important it is. Scary, when you think about all the diseases you could get just from not having enough. Happy to be taking the arctic Essentials daily for now.

regina: I am trying to lose weight and eat more healthily overall. Arctic Essentials is going to be part of my new healthy lifestyle, i don’t mind trying, doesn’t have much of a flavor. Anybody know of a decent diet supplement?

James: Well I never even thought about the mercury threat in fish oil, what a bummer! I guess I am happy arctic essentials is free of it.

Margaret: I am trying Arctic essentials in hope it will also lowered my cholesterol a little, i hear it’s good of that too?

Justin: I’m taking Arctic Essentials 3 times a day, and I can’t tell you the difference. I used to only take it in the morning, but kicking it up to 3 times a day is what I needed to do.

Talia: Sounds pretty healthy to me. Does not taste fishy and that’s all i can report from my experience so far…. Oh yeah easy to swallow.

Aaron: Does Arctic Essentials thin out your blood? Anybody know, or is this a doctor question?

Ted: I hear that Omega 3 fatty acids are a good thing to take so i guess I am doing the right thing. Glad to hear that Arctic essentials has good concentration of “goodies”

Sofie: I really dislike fish, so I’m glad they started making fish oils in a supplement form. as for Arctic Essentials, I like that can’t taste or smell ANY evidence that it is fish. Which is just fine with me.

Alexandra: Here what I learned while doing my research for omega-3 supplement: # 1 Make sure your oil has balanced EPA and DHA. # 2 Buy only pure, clean potent Omega-3 and # 3 Get Naturally Pure and Balanced Omega-3 Arctic essentials seems to be a good one then. glad I get a chance to try it out.

Dusty: For me so far I feel like Arctic Essentials is both a health and a beauty product? Is that correct to say? I don’t know if I look better because I feel better and am exercising or if the oil really is enhancing my outer beauty but it works either way. Beauty from the inside out I guess.

Jason: My immune system is cranked up, got three kids in school and they used to bring home everything and give it to me. Now, not really happening…Arctic Essentials seems to be helping…Good stuff.

Mary: Arctic Essentials and omega 3 in general is definitely a good idea for anyone who wants to stay healthy. So you can stay i am happy to be taking this.

Paige: I just wanted to ask people who take it if you automatically start eating healthier when you take it or if you have to try and change your diet, I want to have like an overall effect?

Lynne: Arctic Essentials is somehow helping relieve the joint pain i have. It’s a mild feeling of improvement but any improvement is a good thing to me.

Penelope: Arctic Essential is not a diet pill! Omega-3 is know to be a nice supplement to the daily diet just becuase we do not have sufficient one. The reason Arctic is good is because it is the freshest I have read.

Evie: No fishy odor and taste, works for me.

nanette: This was a nice vitamin supplement to try. Nothing bad to report.

Grace: There is a lot to choose from out there when it comes to omega-3 oils, I had no idea it had to be pure and some had mercury some don’t ect. Glad to be trying a good one.

Caleb: I leave the tuna sandwiches for my kids, they love them. I am content with these capsules, not a big fan of fish in general.

Lemon: Since it seems to be important to have more Omega 3 fatty acids in your diet I suppose I am doing something for my overall healthy by taking Arctic Essentials. I feel good about that.

Kenny: Well I certainly like knowing where the fish come from in this supplement and that is fresh. Arctic Essentials seems to be high quality from what I have seen.

Jody: Yeah, i think most of us here in the U.S. eat too many burgers and processed foods and things that are not rich in Omega-3s. ANd yeah, its tough to get to the fresh fish if you’re stranded somewhere and it smells like bleachc no way. I have come to believe omegas are the best thing you can do for your diet.

Roberta: I read that fish oils are good for skin, I like the sound of that! Have not really noticed any change yet but I feel comfortable taking something that is good of my overall health.

Joy: always go for mercury free omegas! I feel good about this one. :)

Allannah: I just thought Omega 3 is Omega 3, like Vitamin C, or whatever. Good to know Arctic Essentials is actually one of the better one because of where it comes from. Location, location, location haha…

Victoria M.: Arctic Essentials simply is a great product.

Logan Myers: I keep my bottle of Arctic Essentials in the freezer keeps it nice. As far of feeling better or having better skin etc, no change for me but I must say I am grateful for being a healthy person.

Tammy: I just received my packet today in the mail. The literature seems real impressive. I didnt know it was that expensive, so I do hope it is worth it, it seems it is by all of your comments.
