I’ve got the abtronic and it has worked well for me. I already ha a flat stomach and when I flex you could already see a four pack and I needed help with those pesky lower abs and this really did the trick. Not to mention that EMS technology is also used for injuries so whenever I’m hurting I can wrap this around where ever the injury is and it helps heal faster.

Well I used my Ab Tronic all the time and barely lost a half inch from my gut. I did not take much effort on my part so no reall loss ANd that, I think is cus I stopped drinking beer for awhile. Would not rec this one really.

well i found that the Ab Tronic is awkward to use on arms or legs or any other location besides abs. i think it provies a low level of muscle stimulattion to the abs area but nothing that is going to make a dramatic difference for the appeareance of the stomach, especially if you have even a little bit of extra flab. at the end of the day i didnt think it worth the $$.

maybe i’m missing something but how do these belts work your whole stomach anyway? some people in the pics look RIPED and this only goes on the lower abs, rihgt? so what do I do for the rest of my chest/torso, if i already, invested a hundred bucks in ab Tronic?

Wish I hadn’t bought the Abtronic, but hey, now I’m kinda stuck with it until I can afford something better, I think this is headed for garage sale land, wish I’d quit cheaping out on this kind of thing, it never works out for me – will research better next time!

This belt never did anything for me anywhere, sorry. Not the abs, the arms, tth thighs...never tried wraping AbtRonic around my bottom tho. The flex enervive is easier to move around to the other muscles groups, and also, it does a better job of toning/strengthening for me. The intensity is stronger, maybe thats why? Anyway, thats what I use now, & am finally getting toned and have found the one that works for me.

Yeah you can definately use ab tronic on your arm Edie, that’s where i use it most. It feels good and I really think it starting to work for me adn it has only been a few weeks.

The ABTronic doesn’t do anythhing for cellulite i think, and really i’m not even that imrpessed with its toning capabilities so far. And u know what? the gel pads lose their stick super fast. I haven’t tried the Sport Elec or Contour Ab belt, but i haven’t heard good things about Sport Elec either. Contour Ab Belt, i haven’t even heard of. I know this technology works htough becuase my husband went to a conference in japan and it is all the rage there.
