WELL HERES TO ALL OF YOU DOUBTING DOOFUSES:
7 MONTHS OUT OF A TRIPLE BYPASS and I climb stairs ( 42-3 FLOORS TO OUR APARTMENT)WITH NO PROBLEM. Took RiSoTriene for 4 months before the only symptom warning of 95 % 100% 100% coronary occlusion was discovered via a terrific earache, RiSoTriene not only saved my life but materially contributed to an incredibly swift recovery. There are other natural based supplements like time released no flush niacin available from LIFE EXTENSION FOUNDATION that will fix your problem in no time flat I m 70 yrs old and look 55. So There.
Join Life Extension foundation and save your health and life. No BS noHYPE. Its traditional medicine working with alternative and backed by double blind studies.

Are any of you curious as to why Harley doesn't offer a cool down/stretch at the end? Of course, you can just do your own, but that is the only negative that I have found. I'd also like to know how heavy a dumbell the blonde exerciser is lifting. I am twice their ages and I am using at least 5 pounds. It looks like a 3 pounder to me. Loving this so far.....

This diet is wonderful. We can't be naive and asume that we are going to have a flat stomach by just eating a healthy diet...its not possible. But what this diet does is rid out the processed foods that we Americans tend to over eat. If you do any research your will find that this diet is incredibly close to the Mediterranean diet. People that follow that diet have been proven to live longer fuller lives with less ailments. I enjoy the Flat Belly diet because it offers wholesome easy to follow recipes. If anything, you should follow the diet and make a lifestyle change. The book does not promise a miracle- you yourself need to put the time, energy, and sweat into it and you will see results. Too many people expect a miracle cure. Follow the diet and you will see some results in a month. People on the comment boards are complaining that they're only lost 7 or 8lbs. HELLO- Do you burn just as many calories as you are eating. People need to stop blaming this book and take a good hard look at their diet and lifestyles. This book/diet is the best thing out there because you don't cut out any foods, there is no dangerous cleanse, ect.
