michael: this product claims to have u gain muscle mass yet i have bought 65 $ of one jar and i gained 1 pound

Jannett: I have been taking Stemulite for five months now and feel great. This product does everything it claims to.

amy: Jannett, you MUST be a salesperson for this company or something, bcs Stemulite was the worst diet product i have ever tried. I’m embarrassed now that i fell for it. It is not POSSIBLE to gain muscle mass in your sleep…that is a ridiculous concept. I found the AM/PM formulas to be really annoying to keep up with, and Stemulite didn’t do squat for my appetite either. This was a colossal disappointment, is all. I think i might try Nuphedrine instead…heard good things about that.

mike: Well Amy if you don’t work out you can’t expect to gain a damn thing. If you would read the whole disclaimer it doesn’t claim you to build muscle or lose weight in your sleep. There is no such thing as a miracle pill. Maybe get off of the couch and workout now and then would help. As far as my opinion of the product it is great. I have slept better, but I attribute that to the ability to work out at a better rate while taking Stemulite. Muscle soreness is not in question now, and yes I have been able to drop a few pounds, but what I am most proud of is inches. In short if you have the desire to lose weight, build muscle, and be healthier you have to take the initiative and do it and not expect a pill to do it all.

cynthia: My goodness, Mike, you sound like a very angry person…I don’t understand why you would feel the need to come on this blog site cursing and attacking people simply for not getting results with Stemulite. It seems like these products may work for some but not others. To me, it sounds like Stemulite is perhaps for those who already lift weights, to improve their results. i guess i am not sure how you can tell how much of your results are due to the stemulite and how much is just your own hard work. But for me, that’s all moot anyway because i am trying to lose a significant amount of weigght (50 lbs) and i need something to help control my eating. I think this is just the wrong one for me. I hope that will not lead to insults against me, it doesn’t seem like i did anytihing wrong!

dave: how does this product work for runners?

Barry: No weight loss however I have decreased 2″ in pants waist size and have not had to take any nonprescript pain relievers days after my workouts…and I exercise 6 days a week. Also the claim of lifting more weigh may be true as I have exceeded my top weights on final rep set by 15% without the pain on the final lifts. Sleep was better the first month (out of three months now taking it), but now doesn’t seem to be any better. This is the only thing I have taken that seems to work somewhere near as described without raising my heartrate or making me feel weird. I will continue to take it at least until I feel it has stopped working for me.

tamara: Stemulite was wrong for me, I needed something to help me eat less, curb my cravings, because I have a lot of weight (65 lbs) to loose. I dont think i realized that Stemulite is primarily for weightlifters and those who are already into exercise. i am more of a ‘beginner’ in this respect and i needed something to help me get things under control. what ended up working great for me was Slim10 bcs it has 2 appetite suppressants and fat burners in it. I’m arlready halfway to my goal.

Wayne: I am just now doing my research on this product and have not tried it as of yet and probably will not. Not to be condescending, but anyone that tries a product before doing their research on the front end, will probably be disappointed. Most of these products prey on the ignorance and desperation of the consumers. A perfect example is this products claim of a better nights sleep. It hides the fact that the main reason for a better nights sleep if you take this product is directly related to the ingredient melatonin and somewhat to a more strenous workout. Ever wonder why when you eat turkey that it makes you sleepy? Melatonin! And anything that makes the body drowsy is NOT going to work very well as a means of weight loss.

Jim: Not enough research/positive comments for me to buy. I been working out pretty steady for the past 35 years and have seen gadgets/supplements come and go. If you want results work out regularly and eat good food…drink water, and you will have positive results without a pill.

admin: Stemulite was not what I expected I switching to Nuphedrine, i see that it has very high ratings. I’ll make sure to give feedback.

Janet: I hate to add to the poor ratings of stemulite, so in fairness i will admit that i don’t think i understood this product. I didn’t realize it was a bodybuilder’s supplement and not for appetite suppression. i am not sure if i gained muscle mass but i was not looking to gain any kind of mass. I didn’t know what i was getting into so i blame myself as well as the product. i will do more research before i buy my next product. Joe: I tried this product(stemulite) and found that it gave me side effects. Anxiety, restlessness, and headache is all I got from this pill on the very first day I took it. As far as I am concerned I wasted my money on this product an will be tossing it into the garbage.

RandyTX: I’ve been taking the product for about 2 weeks now. The product was not marketed to me as a weight loss/ appetite supressant. I understand it to add with my 5 day per week weight training regime, help me with more energy and help me sleep better at night. So far that has all been true. I will say the first couple of days I took the pills I felt light headed and droswy, but that went away. I guess my body had to get acclimated to the product. I have lost some weight, but I also ride or run an average of 4 days a week. I still take creatine and protein drinks with the stemulite. I have more energy and have been sleeping better. I will post on this board again after I have completed my first 30 days. I do wish the product was not so expensive. Maybe it will come down in price after a while.

ERIN: Thank you, everyone, for all of your honesty. i think i must have misunderstood what Stemulite was even meant to do. I thought it WAS for appetite suppression and weight loss, but all it did was make me feel really strange, like anxiety and insomnia, etc. But as far as my food cravings and my weight loss, it did nothing at all. Now I understand why!

Don: I just recieved my order of Stemulite. There seems to be an awful lot of misunderstanding about what it is for. It’s my understanding that it helps with energy and muscle recovery. Muscle burns calories so it helps lose weight by building muscle. It doesn’t say it’s for laying on the couch and losing weight. I hate to say it but most of us are overweight because we don’t want to have to do anything but take a pill. Oh, and. “Teacher Mike said damn.”

jason: hey there – yeah i know that stuff about muscle helping to burn calories and all that. which is good and all. but when i started out i weighed almost 350 lbs and building the muscle was taking a long time so therefore burning the calories was taking long too and my doc said i needed to loose that weight for my health. So for a fat guy, Stemulite was kind of a “round about” approach to burning those calories. i switched to Slim10 and went on south beach diet, and that worked out a lot better for me. The slim 10 actually burns the calories, rather than build muscle that will eventually help you burn calories. That was just a better approach for me, once i reach my goal weight (halfway there) i then will start working on the muscles.

Blasto: Wayne - Sounds like your critical thinking chops are in fine shape. I would remind you, however, that the compound in turkey that makes you sleepy is not melatonin; it’s the amino acid tryptophan.

TXboy: I am seriously considering using Stemulite and wanted to do my research. I need to build more muscle to support an injury I sustained to my knee. I need people who are trying to put on muscle to really post comments. Also, I was a Kinesiology major in college and guess some of you dont know that muscle weighs more than fats, so you actually gain weight after a short time of working out. You will lose inches. When you doctor tells you you need to lose weight. The vast majority of time, they are saying you need to lose fat and are trying to be politically correct. My best friend is 6′7, 325 lbs or so and his doctors told him to lose weight. His natural weight is about 275 lbs and that is in pretty peek condition, about 8% – 10% body fat. Most people would say he was fat at 270-285, but his cholesterol was good, blood pressure and all other vitals, so some of you need to really look at inches, because if you are losing inches, you are losing fat when you work out. Be more concerned with the amount of body fat you are carrying, cholesterol, blood pressure and other vitals. If those are good, you should be good the vast majority of time.

Genda: I was skeptic at first but this product prove to be the best I ever taken in my life. I have gained muscles mass at the age of 50. I outperformed my partner which on his 30. Guys and Gals! The products never says, it make you loose weight, it clearly says. For those of us that workout. I strongly recommend the product for anyone that work out! You will love your body after a while. I did!

Jerry: Having reviewed the material on the home website it was obvious to me the the product is intended for those who work out regularly. It’s intent seems to be to incrase muscle mass amd lower body fat percentage through exercise. Didn’t seem to be marketed as a weight loss product and those arent’t my expectations. Perhaps the misconception was due to lack od research or wishful thinking. More once I begin using the product.

Sheila: I also did my research before ordering and it said loose weight and build muscles. I work out on a regular basis and are hoping this is gonna help me drop a few pounds in addition of gaining muscle mass. I have not received my order yet but are looking forward get started.

Mark: I have been using the Stemulite for now 2 weeks and all I can say is that I am far from impressed, I am actually disappointed. I can’t lift heavier, i do lot workout longer and so far I am not seeing anymore definition. In my opinion that product is really nothing special.

eric: Well comment for wayne, umm melatonin is not in turkey!! It’s tryptophan, which is an amino acid that helps regulate seratonin!!! Get your facts right. And for you folks out there, this product is a body building supplement. You cant take it alone and expect it to work!!! So exercise and diet with it.

David: Just started taking this for 2 weeks and first noticed better sleep. Strangely enough, I never dreamed or remembered my dreams and right away started having dreams. Crazy I know, but I dont’ wake up like I used to and sleep awesome waking up with lots of energy and don’t hit the snooze 5 times anymore. As for muscle gain, haven’t felt huge difference, but not as sore as I used to get and feel recovery time quicker than before. 1st product I have ever taken in my life and pretty happy so far. No side effects either! I would recommend to others.

Jim: I am back to say THANK YOU to the person who mentioned Nuphedrine a couple of monthS ago. I ordered it after reading about it and have been using it ever since. It’s the best supplement I have ever used to complement lifting. I am getting really big and have lost a lot of the fat i used to have which gives me than very clear muscle definition. I am so glad i got Nuphedrine over Stemulite. Does not seem to have very high ratings.

R. Walter: Have been using Stemulite for 3 weeks and must admit I am happy with it. Waking up more alert and with more energy. Workouts gradually improving as is my endurance. Surprisingly seeing better results sexually; probably due to consistently exercising. This all with only taking half of the recommended dosage (one pill in the morning, one at night).

Constance: I don’t think I like Stemulite,. For one, it makes me feel very anxious, which I am already to anxious and also I don’t have much cellulite. I need something for my appetite. I am pretty good about going to the gym I like to work out but I also love to eat. This formula just isn’t for me for so many reasons. I can maybe see if working for my friend Cathy though because her big problem is that she is always tired. Maybe I will give mine to her so it isn’t a total waste of money. I have to give it a thumbs down since no weight was lose.

L. Jennings: Second month on Stemulite. I works!!! Sleeping great. Today, 2/28/09, I chopped wood for an hour and a half today in 28 degree weather with no problem. I’m 62 and loving the renewed stamina. At first, I was skeptical. This is a “god” send. Thank you.

tiffany: i actually like the energy of Stemulite just fine – i’ve always been a stimulant girl (coffee, soda etc),. the thing that was an issue for me was that this didn’t seem to stop me from wanting to over eat. esp. my “stress eating” that i tend to do during times of pressuire or anxiety. i didn’t do any better w/ stemulite and i never lost weight, so there wasn’;t really any justification to continue buying it.

bill: I’ve been using stemulite for over two months and have noticed a difference in my performance when playing raquetball,and when i go out jogging. There has been a slight significance with endurance in both sports; However i do have some concerns and currently doing some additional research on this product. One main concern is what other side effects that are not yet published and according toan article i’ve read about human embryo stem cell, its’ been mention with brain tumors. I guess my question is how truly sagfe is stemulite although it is considered to be of natural vitamins?

Janet Roberts: I took stemulite for one month and lost 30 lbs. I went from a size 16/18 to a size 10/12. I was skeptical at first because I had tried so many other products and it did not work, but after I was able to fit into a size 10 I was sold. I did not change my diet or exercise. I only walked 3 times a week. I have pictures as proof if anyone wants to see to believe.

David: I’m in my late 30’s, very fit and eat clean. Just went to the doc for treatment of anxiety last week. Never had any medical problems in my life. I’ve been taking Stemulite for several months. Could this be the cause? It started with quick flashes of anxious feelings while watching TV a couple of times. Recently it elevated into unexplained episodes, lasting hours. Does anyone have a similar experience(s)to share? Any information would be helpful.

Eric: Stemulite worked great for me. I really am able to work out longer and I see my muscle definition coming back. I did some research before hand and Stemulite was never tested on human stem cells and does not have stem cells in it. I suggest people do some research before posting their comments.

jaymz: I have used this product for about 4 weeks now an the results are amazing, i have lifted and worked out pretty rigorously on a daily basis and have seen great results in energy through my workouts and faster recover and less fatigue. Now for those looking to get shredded or lose weight there is no miracle pill for that. Getting cut and losing extra pounds is gonna be about 80% diet based, so curb your eating habits! This is for faster muscle recovery therefore resulting in larger gains in strength and size faster not so much fat burning. If you expect any supplement you take excpet illegal ones, to work without putting in the time and pain of rigorous workouts then just keep dreaming because it does not work like that.

adrian: this product is absolute garbage,i’m a practicing martial artists/and half marathon runner/my cardio workouts have not improved/body fat not reduced/sleep not improved(who needs it to sleep anyway/its probably meant for for former steroid users to ween them off steroids/my own juicing and protein shakes/all natural,give me more energy for workouts in the morning and evening,again this is pure bullshit,over priced,bullshit marketing,eat your fruits and vegetables on a regular basis,and you get more out of that than this garbage,(i have never taking anything this bad in my life,aleve will give you better recovery results,thats aspirin,helloooooooooooooooooooooo…………. – Stemulite

Marcus: I totally love it! I have lost 12 lbs. in 2 months. They are no side effects. My friends, who work out, are asking for the information. I wil have to replace my entire wardrobe down to the belts. Everything is too large now. I look and feel better than I ever have. I am gaining definition in my legs, abs, chest, and arms. Luke: I dont know why this website claims this is for weight loss. It is not. Increase Strength Increase Muscle Increase Energy Increase REM Sleep Increase Endurance Increase Well Being Decrease Recovery Time These are the things that this product aids in. It does not say anything about weight loss. It is an energy formula. Obviously the goal of this product is to aide the person taking it in getting fit. But it doesnt promise to burn fat while you sleep or anything of that nature. These are not diet pills.

wildfish: Melatonin is the supplement thats helping you sleep, and if your remembering your dreams, your not sleeping that well!

lilbilly: I have been taking as it says, the days of workout days, and the evenings of workout days. I have also been taking Nitro-tech for muscle gain far longer than I have been taking the Stemulite. Since taking the Stemulite I have noticed a significant increase in strength, muscle recovery, endurance, and muscle mass. I have to agree with all those who say this is not for weight loss. I plateaued<? at 162, so I thought I would try Stemulite. I am now at 178. (3 weeks later). Good luck with everyone trying to lose weight!! God Bless!!

tyler: man! Check this out everybody who is trying to loose weight; YOU ARE THE ONLY ONE WHO CAN SUPPRESS YOUR APPETITE!!! my sisters are all the same way. They want to a get thin quick miracle pill. You have to push yourself!!! Also, in order for muscle to work it needs oxygen, FAT, water, sugar blah blah blah. If you get more muscle, you have will have bigger engine to burn that fat! Just get off your f*t *sses!!! MAN!!! that being said, I agree with Adrian; fruits and vegetables are going to get a lot further along in the long run than anything they can put in a pill.

T-DUBB: I havent tried Stemulite, but I might take it just to see what happens in a month. The Melatonin thats in it does make you sleepy. I say if you want to go to sleep just eat Turkey because it has L-Tryptophan in it which has a sleep inducing effect. As of right now I am happy with Muscle Milk, I havent had any bad side effects either…..Peace

po: placebo effect…. i could give you a tylenol and tell you it would give you big results and you would work harder in the gym and think that it was the pill …..most of the pills out there are bs….just eat right and excercise

jerrym: While I haven’t tried this product and probably won’tbut maybe I can lay some comments to rest. First of all youCan build mass in your sleep. Contrary to popular belief if you keep your self anabolic at night you will gain mass. There is no in between, no stasis. You are either anabolic or catabloic. Period. I’m not saying this product is effective or not I’m just making a point. You’re probably beeter off with a protien drink before bed followed by dessicated liver caps and taking L- glutamine (NOT glutamic acid)make sure you have the real deal. Secondly, someone that works out regularly is going to make gains(especially if he’s psyched up over some new product endorsed by “super trainer” that doesn;t mean the product worked.In fact it probably means you worked harder. I would challenge someone that can afford it take one to a lab and have it anylyzed. Then you’ll know for sure. Good luck

LarryB: A lot of people are saying that this product is only intended for those working out on a regular basis. READ the LITERATURE. They claim it is for EVERYBODY irregardless of workout regimen. It is supposed to help with everything from sleep to overall health improvement and an increased metabolic rate. Not only WON’T I buy this junk because it is clear from so many people getting NO BENEFIT that it is a rip-off, but after giving this outfit my email address for information I have been receiving a bunch of SPAM on everything from getting buff and losing weight to making myself irresistible to women and enlarging my p*nis. DU: Day Two of the Quiz…will it help? I am cautious about having any emotional high, false positive, a coincidence from eating right for having energy today-great mood vs a product success. I’ll not be swayed by a “moment of great sleep” or a “plateau-effect” in lifts. I know what my body can/can’t do in recent months so it’ll be interesting for me because I don’t like spending $59.00 for a 30-day supply of anything. I never noticed anything about it being used as a diet supplement, nor do I need it for that purpose. I’m looking at it for some muscle regeneration and less pain. I’ve worked out regularly in my 40’s & early 50″s (Military)but now many joint pains & muscle aches prevent me from lifting small objects without a grimise or quick pain. Hence, I need to get back into the health game at 58. Very frustrating seeing dust on the equipment. I’ve done creatine at times in my early 50’s (never loading or maintaining-just 2-3x a week) and it kept muscle soreness away. I’ll come back on-line and let you folks know what I determine in the next 7 days.

Brian: I purchased Stemulite just over 1 month ago and so far I am very pleased with it. I did initially have some issues sleeping the first couple of nights I took it, but it could have been that my quality of sleep was so much better than I have been used to that my body thought it had enough and that it was time to get up. One thing I do know is that I have adopted a work out plan that I have been sticking to religiously as well as documenting my progress every set, every day. After 4 weeks, using the first week as my baseline, I am now lifting 43.5% more weight than I did the first week. That seems like a bit much of a gain without taking any kind of supplement and I attribute it to the Stemulite. As far as weight goes, I have not had any significant weight loss or gains since taking Stemulite. I have gained a fair amount of muscle in my upper body and it is noticeable in appearance. I have always been fairly thin and never been able to put on any muscle mass so I tried Stemulite and for the first time in my life, I’m making progress. Now that I’m getting older, I have gained some weight that I wouldn’t mind getting rid of (small love handles)so I’ll keep taking Stemulite and maybe in a couple more weeks I will see a difference. I guess I should start running again as well, maybe that would help. Hope this info. helps some of you.

john: I have been using Stemulite for a month now . Yes I am seeing real results. MY arms chest legs are looking very more defined. I am able to lift more weight for long durations . I am an avid cyclist cant wait for spring to see if there have been any real significant improvements in my stamina .

Cory: I have been taking stemulite for just a week now and i already just feel better. I have more energy every morning, and on top of that i have been adding more time to my work outs. When i wake up in the mornings i feel so good.

Demetrius: I have been taking stemulite for about two years now mainly as a sleeping aid. I had tried other natural sleeping aids with no success. Stemulite did the job but I suspect that taking the pill before going to sleep might have created an acid reflux issue for me. I say that because a few times that the pill got stuck in my throat I could feel a b*rning sensation until it moved which I am assuming it is caused by some ingredient in the pill. The other problem is that I would wake up next morning with s*re throat (all*rgic reaction or acid reflux?), I do not know. I stopped taking stemulite and I noticed quite an improvent every morning. Put this pill in your mouth and let it dissolve and see if you get this b*rning sensation as well.
