Cecelia: Slim and Trim was too basic for me, I wish it still had Ephedra, that got the job done, but this is pretty weka, and even though it’s cheap to buy, don’t waste your money, it doesn’t work.

Laura: Slim and Trim seems like it might be good but it also might be like that scam diet with the obese woman who claimed not the be but was a known liar and thief. You know what I mean? Anyway I am not saying Slim and Trim is like that but I just want to know before I try because I can’t take failing at another bad diet. Advice?!

South beach basically tells you what to eat and what not to eat and is very strict during the fist phase and gets better later on/ Slim & Trim diet however is good from the begining. you so not loose as much weight as you do on south beach in such a little time but you loose it a bit more slowly which to me you are more inclined to maintain long term.
