Lynn hodge: I am 44 years old and have yo yo dieted all my life. I started taking Relacore 3 weeks ago. I already had lost 20 lbs and have been dieting for 3 months prior to taking this product. Since I was on it it I have lost 7 more lbs . However I t has made my blood preassure go up and made me have a second period in one month. (Note : I have never had 2 periods in one month before and I have 2 children.) The bottle went inbto the garbage. I did not notice better moods either . Waste of MOney!!!

Toni: I don’t see any appetite suppressant in the list of Relacore’s ingredients. SHouldn’t it have an appetite suppressant? That’s my problem, i just eat too much.

Shara: Well I never eat when I’m stressed any way, I actually eat more when I am relaxed and have the energy to think about food. I don’t see how Relacore could work for me.

Chuck: Saw Relacore advertised on TV, so when I saw it at Walgreens, I decided to just pick it up and see what it would do. I’d been feeling a bit stressed lately. My diet is composed over complex carbs, lean protein, fat free dairy, and plenty of fruits and veggies. I tried this product for two months, and I was very disappointed. I measured my skinfold at my supralliac (where abdominal fat is stored, one inch above the hipbone) before starting this product, and two months later, I had the same exact measurement!! I couldn’t believe with all of the efforts I made this pill did not assist in any weight loss in my abdominal region! What a rip off! I would not recommend this pill to anyone. I do feel less anxious after having taken it for about a month but sadly haven’t lost ANY belly fat!! I have two small children and am still carrying the preggers weight in my abdominal area. Maria: I have used Relacore for sometime on and off, and it worked for me. I don’t use it to lose weight but to lose belly fat. I find it does work for that purpose. I also bought it for someone I know whos belly was big, amazingly his belly went down after finishing just one bottle. I am also sensitive to medications but Relacore gave me no side effects. I do think it is a good remedy to lose belly fat not to lose overall weight.

I bought the one (Realcore PM)that requires that you take two capsules at night with a glass of water. I have used about half the bottle so far and no effect on my tummy whatsoever. I did this for a month on Relacore and only lost one lb. I think I may just continue doing this and skip the pill, unless I can find a good suppressant for my hunger.

The weight loss for me involved life-style and eating changes that resulted from my attitude adjustment. It won’t work for dopers but after a few days of Relacore I was affected.

I did not lose one single pound, did not relieve stress (actually think I became more stressed out because I was realizing it wasn’t working at all) it did not flatten my stomach at all, in fact in did not one thing that it claimed to do. I purchased it in Wal-Mart and luckily only paid $19.96 not like some who have paid as much as $50, but I do feel like I was ripped off and feel I should be reimbursed since it does have a 30 day guarantee. Am I entitled to the refund? I think it is only fair since I followed the directions and instructions to the letter with no results at all. How can I find out if I can be refunded? If you make a claim that your product will work and it doesn’t, the company should stand by there claim and refund my money it is the right thing to do.

Colorado: I’ve lost 20 pounds mostly around my waist (belly fat) using Relacore for about a year. Because of the weight loss I was able to increase my activity so that helped me lose more weight. I didn’t have to obsessively cut calories or exercise to achieve this. I think the kind of stress it claims to reduce is more subconscious – not a huge noticeable thing so maybe people are expecting more from the product than can be observed. It also sounds like everyone expects a quick fix, which is unrealistic – the belly fat didn’t all get there in 2 weeks or even 30 days, so it’s not going to melt away that fast.

Kerry: Oh boy, no WAY could I use this stuff for an entire year to lose the weihgt! Not expecting a “quick fix” from Relacore, but, well quicker than a whole year I guess. joan: no loss of belly fat, no loss of any fat and i was really trying to make relacore work for me. i ceased use after about a month or so, since it was giving me headaches. i ‘m not sure why, i was drinking plenty of water but i still think it was somehow dehydrating me. i’ve done better with a simple hoodia appetite suppressant (hoodia p57) lost 11 lbs the first month, 6 so far in the second.

Marie: I have taken Relacore for a few months now. I have lost about 8 pounds using Relacore. I lost inches from around my waist, my pants had started slipping down on my, I had to take my belt up a couple notches and buy smaller pants. I also lost that muffintop thing that some women do get. My mood is much better, I sleep better at night now. I didnt add exercise because I get enough during the daytime just doing what I do, I did stop drinking soda’s, I drink water and only water. Everyone’s body is not the same, what might work for one might not work for another.

I believe I was taking it for about six months or more and really didn’t order it for weight loss because when I first heard about it the way I understood it was that it was only for reducing belly fat and would also help your stress level not for weight loss. I really didn’t look for it to do anything to reduce my weight but it did help reduce belly fat and reduced my stress level because I am also at the menopause stage.

kelly: Well, i had high hopes for relacore becuause I liked the theory of reducing Cortisol …especially if that meant reducing my stress AND my belly fat all at once. Sounded great to me. I tried Relacore for 3 mos. spanning Oct 2008-Jan 2009. I felt this may have had a slight calming effect as has been mentioned, but i did not notice that the fat on my tummy had decreased at all. I think now i must have been misguided to think that a pill can remove fat from specific areas. i recently got a Flex Belt that i ordered on line and this thing is much better it is wickedly cool. I have been toning the muscles without having to do a single crunch.

Anonymous: I do not pay much attention to what other people have to say about Relacore. I do not get influenced by other peoples comments. People try Relacore for a short period of time. Let’s say 1 month. Well, we all know that we did not gain the weight on our mid sections in a month or less. Anyway, I used Relacore and had excellent results with it. When I first bought Relacore, I did not buy it for weight loss. I bought it to reduce my anxiety. What I found out by using it for about 4 months is that it not only helped with my anxiety but I also lost weight around my mid section. I found this out my putting on a pant outfit I had not worn for a while because it was to tight around my waist. That outfit was so comfortable. Other than my mutiple vitamin I was only taking Relacore. I still take it to this day. I think it is a great product. This is only my opinion.

I attempted to stop taking it about 2 months ago because of the cost, although I get it at Walmart for $19.96/90 tablets, just to reduce my monthly budget, and after 3-4 days without it, I felt like crap. I am a nervous eater and Relacore calmed me enough to lessen my stress so I was not eating as much…still taking, would not be without it, take the day and the pm…guess things just work differently on each person…holding at the weight I reached for a long time now…still have some belly, but it helps me cope…maybe mental, but it works for me.
