Jill B: What bothers me most is the fact that people don’t research before they try things out. I did extensive research on lipodissolve prior to doing this. Lipodisolve is NOT a weight loss procedure. Fat weighs very little, so when you are getting rid of the fat, your weight will most likely not fluctuate. You will look different and fit into to clothing different. If you have gained weight, then it is most likely from your eating habits and your exercise habits. My Dr. clearly told me, and I read it on a thousand websites, that lipodissolve is not for weight loss. It is for targeted fat pockets and it WILL come back if you do not change your life style. So, saying it is a waste of money is wrong. You can’t expect a miracle to happen without putting an effort in. I was small when I started lipodissolve at 5′2 110 pounds but needed help flattening my stomach. It has worked beautifully and has stayed away because I work out 4 to 5 times a week and eat a healthy diet. I honestly feel people are looking for a quick weight loss thing and decide this is the less painful way. mochame: Lipo dissolve actually worked for me. I believe it was because I worked out 4x per week and had realistic expectations.It defined my sides(lovehandles and lower back),with only 3 treatments. Good thing I was a on a payment plan, because when they went bankrupt I was relieved of the rest of my debt. I ended up payng $740.00 when the total cost was $2400.

donna: I had injections of 4 tx ea on my upper arms and inner thighs. I did have some results, but the pain, nausea and swelling twice the size was intense. after my 3th injection on the thighs I now have bruse spots where the injections were given. I went back for another injections and the office was closed. I did receive a letter that I could get my 4th injection, that they had set up at a doctors office, but I declined. My inner thighs look awful and since its been 6mo., it must be permanent. What a mistake I did!

justice: There is a clinic in my town and the treatments are very reasonable. I am trying it for the little pouch belly I have from having a baby. I excersize regularly and sometimes twice a day. So I am using this as an aid not a cure. I will let you know if it works WITH proper diet and excersize! oh, this clinic is in TN. My MIL takes the shots for her upper arms, she is thin everywhere else and it has helped her, there agian, she excersizes!

Shelly: If you want to actually see a big improvement-GET LIPOSUCTION! I did on my inner and outer thighs. It actually costs less then the lipo dissolve and you take care of it only ONE time. You are asleep during the proceedure (if you find a dr who will do it under general), then my pain never went over a 6 (from a scale of 1-10, 10 being bad). On my 6 week follow up, I did start forming a little bit of banana rolls on the back of my legs so the doctor did LIPO DISSOLVE. He did about 10 to 15 shots on each leg and it felt awful. The pain from the LipoSUCTION was more of a bruise pain, but the Lipo Dissolve hurt MORE like bee stings and I think it hurt more like a scale of 7 1/2. the Pain only hurt that high for a few hours, then it was swollen, red and very tender for the next 3 to 4 days and I still have to go back for another followup in 6 more weeks. I hope I don’t need another follow up with the lipo dissolve. I would much rather do lipo suction anyday! I actually recommend lipo suction to most people if they actually want to see great results right away and drastic. Lipo dissolve is for little pockets of fat. My lipo suction surgery got rid of my ugly SADDLEBAGS that I had for many years. I am so happy with my surgery and it only cost me $3000.00. The lipo dissolve comes free since I paid for my surgery. hope this helps you all.

Shanell: I have been reading the comments posted and it really bothers me that skinny people (obviously) are saying that lippodissolve is only for people who are already thin and just have problem areas. I know two people who were 167 lbs and 196 lbs who got the treatment done. The first went from 167 lbs to 114 lbs and the second went from 196 lbs to 159lbs and hers was only after 4 treatments. I am 217lbs and I went for my first treatment two days ago April 3rd and all of this bruising and pain just didn’t happen. I opted to get treatment on my stomach and abdomen as that is where I tend to carry my weight. I love being plus size because I am curvy but like I said my weight collects right in my midsection so I end up having to buy a size 18 pants in order for my waist to be comfortable when I actually can fit a 14-16. Im not trying to lose the weight however I just wanted to have less inches around my midsection which is actually what the procedure is suppose to be for losing inches not weight. When I excercise (and yes plus size women DO excercise contrary to what someone stated earlier) I lose weight every where but my midsection still remains larger than everything else. That is why I chose to have the procedure done. I went to NU U Medspa and I received 50% off so I was able to get the lippodissolve with laser for $600 each treatment. They placed me on a table wiped the area down with alcohol then turned the laser on for 12 minutes. The nurse then came back in and gave me ice packs to place on my stomach for 10 minutes. At first I was thinking I wouldnt be able to take that cold but it turned out to be pretty pleasant.After that the nurse came in gave the injections which I didn’t even feel and then wiped me down again and placed me under what she called a healing laser for 3 minutes which is supposed to reduce bruising etc.. After that she wiped some gel (I forgot the name of it)and I was ready to go. Now by the time I got off the table I could feel a little pain but it was nothing that was too overwhelming. It only lasted from that time until I walked to the front desk to schedule my next appointment and down to my car which was all of 10-15 minutes. After that it began to subside only leaving the treated area a little tender to the touch. The next day (yesterday) I did have swelling however today it is nearly gone. There are only two pea size red spots and thats it. I did follow the after care advice and not get into hot water for 48 hours as well as drinking 8-10 glasses of water the first 48 hours and no caffeine soda or sugar after 48 hours. I was also instructed to start massaging the area after 48 hours which seemed to help reduce the remaining swelling. The only thing I did notice is that it seems that I have had more bowel movements than before which is a welcoming sign to me that the fat is being dissolved. So far so good for me and I am gonna stick with it for at least 3 to 4 more treatments and will keep you updated positive or negative outcome. I personally feel that the skinny people are not seeing any results because duhhh there is no fat to lose. You have to maintain a certain amount of fat in your body for health reasons and I dont think it will go anywhere if it is the one spot you are trying to get rid of. If you look at the before and after pictures on the sites that offer it you can see that these people have a few more rolls than just ba little belly pouch that some of you 115 lb people are talking about. Anyway, like I said , I will come back to give updates whether it bworks or not. That way people can get both scenarios. So for now I am leaving my comment as neutral pending the results because It can go either way. My next appointment is April 30th.Hopefully I will have some positive news for you guys by then if not before but I will try to come here every few days with an update.

miche: i just did my first and definitely last treatment of lipodissolve in my stomach area. the actual procedure went fine, the injections started burning which i thought was fair enough. however, when i tried getting up i was nearly fainted and had to lie back down for another half hour before i thought i was good enough to drive back to my hotel. i spent eight hours weak on bed, two attempts to get to the bathroom resulting in me fainting and i was all by myself, because with all the reserach i’d done, no one indicated that there was so much pain involved. i paid for 4 treatments, but i have to really hate myself to undergo that pain again, along with chills. if the office had at least prepared me by being more honest i could have gotten mediactions, water etc and have everything close by. i am still very swollen, this is after 3 days. please don’t do it, i’m sorry i did

Shanell: Ok here is my update. The first treatment of lippodissolve worked for me. I followed all the instructions I was given and I had no problems with it. I lost 5Lbs and I’m not sure exqctly how many inches but I did notice the reduction. So for me I say it will probably take a total of 3 to 4 more treatments and with that said because of the cost that will be the only reason I probably wouldnt get them all done until later because it does work.

CLA: Well, all of this has made me really nervous. I I’m 5 ft 5 and weigh 135. I had a few pocket areas on my waist, and the fatty deposit cellulite on my back. I researched quite a few doctors here in the ATL area previously and decided to go with the most expensive one because they were more reputable, and seem to be after the results versus the money. Well, I had my treatment done almost three days ago. The actual injections were not as bad as everybody said they were going to be. On the otherhand, I was prepared that it was going to be painful fom everyone’s comments. It was not. I have swoll up on those areas and I have noticed some bruising but I’m trying to keep the faith and look on the bright side. I’m glad I read Shannell’s comments along with Woman2point3 so that I know I have a chance. I will post in a few days.

CLA: Well, I’m back again. My prior comment was on day 2 of the injections. This is day 4 of the injections. I must say I can see a difference around my flanks. I saw that yesterday (day 3) when the swelling went down from that area. My waist/stomach is still swollen and my back is still swollen but the swelling has gone down since yesterday. I have no pain at all today. Yesterday I still had a little bit of pain. So day 4 I have no pain and I am still swollen mostly around the waist which is where I received most of the injections. The pocket of fat that was in my flank area where the pants sit on the waist is completely gone. I had to keep pulling my pants up all day today because I did not have that pocket of fat to hold them up. I’m more concerned about my waist/stomach and am waiting to see those results. So far, I’m still swollen. I did swell really big around the stomach/waist to the point where it frightened me that it was really stretching my skin. I hope the skin shrink back in place as the swelling goes down instead of leaving me with sagging skin due to the stretching from swelling. Since I have not been as active the past four days, I made sure to watch what I ate to make sure my digestive system kept flowing smoothly. I have been eating watermelon, bananas, grapes, pineapples, pears, penut butter, collard greens, green leafy lettuce with oven roasted turkey strips, sun chips, smoothies that I made with pineapples, grapes, strawberry, and ice blended, of course I have been drinking lots of water, 100% apple juice, and 100% OJ. Well, I will check back in a few days.

CLA: Hello again. This is day 9 and most of the swelling is gone to the point where I’m not frightened any more about the skin being stretched. It seemed to have shrink back normally. However, I’m still a bit swollen around the waist and a bit in the back. As I stated before, this is where I received most of the injections and in my back. So, I am still patiently waiting to see the results. I was really swollen on the sides of my waste. I don’t think my sides were ever streched like that while I was pregnant. Again, I’m continuing to watch what I eat while I’m still in the recovering process. I will check back again. I’m keeping the faith for my waste pocket but again, the flank area is dissolved. There was only one injection in that area.

SideEffects?: I have been receiving LipoDissolve treatments for the last two months. I’ve had terrific results. The procedure enabled me to lose several inches from my waist and stomach.
