chris in CA: lot’s of energy! i see a bunch of negative comments on here and i am willing to bet these are the people who didn’t take the time to eat a proper balanced meal or exercise. i am also willing to bet that these same people will always fail at losing weight because you cannot just take a pill to cure being fat. the only downside to this product is if you take the pill 6-8 hours before you go to bed, it can be hard going to sleep the first week. otherwise, it’s a decent energy booster that i found on sale at my local rite-aid.

Chris in NY: I’ve tried various rapid loss pills before and didn’t find them to be effective or were too high on stimulants. I decided to give this one a try because of the advertisements. I tried this stuff for a couple of weeks and it threw me totally off my sleep cycle. Started it with 1 pill in the morning and 1 in the afternoon as recommended. When I tried to up to 2 pills in the morning, I had a sever anxiety reaction – shortness of breath, rapid heart, itchy feeling all over. Maybe some people can handle the high stimulants, but I just couldn’t. I stopped and haven’t had anymore issues with sleeping or anxiety. So, I’ll keep looking for my ideal pill – this one was not it.

Derrel: Well, it worked great for me. If you can’t sleep, use less of a dose. Maybe only 2 or 1 per day. I work out regularly so I didn’t have any sleep problems. It seems like, as long as you use the energy it gives, the energy wont keep you from sleeping. Also, I never took it after 5:30. If you work out and follow the instructions and aren’t addicted to your regular cups of coffee…then it will work for you. There are no magic pills, not yet anyway, so don’t expect to only take the pills and do nothing else. They tell you that you wont get great results unless you follow theinstructions, eat right and exercise. You can’t get mad if it doesn’t work if you don’t listen and follow the plan.

anatita: well….lipo6 did really work for me. i take only 1 tab in the morning and partner it with exercise and a balance diet. i dont eat dinner anymore i just take milk instead… i had a good and peaceful sleep at night and didn’t feel anything bad at all..

Joe Smith: I’m 5′10″ and weighed 207 pounds. My goal weight is 170. After changing my diet and running on a treadmill 5x per week, I lost 10 pounds in 8 weeks. Then I hit a platue. I didn’t lose any weight for about a month (didn’t gain either). A friend of mine who is a body builder recommended lipo-6. I followed the instructions to the tee — 1st day took one pill as soon as I woke up and one in the afternoon (1:30); 2nd day took one in the morn two at 1:30; after that two in the morn, two in the afternoon. I took the pills for only 4 days while continuing to eat well and exersize. At first the feelings were dramatic. I didn’t hate it, but I didn’t like it either. The best way to describe it was uncomfortable. I was worried that my co-workers were thinking I was acting weird. I could definately tell I was “on something”. Don’t think my coworkers noticed. By the 3rd day the uncomfortable feels were not so dramatic and I never had trouble sleeping (and I’m susptible to that with coffee). But I did get a bad headache on day 4 and my left eye started twitching. But, it worked. I broke thru my platue and lost 4 pounds during that 4 days. I quiet taking the pills and after one day felt that I was back to normal. Will I take them again? Yes. I will continue to eat well and exersize, but if I hit a platue in weight loss and just need a little boost to get me dropping pounds, I’ll use them again. But I can’t imagine staying on them for more than a few days at a time, a week at most. Too intense.

All I did was change my diet and I was working full time so I didn’t have time to work out, but in 3 months I went from 183 lbs to 153 lbs and have kept the weight off for over a year. deewill: This is coming from someone who has been working out for over 20 years..Ive used the supplement ephedrine (which I think was a great supplement and misused just like this product). Use this product before you exercise (cardio)! It will boost your energy and the synephrine will help you burn some of the fat off..Along with proper diet you will lose weight…Popping a pill like this product and expecting to lose weight is ridiculous. This product is advertised for the serious athlete…I think the boost of sudden energy of stimulants is awesome..If you sit around and just do nothing how do you think you will feel with a stimulant based product??? People stop downing a product if you use it improperly. I take it before my morning run and thats it..works great..

bobo: I am a professional athlete and I am on day 4 and up to 4 pills daily taking Lipo 6x. So far so good, anyone who gets a speeding heart rate or anxiety it is just because you are sensitive to caffine. Make sure and drink plenty of water “1 gallon a day” and on non work out days it is wise not to exceed 2 pills. There is absolutely no risks with taking this stuff, as long as you follow the directions and use it to your body’s capibility. It is also a good idea to take a multi-vitamin daily to help your body balance it out, it will help any side-effects. I hope this review helps, good luck to you all!

Hector Contreras: Well people that are crying out loud this product not work well you are bogus. Let me start by saying this not a miracle pill where you drink it and tada nyou lose weight. Lipo 6 + good diet + excercise = the miracle. Also take notes that losing weight is not the important factor is losing % of fat! Why I insist on this? because most fat burners out there target the water in you’re body and yes you can lose alot of weight doing so but with a price, you get those pound back extra easy. I sitck with lipo 6! And for those caffeine addict well thats bad for you , I dont drink cofee at all.

house007: I can’t tell yet if this product is going to work as I am only on my fourth day, what I am pissed about is that I went to gnc and asked for their recommendation. The guy asked me if I was caffeine sensitive and I said yes so he told me to go with lipo 6. He said to go ahead and start with 2 pills in the morning as I shouldn’t have to worry with this product like some others in the store. I took it in the morning and by lunch time I was having crazed anxiety as well as being nautious. I now take 1 morning and 1 afternoon and doesn’t seem to be too bad.

SirSexy: After reading all these comments it seems as though all of you with the thumbs down are a bunch fat lazy individuals, and think that taking this pill without a little bit of effort at the gym is just gonna magically remove the lard from your sloppy bodies you all gotta another thing coming. This stuff works. I workout regualrly and have zero problems sleeping. You have exert the energy it gives you and therefore you will get results. Fat just melts off and you’ll get shredded quickly too. After taking these pills you’ll get down at the gym faster than Oprah Winfrey goes down on a bucket of fried chicken. Get ripped, get Lipo!

Sandro: No weight Loss pill is a miracle drug… They are designed to aid you weight loss. With that said they are to be used in conjuction with a Dedicated workout routine. Taking these pills without it will do very little if anything at all… all i see here is people who do nothing and complain that it doesnt work. and the people who say they go to the gym and it still doesnt work is obviously doing something wrong in gym.. perhaps you are one of the many people i see at the gym reading a book on the cardio machines or spending lots of time walking around deciding what to do instead of working out. Point is that if you want to loss weight you have to want/earn it and not expect some pill to do it for you.. oh and Dina Sirsexy is just stating the obvious. his approach may offend certain people but what he says is true. The harder you work for something the easier it will be to achieve your goal.

MJ23: I just bought my first bottle of Lipo-6 and i am very excited to see what it does to my body. After reading what Sandro, SirSexy and Hector have said it gives me confidence! I am just leaving the world of college football and am looking to get skinny again i guess you could say, rather yet get back down to normal size. I am going to continue working out 4 d/w and i am going to hope this stuff will help my muscles turn more lean rather then the bulky football muscles i have now. Ill let everyone know how its going in about a week or two! Everyone should atleast give it a try. It says on the bottle that individual results will varie. the people that gave it a thumbs down might need a dif. work out or do more in the gym.

Faye: I’ve been taking Lipo 6 for 3 wks and think that it is great. My clothes are fitting different. If you drink enough water and leave the sodas alone you shouldn’t have a problem. I take two 30 minutes before breakfast and two before I go to the gym for lunch at 1:00 and eat something small before I go. I don’t take any pills after 1:00 so I haven’t had a problem sleeping and my energy level is ok because I work it off at the gym. This is the first pill I actual like taking. I don’t have a desire anymore for sweets other than that I haven’t really change my eating habits as for as what I eat. But I don’t eat pass 6:00.

Punky: I find it rather funny for persons who use a bottle of Lipo 6 along with cardio and weight training and not lose a pound or 5lbs MAX. IT’S BECAUSE YOU actually wasn’t exercising eventhough you thought you were. Come to think about it, if you eating right and exercising and using lipo 6 and that doesn’t help you NOTHING WILL. FAT ASS!

People should see this more of a motivation pill or a constant reminder to get to your goal than to actually expect this pill to shed weight. Jessie: I have been taking this product for 2 yrs. I like it because I work very long days and keeps me going. I started using this product simply for the extra motivation at work. This is not a fat loss pill, what I’ve noticed with Lipo 6…as a 29 yr old female, it will help you tone your body if you are serious about toning and dedication. Within a matter of 6wks and a minimum of an hr a day of working out you will see extreme results. I have gained and have lost weight but I am also 5′7″ 130 give or take 5. I found this product to only help with the boost you need to keep going to tone yourself. I put in 8-16hr days as much as 7 days a week at work so I don’t make it to the gym often, but when I do go and take it serious it will help with dramatic changes of toning given time. It is not a weightloss pill…is there really one out there? Highly doubt it. I recommend this to anyone that is only serious about toning or gaining muscle, not a fat burner. Losing body fat comes in time with working out and gaining some weight will also be a factor because it will start turning into muscle weight. So thumbs up for toning and energy, and thumbs down as a fat burner. But as stated in a comment above…give up the pop/soda, and drink lots of water and take a multi-vitamin with this product.

Maggie: I completely agree with all the people who had their thumbs up…Lipo 6 is effective, but when properly balanced w/ a well designed diet, and excersize. There is no pill on the market that will make you lose the weight by sitting on your ass, so dont bother even looking. You get out of it, exactly what you put into it! I ate 6 small portion meals a day every 2-3 hrs, that were high in protein and excersized 3 times a week. I saw results after a week and a half, although they werent major, it was enough motivation for me to keep going, but I worked very very hard to get to where I am. I used bodybuilding.com website to help me put together daily meals that helped me lose the weight. It takes time and dedication to see results, but its worth it. Take a vitamin w/ the pill…and that should decrease the nausea and jittery feeling! Hope this helps!

Paul Bernard: I’m 6′7”, 200lbs, i work full time n dont have time to hit the gym, i was in the Marine Corps last year and since being discharged my workout schedule def decreased. i have been taking this for a little over a week. n i love it, it gives me the energy i need to get through a days work, n more for the little time i can work out, (a half hour after work every other day). i started out at 200 n am already down to 194, i have also changed my diet drastically, you people NEED to have a good diet for this or any pill for that matter work… i love it.

Adam Donski jax, FL: i have been using lipo 6 for 4 1/2 weeks and i’m happy i started. i have lost 5 lbs. also, i did some other simple things to help the process. eliminate sodas, alcoholic beverages, and sweet drinks from your diet.. drink mostly water or juices like cranberry or real grapefruit. replace all of your normal snacks with nothing but fruit(and you can eat as much fruit as you want). Go from white bread to wheat or whole grain. stick with meats like turkey or roasted pork, save the beef for the weekend. absolutely no fried foods!!! eat lots of steamed veggies with your meats. consider grilled chicken ceasar salads if you have to go fast food on the go(lite dressing:) Try to limit pasta to once a week(i know we all love it). if you are going to pan fry use olive oil. Get your heart rate up, then maintain it for at least 30 minutes a day. ive benn taking a 45 minute bike ride every day, you pick your poison. If you cant eliminate all these things, giving up the sodas, sweet drinks, and fried foods alone will bring you results. Along with this regiment, i use two pills of lipo 6 per day. you must meet this pill half way.

Will: I’m 6′2, 207 pounds. I started at 187 and I was taking lipo 6 with weight gainer. It works great, I don’t like how it suppresses my hunger though. The pills gave me great energy so I could hit the gym hard. The pills help me get ripped, which is what I think is suppose to do. Even though I put on 20 pounds, it was all muscle. What ya’ll need to remember that everybody’s body react differently. The way I see it, this pills is intended for those that hit the gym hard or those that work like 12 to 16 hours a day in their job. If you take it, I recommend hitting the gym and going all out. If you’re running on treadmill, then don’t just use the same speed for the whole 45 mins., change it up to the point you feel like you are out of breath. If you no longer have the energy, then the pills is probably wearing off. and please, drink a lot of water, it helps a lot.

Toya: I must say that Lipo 6 is a great product. For those that say it is not a fat burner that is fine but if you notice yourself losing fat and toning up what is it? Then you have those that say they got the jitters. I’d say lower the dosage or really, go work out. I only walk 3 miles three or four times a week. I do like 150 sit ups per day and thats it. But thats enough to let go of the pinned up energy you feel. I think those with the jitters are sensitive to daffeine, taking extra in their day without knowing it i.e. chocolate, sodas or coffee, or are not getting enough exercise. For the woman that said the human body can’t even make use of that much energy she must have never heard of a marathon runner or the young man that swam across that river in new york was it. For those that gained weight while taking it I say stop putting stuff in your mouth. I found that the appetite supressant worked but I will admit it worked TOO GOOD. I could barely eat but I did not get sick. It made me feel like I should eat healthy stuff insteas of fatty stuff. I’d crave fruit juices and veggie juices and salads. I drunk more water also to stay full. I’m assumming that helped. Over all I love the product. After months of trying to lose weight with diet and exercise even using hydroxycut which they just pulled from the shelf, Liop 6 has given me the results that the older pills used to give when the used ephedrine. I have lost 10 pounds in only one week of using the pills so for the people that are gaining or not losing I’d say honestly take a look at yourself. Like I did. I knew I was consuming over 2000 calories a day and I only weighed 180 approximately. Which is why with all the diet and exercise and hydroxycut which I used to love did not work. Lipo 6 has helped me deal with my achilles heel (appetite) I will have to do the rest.

Anonymous: I have taken the Lipo 6 and Lipo for her and both did not deliver results. Lipo 6 gave you energy but I also felt like I was going to shake apart. Lipo 6 for her suppressed my appetite for about a week and then it did nothing for me. I work out 5 days a week for an hour each visit and watch my calories. The only reason I started taking any pills was due to the fact I had hit a plateau and needed an extra push.

Kate: I absolutely love Lipo-6. It has only been 7 days and I have lost 4 pounds. I am on weight watchers and excercise every day for 1 hour. This excercise does not include weight lifting or a gym. I work out at home and do Kick boxing, Pilaties,aerobics, and Yoga. To have full effect you need to do this. I love it

I lost 20 lbs over a 5 week period. I felt jittery and increased heart rate when i took it before i went to work one day. So I changed it up. I took only one right before I went to work out. It increased my energy and I lost the weight. But changing your diet and being consistent with working out helped out alot. I stopped drinking soda and mainly drank water. It was an excellent diet pill.

bricks: i am a personal trainer and i can tell you through several years of experience that the majority of peoples fat loss problems is that they really know nothing about real training and cardiovasular conditioning. You cant argue with these people beacause they believe they know and usually think that theres something wrong with themselves. Just like the obese people that go on the biggest loser. they never thought that i could happen until the right people and the right opportuity shed light on them. And believe it or not most people dont need to train as hard or long as the contestants do on the biggest loser to get the results they want. My advice: find a knowledgable personal trainer. you wont even need lipo 6 it might just take hard work.

Garouix: Lipo 6 did nothing for me. I regularly intake large amounts of caffeine a day, so I felt nothing when I took Lipo 6. However it did help me lose a few pounds with casual workouts.

Jeff: Lipo 6 has worked for me on 2 different occasions. I read alot of the negative reviews and they all seem to have 1 thing in common. They don’t mention anything about exercise. If you are lazy, no pill is gonna work. If taken about an hour prior to workouts or cardio, you will have plenty of energy. Drink plenty of water as you should with any diet pill that you take. If you wanna drink coffee, try decaf. If you can’t even discipline yourself to drink decaf for a month, it’s no wonder you are over weight. I lost 11 pounds in a month just by doing 30 minutes of cardio 5 days a week and 4 pills a day. I’m not as hungry as usual, I have plenty of energy and my BP has remained the same too. Hydroxycut, EXenadrine and ripped fuel were all worthless to me or made my bp sky rocket.

Katherine_pr: I am not lazy i can workout but i do tend to eat too much. I understand Lipo6 will help with burning but how about appetite? i think now they make a lot more fat burner/appetite suppressants like slim 10 etc….what’s a very good one?
