It was not very fun, and well, it didn’t result in weight loss, but I DID feel like my system was running a bit more smoothly afterwards, for several days. Flores: Glad to read I am not alone. I just found this site and heres my story. I had heard so many good things about colon cleanses that when i heard about Flush The Fat, I figured i would give it a try. Well i was very disappointed in this product. It caused me to have unpleasant diarrhea and very loose stools, and the weight i lost with it would always seem to come back with in 3 days or so. I got tired of this roller coaster, it was just ineffective and unpleasant. I’m going to look for something else.

Harry: Well I read the review on Flush the Fat and thought that I would write my OWN review for all of you.
It has an all natural formula that will flush away toxins internally, and may help you lose weihgt, although, it seems as if it will mostly make you have to use the toilet a lot more than normal. It may help cleanse or ease constipation, so you can expect some discomfort while using the product but it may make you feel a bit lighter in the end.

Go to the Health Food Store and buy Colon Clenz, I know that will flush you out:) I think the FDA should test these products before it hits the shelves. Anonymous: I just bought this product last night and decided to read up on the reviews of this product today. I’m hearing a lot of bad reviews about it, but I’m just wondering if anybody actually followed the proper directions like the meal plan they give and daily exercise. As this is my first time doing colon cleansing I do know for a fact that you cannot loose weight without a proper diet and exercise routine regardless of any product you try out there. I’m still gonna try it anyways and will post my results in a few weeks.

I felt pretty uncomfortable the whole time on this, despite changing my diet (according to the given suggestions) I tried to exercise buy my stomach felt so bloated, it was really difficult. What I also like about it is that it’s not like other diet pills out there that make you feel jittery or irritable. Sara: Well depending on what you are using Brit, if you are using flush the fat you won’t be flushing much of anything. It’s a horrible product and if you just started stop right now and chose a different cleanser, anything is better than Flush the fat.

Interested: Does everyone think that this product will cause their bulk to flow out their bottoms? You would think that people would realize that something with “FLUSH” in the name would mean you’re heading to the bathroom….

Kate: Of course this product will hurt your gut a bit, and of course you will be running to the bathroom. You are trying to eliminate a long time’s worth of constipation and wastes from your gut. AS for a diet supplement, I wouldn’t count on its effects, but as a cleansing or detox agent, definately. But then again fibre is a very important part to loosing weight. And detoxing alone could get rid of pounds/inches off of your gut. Stop complaining. We eat crap, and we have to pay the price, there is no cheap way to escape it.

elise: wow, kate you sure don’t cut people a break do you?? Maybe some people would prefer not to subject their bodies to the rollercoaster of laxative use (which is essentially what Flush the Fat is) in order to “pay the price” for the presumed crime of not eating perfectly. I have gone the laxative route, and it TEMPORARILY removes some bulk from your body, of course it does. It also dehydrates and depletes your body of electolytes. It does NOT remove accumultaed fat from your body, do you really think your thighs/butt/gut are going to just come out in your feces? Sorry to be crude, but this is just crazy talk. Now i agree that a weight loss supplement might not singlehandledly make you thin, but if you follow a healthy diet and exercise program it definitely can get things going. I found supplements to be very helpful in a plateau, and also during those first discouraging weeks of my diet. I would rather have lasting results than wreak havoc with my digestive system and hurt myself with laxatives. Flush the fat needs to be flushed itself.

Flush the Fat was very uncomfortable and NOT something I would suggest to anyone. Ellie: Well I never did nearly as much work with this as Mandy describes, I just simply took the Flush the Fat tabs as directed and watched what i ate, kept on exercising. It caused a LOT of internal discomfort and like others have said, any weihgt i might’ve lost was just water weight. Not somehting I’d get again, that’s for certain.

Salty Dog: I have been over weight for some time and figured I would try the product. I had none of the OMG I must use the bathroom, no discomfort, just to be honest, lots of crap when I went. In the first 3 weeks of using it, I have lost 4lbs and I must say to everyone, read the bottle!! Do not take 6 unless you can handle that, I found 2 for the first 3 days then 4 after that was for me, yes it took a week for my system to handle that, but that is also because I eat like a pig and am not getting the regular fiber intake. On a side note, if you put junk in to your body, expect to be fat…brutal and honest.

Paula: Such a catchy name and such an ineffective product. Boy was there a lot of flushing going on when I took Flush the Fat but let me tell you it was not fat. Like “Salty Dog” up there says I didnt have sudden urges, but it was lot more, and a lot more often. Guess this product was just more “junk” I put into my body, expecting to lose but remaining a solid 193 lbs at 5′4”.

Nancy: I’ve want to loose about 30lbs. I’ve been using the Flush the Fat AND following the diet suggestions with some modifications. I decided to start slow with 3 capsules each evening at bedtime. I’ve gone from 1 BM a day to 2, but they seem to be normal BMs…no diarreah or cramps, maybe because I’m not taking a lot of capsules to rush the process. I seem to be going slow. This morning I was down 1.25 lbs. I feel lighter, could be my imagination, but I like it. I’m afraid if I take the max of 6 capsules per night I will be in the bathroom a lot. I’m satisfied so far, but it has only been three days.

Rosalind: Well, I am now up to 5 BMs per day, using 6 caps of FlushTheFat…the stools are a bit loose but not what i would call diareah, i think there is some exageration on that from some of you. Anyway, this helps get some bulk out of my body and this morning i was down 3 lbs.

Beth: Let’s face it – nothing but healthy eating habits and a concentrated effort to lose weight ever works for any great length of time. The recession the way it is and food prices going sky high, we all should be slimming down rather quickly anyway!!! I like the idea of detoxing, remain neutral on FlushTheFat as it did cause some insignificant euphoric “I look slimmer” feeling….but it faded fast. So back to the “what works” concept – if you eat right, your body will do what it’s suppose to any way. Having said all the politically correct comments on detoxing and losing weight (ha), anybody have a clue what product out there does promote fast weight loss (fast meaning a noticeable difference within a week or two)? Any comments on the detoxing foot patch? At least a foot patch seems a lot less aggravating then all those frequent pit stops!

Wendy: Its so true, Beth, that nothing really works long term for weight loss, besides developing/maintaining healthy habits. My fear with the recession, though, is that we all might get fatter because the fast food is so cheap! And that would create more of a need for things like Flush the Fat..which, however, I didnt find to be anything more than a laxative, at best. Incidentally, I did try a detox foot patch, after my eyes were attracted to the moving feet while reading the blog one day. The one I like is the Cleanse Patch…its helping me sleep soundly through the nihgt and cleared up my nasal congestion. Plus, I’ve slimmed down about 4 lbs in the past 2 weeks. Hope this helps!

JL: FlushtheFatInternalFlush – I’m looking at a full page advert in Woman’s World where the “creator” of the product touts that even Jay Leno could not believe her results, um, earth to “creator”, I saw that show and the ‘before and after’ photos were what Jay was laughing at during the “Headlines” segment, as in NO ONE would believe they were of the same person… seriously folks! I suppose you can sell the public anything when you prey upon their insecurities. Ca-Ching!! I just had to vent!

gina: I had terrible diarrhea with FlushtheFatInternal Flush….to the point that i became dehydrated and my skin became dry and very cracked and my hair brittle. In fact the skin was so cracked it bled occasionally. The diarrhea became so explosive that at times I could barely even control it. Once at work i started feeling some leakage and had to run to the bathroom. I kept using this because my weight seemed to be down. but then once i stopped taking it and the diarrhea slowed down, my weight piled right back up again and i’m back at 185. this was just an ordeal & it had no long term value at all.

My stomach was distended and hard, like I was pregnant! Everyone here seems to report increased bowelmovements with this, but that wasnt what I got at all. It wasnt until after I discontinued this that things..got back to normal. At any rate, I really was hoping to actually lose weight, not just go to the bathroom more. I have four children, and cannot lose the weight. I will try a dextox cleanse but it wont be Flush the Fat thats for sure! Rainy Nights: I love Flush the Fat! It doesn’t really help me loose a lot of weight, but enough to get me motivated to move myself faster! I feel awesome after BMs from the product, and mostly feel awesome when I’m taking it. I think that every product works differently for different people, and if you’re expecting a pill to help you loose all the weight and make you beautiful and it doesn’t work the way you want it to right away, you should re-asses your motives and action plan. This product makes me feel just that little bit better about myself that inspires me to go for a long bike ride and eat steamed veggies and fish for dinner!!

Savannah: Yes, elena, that’s what I wonder about with Flush The Fat Internal Flush…is it going to get rid of fat? because for me it is more just about being regular with my bowel movements, which is nice and i feel beter, but as far as the fat on my body – i am signifacently over weight (210 lbs) and the fat just is not going any place. i am starting to realize that this is not going to actually change the shape of my body. it might termporarilly lower the number on the scale but it doesnt do anything for the fat, despite its name.

calliope: When i first heard about Flush The fat Internal Flush, I was so excited bcs it said it would “melt away fat” by detoxifying the body. wow! I thought that sounded amazing. so i didn’t hestitate to give it a try. Well, what i noticed with this was that it certainly acted as a powerful laxative, i mean, i really had to use the bathroom quite often. in the beginning i didn’t exercise bcs i was worried about the urgency of the bowell movements. But when i didn’t notice any weight loss i thought i had better risk it and start exercising. Luckily i have a treadmill in my home because I did have to run into the resrt room a couple of times and i would not have wanted to do that in a gym. I decided to stop taking Flush The Fat Intenral Flush at that point, and to continue eercising. Well lo and behold i began loosing weight on the exercise regimen, without the flush. i agree that hard work and exercise are essential. I am now looking for an appetite suprpessant to keep me on the striaght and narrow, diet-wise.

I found that It did reduce bloating and speed up digestion, which helped to improve how I felt and gave me a boost in energy instead of feeling bloated and Full all day I was light and energetic…..Always follow instructions and you will get better results.

Jay: I was about 230 lbs when I first tried Flush the Fat. Simply liked the readings on the bottle in the store. I lost over 30 lbs on this diet, I was down to about 180 lbs. I was very pleased! I gained my confidence back. I use to weigh about 125 lbs, until I had kids. So just imagine how I felt. FAT!! I cut back on my food intake and it did the rest. I stay on the pills for about 2 months, off and on. (Skipped a few days–here and there) I walked and dranked a plenty of water. I recommended this product to someone else and it did give them the opposite effect. Butt-t they didn’t change their diet and didn’t exercise. I found that it really doesn’t matter which cleanser or diet pill you use but what you do to help the cleanser, the pill, or yourself. If you are properly exercising and drank a plenty of water, then you can do it. Flush the Fat worked for me, until I had another child and gainned my previous weight back. My weight loss this time has been very hard, but I have to try to keep some good will-power to do it. What may work for one may not work for another.You just have to find what works for you and your body.

chammie: Like others say u have to drink lots of water and do at least 30 mins of exercise a day…. i have been taking it for about two weeks and love how i feel. You have to follow directions to get results… but i see where people are saying they take acai pills and they have the same ingredients that flush the fat has…. so dont got by the negitive reviews cause not everyone is doing what they should to get results.

Marty S.: DId everything right, I dunno why Flush the Fat didnt work for me. I didnt even feel any different while taking it,e xcept I had to pee more, for all the water I was drinkng. Didn’t lose fat, or even water weight from this. After I was done with this, I wated a month and then got a colon cleanse, CleanseRX, found it online. Had good reviews, and i see people here tried that one too. Not only helped me clenase out the system from whatever nasty toxins had built up, but I managed to lose 13 lbs from it too. And my energy levels is better overall now.

The bottle that I bought at walmart came with a diet to follow while taking this product. I changed my diet, cut all soda, red meat, started eating smaller portions. I lost 30lbs. I also went walking 3 miles everyday before bed time I love this product. THIS IS NOT A QUICK FIX TO LOOSING WEIGHT. I have put red meat back into my diet, but only once a week. Double up on fruit and veggies and for sure cut back on your portions, exercise, and eat smaller meals more often.

suze: Well, it’s working for me for whatever reason. I’m not running to the washroom all day, maybe my body has been conditioned by the fact that I always eat a lot of fibre. I don’t know if there is any real reason for this but my appetite decreased as soon as I started taking this, and I feel full faster when I eat so am eating very small but regular meals thruout the day. I’m not following her diet plan – already had developed my own eating plan but it’s not dissimilar from the suggested one. Have to say it’s been wayyyy easier to stick to now though.

MOMSTYME: Wow! I love this stuff. I have had constipation since 1998 and this stuff got me regular. No diaria for me! I also lost 15 pounds this last month and didnt exercise, I did eat vegi’s and fruit and cut out bread pasta rice and sweets. I forgot I bought this online and went to Walmart they didnt have it so I went to GNC and bought some pills with the same ingrediants. It’s called “Super Cleanse”…..it says to take 1-2 pills no more then twice a day. I take 3 with lunch and 4-6 with dinner and lots of water. Everyone’s body is different and reacts differently to pills. it works for me, actually the only stuff I have found that doesnt make me cramp or have diaria then constipation. I love this stuff! “Super Cleanse” Is a hard pill and the flush is a filled capsle…. I just started the ” Super Cleanse today so we will see in a month if I loose another 15 pounds! I hope so! If it works again I will only be 15 pounds more from my goal! Good luck everyone and dont give up. I love the sales people at GNC…. and the “Super Flush” was only $15.00..for a 100 tablets. This product doews not help me in weightloss, however my bowels in the past were terri*le. I was have bowel movement 3 times a week at best. Now i take 5 pills every morning and now go once a day which has made me feel so much better. I am truly a lifer on this product but not for the same reasons they market it for.I have tried so may products to alleviate my bowels issues and they were all too mild or just the opposite, internal flush for me has the perfect balance. Kim: I cannot believe how many people on this forum DON’T UNDERSTAND what this product is. This is a cleanse product with a fancy name. It is not flushing “fat cells” out of your body.. It is intended to jump start weight loss by detoxifying your colon, so yes, it IS in a manner of speaking, a fancy laxative. This company has a few products that are meant to work together, first FLUSH, then SLIM etc. I am on day 5. I am eating very well and now will start to incorporate exercise into the mix. I’ve lost 5lbs. I don’t expect this to continue, because this only “helps” weight loss, it is not a full time solution.
