Mara Tx: this has really been working nicely for toning – I use it on my stomach, upper arms and butt mostly – I like that the FLex Enervive targets different areas, in a single product. Its very convenient and i think easy to use too.

LulaLemon: Does not hurt at all, it a nice strong pressure, kind of have the speed of a heart beat after have done some exercises. Make sure to place it at the exact spot you want to work on. I use mine on my abs (it tickles a bit in the beginning) and also on the back of my thighs. My abs were always nice but are now a bit tighter. My back thighs are a bit more challenging to get in shape but I am starting the feel something. Anyway, it’s cool and I am pleased overall.

Jenni_russo: I am using the Flex EnerVIVE in the inner thighs. I am liking the pressure and the contraction, seems to be working I am just getting started though, too early to talk about result so all i can say is that it feels solid and like it’s doing something.

SO far I like the feel of the contraction, it somehow feel a bit tighter. I am focusing on my stomach for now and am looking forward to trying it on my butt.

Dianne: What i did is, the first time i used it, i tested my comfort level by starting out on 1 which was easy, then going up a level until i felt the intensity. So for me that was level 5, then after that I would go up 2 or 3 levels every week. I know maybe that sounds slow but i was giving my muscles a chance to adjust.So, gradually is what works for me. I am slowly getting results on my legs.

kevin: the flex enervive works nicely for my biceps That’s where i choose to focus for now. I think when i get the results i want, i will try on my abs. It feels like it working so far.

sydne: I tired it on my triceps, thighs and stomach and sometimes my bottom. it wears out the gel pads a bit faster that way – i still use it but i switch the areas that i tone every day.

Aquariusage: I don’t mind going to the gym to take advantage of the cardio machines or take a class, but sometimes waiting to use certain equipment in the weight room is a pain in the butt, these guys just sit on them for hours. So far that’s what i like about the flex enervive, it utilizes my time better, bcs I can use it at home or wherever. In term of result so far, I’ve been using it on my triceps the contraction is somehow making me feel like working, they feel tighter. I assure in a few weeks is when it would be noticeable.

Elisabeth Montclair: The FLEX Enervive has helped getting my butt be somehow tighter, not prefect but definitely an improvement. I am pleased. What i am not so pleased about is the spider veins, it is driving me insane, They appeared during my last pregnancy last year and no matter what I do, running, massage ect… they still here. Does anyone know what can I do about it, I don’t want to have surgery.

Terry: I was a bit intimidated by this technological device but I also thought I would prefer using something at home and avoiding the men in the weihgt room. However I am very out of shape and when I first got FLEX enervive I was down on myself for only being able to tolerate Level 1. I actually put the thing away for a few weeks and then started feeling guilty. I later been encouraged to go back & try this and have found that I am able to increase intensity every few days with no pain. Don’t have very noticeable results yet but i can feel a change.

Judith Spears: My flex enervive just got here. I do have a question, though, about how this works. Whenver I run more often, my butt tends to get bigger/rounder and I wonder if using this will help it slim down? TOned but not bulky?

And the last thing I needed was another bulky piece of crap equipment taking up space next to my Malibu pilates chair and the Ab coaster.
