Jade: Evercleanse just did not give me the results i was looking for….in the end i thought it was overpriced and not very helpful.

Dana, Washington DC: So I bought Evercleanse because I know I never eat enough fiber in a day and I thought that this would help me get the weight loss started. I used it for a few weeks, and I just felt kinda sick from it. Never lost a pound, either.

My friend tried my EVERCLEANSE order, thinking that I was suffering from fatigue and she was sicker than I after 2 days. She later read somewhere on the internet that someone found Formaldehyde in EVERCLEANSE and that it was what made them experience all of what my friend and I experienced. When I called Evercleanse to explain what happened, they said, “… that there is nothing we can do for you. We sell thousands of dollars of this stuff daily and we never heard such complaints before. charlie: I was recently investigating Evercleanse as a result of the numerous radio ads I’ve heard. I would just like to point out that their website does include an ingredient label now. Basically it’s a form of fiber called Resistant Maltodextrin and then a Probiotic supplement.

Rob: Seems like a scam. Product didn’t work. It was like Metamucil. They offer a refund but you don’t find out that the product can’t be opened and shipping isn’t covered until it arrives at your home. How can you determine if you like it if you can’t open it, and how do you know about the lack of shipping refund if your not told unitl it arrives. They also connect you to a promotional company that takes your money from your visa under 2 company names which happens until you cancel. They make it very difficult in order to keep your money. You never agree to 2 promotional options. It’s like Columbia house type scams.

cac: I ordered the basic 30 day package of Evercleanse after hearing the ads on the radio. I admit I was a bit skeptical when I ordered the product but I ordered it anyway. When I received my order their were 2 instruction sheets. The instructions are different on the two sheets they send with the product. One says to take 2 tablespoons per day for 30 days the other sheet says to take 2 tblsps. for the first 10 days, 3 tblsps. for the next 10 days and 2 tblsps. for the following 10 days. When I opened the first jar I knew there was not enough of the evercleanse so I opened the other jar and checked it out – there were only 14 tablespoons in each jar and the jars showed there were 35 tablespoons per jar. I contacted customer service and told them about the lack of product in the jars – they were not very nice. The person on the phone told me she was sending me two more jars and I explained to her that even if she sent me 2 more jars and they only had 14 tablespoons in each jar that they were still shorting me. She said I would have to talk to the corporate office when I asked her “is this some kind of scam”? When I asked her for the phone number for the corporate office she said there wasn’t one and I knew then that I had been scammed. It is a discrace that a company like this can actually get away with dishonest practices like these I have mentioned. I also have felt no different than I did before taking evercleanse. Does anyone know what is in this product? God only knows what we have put in to our bodies.

THANK YOU to all of you who took the time and energy to get the truth out. The radio ads have flooded just about every market…progressive talk, gospel, mainstream, etc., and they are really hurting a lot of people. Apparently they “autoship” you more product (even when you didn’t order more) and continue charging your credit card and then refuse to refund, which is criminal. Moreover, it seems like this is a really dangerous product for some groups of people who may suffer other serious medical conditions…something should be done before someone gets seriously ill or worse…. I was not happy wiht the product in the first place, as i felt that it was nothing more than a laxative. And then to be billed continously, not able to get in touch wiht the company to cancel and having to be in a dispute through Visa.. a huge pain. All that did not make me give up on my quest for a proper cleansing aid though, and my research lead me to CLeanseRx (http://www.cleanserx.com/reliable ) a very HIGHLY RATED product that is gentle and effective. I used this wiht zero problems and even dropped from a size 8 to a 6 when it was over.

WRS: My experience with Evercleanse has not been a good one from the start. I began by purchasing the product online, the next day I received a confirmation email with a link that would allow me to track my order when I typed in my information it responded that my name or sales ID did not exist in there records (even though my bank statement showed that I had already been charged. Confused about the situation I called the 800 number on there website for assistance, the operator explained that they had been experiencing trouble with online purchases and that she would remove the original order and put in another order, I was assured that I would not be charged for the online order. I told the operator at that time that I only wanted to make this a one time purchase. To my suprise the following day my bank showed that I had indeed been charged twice. I called there Customer Service who told me that the both orders were already processed and it could not be stopped. I would have to return the second order for a refund which could take 7 to 10 days once they received it back. Frustrated by what happened I decided to keep the 2 month supply that I received in case it worked, but unfortunately after one months time there was no results. I actually felt constipated for the entire month which is not typical for me. On top of all of that one month later there was another $67.94 auto ship charge on my bank statement, more calls transpired to Customer Service without getting any resolve. It seems that once they get you credit card info from the original purchase they can pretty much get away with charging you every month. I recommend that you stay away from this product.

I received the notification in the mail in mid october but just went return to send. It is now November 19 and I am still waiting for my refund. I still recieved my shipment – and another which was also charged to my visa. This company is nothing but a bunch of thieves! I called then on July 7 of 2008 and placed the order;nobody informed me that there were some restrictions regarding who could use it and who could not.My credit card was charged on the spot for US $ 199.99,plus $10 taxes,plus$ 25.90 ship.& handl.A month later,when I received and opened the parcel,one of the first info was that if you have a heart problem,diabetes…check with your physician before taking it!!!!!! I immediately called and requested the approval to return everything (unopened ,of course)and to get the refund. I was promised to get the refund when they got the parcel back,(minus the shipping&handling + taxes$25.90 +$10). After 5 months and several calls to the Ever cleanse desk,I still haven`t got the money or a call back to explain what is going on. First of all I accuse Evercleanse of false advertising by not disclosing from the start that there are limitations regarding its use and secondly I am accusing them for not reimbursing my money (what is left of it) as promised. I wonder,if I was the one owing them money how many collection agencies would have they sent after me and what would have happened to my credit score?! l. ramsey: I have been on evercleanse system for two weeks now and there are no real directions on how and when to take each item and when you call, the phone operators are not quite sure, either. Their website does not give instructions. You are basically on your own to make sure you are taking the right things in the right order. I do not feel safe being away from home for too long, if you know what I mean. I entered a furniture store to shop and immediately left, ran to my car and put the pedal to the metal to get back home to my bathroom. I haven’t lost any weight, I just feel crampy and not so good. I am so frustrated because I finished first bottle and don’t know what to do next and nobody can tell me what to do.

Meg: Also had some very unprofessional run-in’s with customer service at Evercleanse. i try to cancel my order after reading these reviews but they still charged my CC $250 and would not return my calls. Realizing after the fact that they do not list the main ingredientS on the Evercleanse container, I called customer service SIX times and was promised Corporate would call me, but they never did. It would help my doctor to know what the ingredients are so that we could determine what caused the symptoms. This is irresponsible corporate behavior, and they are unworthy of your business or mine.

Edmontonian: I bought everclease and got completely ripped off. I tried purchasing the $60 mini-cleanse and somehow after being bombarded with 7 different offers online the order ended up being for the full package worth twice as much. I called to change my order and talked to a salesrep who assured me the first order was cancelled and proceeded to take my order for the $60 product. It turns out they work on commission and he totally lied and didn’t cancel anything and now I have over $200 CAD on my visa which they say is “unfortunate, but the order has already been shipped.”. This is completely ridiculous in my eyes as I not only called back once but twice that night and got the same salesrep who confirmed again the first was cancelled. VISA said I should send it back but the $10 USD in “service fees” and $40 USD in shipping have no way of being refunded. This product is a complete RIP-OFF, I don’t plan on using the product at all and am recommending to anyone to purchase somewhere else!!! If something happens wrong with your order there is no way of fixing it because everyone who works there is a liar.

It still did not work. After reading these confessions about the company and product, I was very nrevous having my card # and info floating around their “business” so I actually called my card company and had them cancel my card outright so I do not get any sneaky billings and product showing up when I never got any confirmation that my card went through. Christy Kauffman-Howe: THUMBS DOWN This product is a SCAM. First of all, they automatically place every order on auto-ship without your consent. Second, they claim you will receive two gift cards with each order: One $25 card for Walmart and another $25 card for gasoline as well as a $40 coupon towards a future purchase. I received neither. When I called the customer service dept, they said I have first sign up for a program (which costs a monthly fee) before reciept of the cards which is a bonus for signing up. Canadian Chick: Besides the fact that Evercleanse didn’t work for me as it claimed it would, I have found that this company uses unethical business practices. I ordered Evercleanse and tried it for several months. I was on an autoship program. In late February when I received an auto shipment, I decided I would cancel my subscription. So I sent back that unopened product with a note asking for Evercleanse to cancel my account. From Canada, using CAD, it costs $27 for insured postage to return the box. Fine, I would absorb that cost. They had already charged it to my credit card, so I assumed I would be credited in due time. Not so. And to top it all off, I got another autoship in the mail yesterday!!!! And again they’ve charged it to my credit card! I called the customer “care” line this morning. They claimed they would credit my account for the autoships, but they were not going to reimburse for the postage. That’s where I got angry! It’s their mistake to send another autoship, I shouldn’t have to pay to send it back to them! Believe me, it’s not the $$$, it’s the principle!

Jessica: okay i called evercleanse myself to ask how do i know if the product is working or not? the answer was sour. they told me the product in the store you buy is missing the detoxifier and your supposed to get fiber packets you take the intire time while on the colon cleanse.
