Jayle: I am sorry Cylaris did not work for these people. But i have to say back in November of 2006 I started taking Cylaris. I started eating more times every day but smaller portions and i ran on the eliptical half and hour a day, and in just 6 months i lost 50 lbs. I have to say Cylaris was my life saver. I stopped because i got pregnant but i have my son and i am now starting back up with Cylaris. Thank You Cylaris!

Janna: First off, NO PILL is going to magically make all your weight disappear. You must exercise ritually, cut back your caloric intake, and consistently stick to a diet routine. I cut out ALL snacks, added vegetables and fruits in place of chips and such, replaced soda with water, and walked 2-3 miles a day. I lost 54 POUNDS with Cylaris, an average of 4-7 lbs per week.

Donna: I wish I knew about this site before I bought this product. My weight changed daily, just when I thought the product was working, my weight went up even after going to the gym 5 days a week. I had stomach pains all the time but told myself it would calm down after my body got used to the pill, it never did. 5 pounds is all I lost in 3 weeks.

I have a great deal of energy and I don’t have to depend on coffee to get through my busy days at work. What people need to understand is that not all diet pills are the same, not everyone is the same, therefore your body will react differently to differment methods of dieting. A blogger mentioned that they had a slow metobolism. In addition to taking diet pills or watching what you eat you also have to give yourself a set schedule of when to eat, how much to eat, and what too eat. trh: I have been taking Cylaris for about a month and a half am pretty happy with it. I have lost 18 pounds but walk at least 3 miles a day and am watching what I eat. It isn’t a miracle pill, it has helped increase my energy and does help suppress my hunger. Be sure to take before you eat breakfast and lunch and drink a full glass of water. Its my first day and it works good for me…I barely ate anything all day and had to remember to eat…and the energy was good too! i LIKE IT SO FAR…we’ll see though…I bought 3 bottles for $3.21….not much to lose if it doesn’t work.
