Chris: I used the original Cybergenics bodybuilding just under 20 years ago and it was the best thing I ever did for my body. In 60 days I put on 22.5 lbs on my frame, I went from 135 lbs to 157.5 lbs and I was cut. I was very lean to begin with, so imagine getting leaner and putting on more muscle. I’m looking forward to purchasing the original or I might try the phase one and see what results I have 20 years later. Thanks Cybergenics

Tracey: I used this product after my son was born 15 years ago and lost all the weight it promised – actually it was 25 lbs lost – in 2.5 weeks. Since then I have basically kept the weight off. I was disappointed when drugstores stopped selling it but was delighted when I found that trulyhuge.com sold it. I have ordered it for myself and as a gift several times in the last 2 years from trulyhuge.com (the po box referenced by a skeptical blogger) and have gotten great service. There has never been a time I have been the least bit dissatisfied with this product. It’s the only plan I use to shape up. As long as you follow the program strictly (it’s only 2 weeks) it will work for you. If you’re not willing to put in your share of effort (which is pretty minimal) then you may not be satisfied. But don’t pretend to want to lose weight if you don’t want it bad enough to work for it.

JC: Back in the early 1990’s, I made incredible gains on the 6-week Phase I program. It worked so well that I went through the program two more times after that. To this day, I still use some of the workouts that were included in the program. I just wish I knew what the “mystery” supplements were…..

Dave: I used the total body building system like 17 years ago.I lost around 40 Lbs within the 1st month. was also eating more.The work out program was definately grueling. So I guess the question is.Was it the system with the suplements or could you also get the results with the work out and diet.I do believe you need some suplements to avoid the soreness (amino acids)and the protiens to refurbish the muscles.So I did lose fat an did get a good cut up body in the 1st month,Which the program was supposed to do. Didnt do the second half of the program cause i was wanting to lose fat.But the second half of the program was where you put on mass muscle. But at 6 days a week workout @2-3 hours a day with your partner and that was with minimul rest between sets I could see how it was mostly the work out.

Chris: I’ve read many cons regarding the 6 week program, which I have used three times over the last five years. My conclusion is this, that some folks expect it to be a woner drug, when in fact they just don’t have the discipline to follow the workout, which is TOUGH! Bottom line, you get out what you put in! I think the stuff is GREAT!

John: I used the system in the early 90’s along with 2 other friends, & again around 1999-2000. I was surprised when I opened the box to find that it’s mainly just a carb cycling program. If you like carbs, it’s a tough program to get through. I jut happen to be one of those people that gets sleepy when I eat carbs, so I didn’t miss them. If you stick to the program & do the exercise you will lose weight. I was losing anywhere from 1/2-3/4 lb. a day over the length of the long program. The second time I used the program I just used the booklet & bought the original Xeanadrine & a ZMA formula from GNC as a substitute for the AM & PM formulas. I believe this program works best for people who need to take a nap after eating carbs. If that’s you, this program will work well. If that’s not you, it probably wont.

sal.: I am the hard-gainer type of person. the firts time I tried a cybergenics product was years ago. I was the BEST I have ever tried. I just finished the 60day total body building and I have to say that it is the best on the market. and trust me I have tried a lot of producs. I used to be 120pound. now I weigh 145. for a small guy like myself that was like going to the moon on the weekend. just dont lie to your self, if you dont do the program at the gym dont blame the produc.

Ron: Tried the 12 week body building program with a friend as an experiment. He took the suppliments, I did not. I held my friend to the program to the T and was amazed at the transformation. Yes, it is a lot of work and takes perserverance. If you’re not willing to do the work don’t expect the results. Find a motivated friend to do the program with.

Andy: I took Cybergenics in 1991 and I can say it worked for me…It was a six week program…I’m 6′3″ and gained, through a good free weight weightlifting program from a 34″ waist to 28″ and I weighed 235lbs. I was very…very strong to. Now i’m 41 and planning to take it again. When not in health mode…my diet is an american diet fast food and home cooking…When I took this product I ate healthy and lifted free weights, drank lots of water and I did not run at all. But prior to taking the supplements I was already lifting for 3 months at a gym….that way i wouldn’t waste time being sore…My body was already use to the workout routine and I could take full affect of the product.

Edison: Ok, so here’s a bit of helpful info. 14 years ago when I was training for the NBA I was 17 years old. I had a trainer and was already in amazing shape, pretty much world class but my body had platued out as far as looks (not that that was the purpose of my lifting, running, etc.) My trainer made me pay for Cybergenics and from how he explained it, the goal was to destroy and rip my muscles apart on every workout for the next 2 months. My lifting was already strenuous but what we did defied human ability. I did sets of 50 on every single excersise, no breaks between sets and no water. I worked out 4 days a week for an hour and a half each day and it was absolute hell. The results were amazing. After my first workout I couldn’t lift a glass of water to my mouth and thought I’d be sore to the point of death the next day. Amazingly enough, I was barely soar and had no problem going through the routine again (outside of the hellish pain). Cybergenics made it possible for me to destroy my body every day and not feel a thing. After I was done, I had no body fat, veins everywhere, cut like I’ve never seen anyone be cut to this day and I don’t know how much of the results came from that type of training or from Cybergenics but I do know that I recovered great because of it and I never got to look the way I did without it even though I was in amazing shape. 14 years later I look forward to doing it again when I’m ready to kill myself again and thank god it’s available cause I thought it was long gone.

Manuel: I tried the Phase I back in 1993 (to improve my legs during my soccer years) and at the beginning it gave me tremendous mass on my legs muscles but as time went on (about two months later) it made my joints and muscles VERY weak and now 16 years later I am struggling with the same problem and is suffering of bad circulation to my legs.

Jeff H: I used the Cybergenics 60 day Total Body Building system back in 1993. When I started I weighed 215 lbs, stood 5′9″ and had a 38″ waist. Eddie: I use the phase 1 and had great results. The first two weeks I was not to sure if it was working but I stuck with it and I developed great muscle definition. My chest used to be flat and I could never build muscle in this area until now.

martha: I use to use cybergenics ( the 14 day plan) a long time before, yes the diet was hard, but i always had results betwwen 14 and 18 pounds in those 14 days. When they changed the formula I bi=ought it again thinking I would have the same results, at the end of the 14 days i had only lost 3 pounds and frankly i think that was because of the exercise and diet not the cybergenics!
