Flex Belt – Accelerated Abdominal Toning Without Crunches
The Flex Belt® is an awesome move forward in scientific ab shaping ingenuity. It is by far, the most proven and successful device we have seen for immediate ab toning. The Flex Belt has become the #1 ab belt systems on the market - due to its use of results driven, clinically demonstrated EMS technology. EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) is simply wonderful and The Flex Belt is the first of its kind to actually gain FDA Clearance using this technology. It literately flexes your stomach muscles for you so that you get a perfect ab toning workout without having to worry about your form or come up with the time & motivation to make it happen. Even better is that is works all of your stomach muscles at the same time – it gets the Upper Abdominals, The Lower Abdominals and the Love Handles (or Obliques). So you don’t have to worry about trying to get all the different areas because it does them all simultaneously. The best part is that you can use The Flex Belt and get a great abdominal workout while you do other things. You can be cooking, cleaning, working at your desk, talking on the phone, surfing the net or watching TV. Cacolamine – Chocolate Extract Good for You and Your Waistline
Cacolamine contains just one thing: pure Raw Chocolate Extract, which is also known as Theobroma Cacao. This remarkable formula was designed to give users a better quality of life by boosting happiness, mood, vigor, mental acuity, and enthusiasm, along with cutting appetite. Reports suggest that eating a little bit of high grade, albeit calorie laden, dark chocolate a day can have a very positive effect on everything from immune function and mood to appetite. But who can eat just a little chocolate? What’s more, we would have to spend the day eating dozens and dozens of chocolate bars to get the same amount of Theobroma Cacao contained in even one Cacolamine capsule. Cacolamine was formulated to provide users with optimal amounts of Theobroma Cacao without the Caffeine kick that’s often associated with eating raw chocolate or the fattening calories a chocolate bar inherently has. The result is pure positive effects and no hefting up or jittering out. Cacolamine is one of our most popular reviews, and we’re not at all surprised since it’s a rather remarkable product. Carol: The biggest loser is so not me! I have been in the biggest looser club for 2 months now and it’s really working for me. I mean I am 240 pounds and still have a long way to go but so far if I can remain really strong and not cheat, I can see it working for me.

sara: Well, i never thought being a couch potato would ever lead to me losing weight, but in a way, it has. I loved “The Biggest Loser” from the first season i saw, and after a while i realized that I loved it bcs i found the success stories so inpsiring. And i thought, why shouldn’t I be a success story? Lucky for me, the Biggest Loser Club was developed. I love being able to sorta participate in the same challenge as on the show, and to start to see results like they do. The foods are reasonable and taste good, and the workout is very do-able. I like this plan a lot.

lila: I see that there are a lot of Biggest Loser Club “Myspace Pages.” I really don’t have any interest in having a MySpace page. Is this necessary to belong to the club? I hope not, it sounds pretty good..

Brandy: Well I have been a big fan of the tv show ever since the first season, i was just thrilled to see a reality show doing something so posiitve for people. I decided to join the Biggest Loser Club about 6 months ago, and it’s been a pretty good experience, but is definitely tougher than I expected. Even though there’s a lot of support offered it still requires self-motivation and discipline. After about a month or so I began incorporating a supplement into my diet to help with my hunger, I think that has been a big part of my success wiht this, actually, but as long as its working, I have no problems.

Mike: I have watched the TV show “biggest loser” and would really like to know if some real people who did it on theirs own at home had success? Thanks, Mike

val: The menu plans are easy to follow and they’re about real food. My only issue with the Biggest Loser program is that it’s so involved in the computer and I am not really that much of a “techie.” But other than that I feel like I’m doing pretty well on this so far.

Betty: I agree with Brandy, I too joined the Biggest loser club a few months ago and I find it very challenging, maybe I will try a supplement to see how it goes. I do like the support from their site but sometimes it’s not enough.

Connie: Well i think I’m doing ok but i’m still getting food cravings, wanting chocolate and cake at like 11 pm and i’m scared i am going to break soon, if it don’t get some sort of help.

Penny: So far I’m pretty happy wiht my progress in the Biggest Loser’s Club, but, the weight is coming off a bit more slowly than I expected. They make it look so easy on the show! Well, not really easy, but, easier I guess. Should I be working out more often than they say, to lose more weight? I’ve still got 27 lbs to lose (lost 16 so far) and I’d like to get it off ASAP, thanks.

marcia: This is a diet that actually makes SENSE and can be maintained for the long term. It’s not too difficult and the willpower is not torture. I feel like its something a normal human being can do. Occasionally i do want to eat something bad and then to combat that i’ll take a Hoodia pill or something. But overall im doing great with the Biggest Loser Club and i feel awesome.

Sascha: So I really liek what they’re doing wiht this, I think the Biggest Loser Club has a lot to offer, as long as you have time to keep up with it all. I gave up on it after a few weeks, I;m just not very good about keeping journals and following recipes and all that. I need something more simple. I’ll probably start researching a fat burner or something like that instead, I just think it’ll work better for me.

Vera: I loved watching the Biggest Loser on tv, but can’t imagine how all those people lost the weight the day on this diet. I mean, it’s FIERCE! When you read the sample diets, and the amount youhave to exercise to get the same kinds of results as the contestants, it seems impossible. I cannot begin to live on egg whites and iceberg lettuce, even if it is only two meals a day. And ONE cookie? Are you kidding? So I’m trying this in a more modified way, but really, the tv deal? Can’t do it.

Zena: I really think this diet is great, and seeing all the people in the Biggest Loser is way cool, but how in the world did they stick to this diet? I’m having a really hard time with it, and I guess if there was a big money prize at the end of it for me, I’d be more inspired to follow it to the letter. As it is, I’m trying very hard to compete with myself to get thin, but I don’t know, I’d really really like about a dozen cookies about now…I’m not so good at not eating what I want, I guess.

Marc_eliot: I have tried the “Biggest Loser Club” online and let me tell you that it is not for everyone, well at least now for me. I was okay following the diet but where in earth am I am going to find a gym and trainers like the one they have on the TV show? well not in my little town of 500 people in Indiana! I would have to drive 2 hours to find that type of workout place. Thumb down on the Biggest loser club.

Tasha: How does anyone survive on this diet? I’m barely doing it, but I’m going to hang on a bit longer because the weight is coming off really quickly. The only problem I’m having is that when I do all the exercises about a jillion times a day, I find that I get kinda dizzy. Do you think this is because I’m not eating enough? Is my body telling me to eat something carby first, and then exercise? ‘Cause on this diet, that would be tough….

marcia: I’m stuck on a plateau on Biggest Loser Club, and it’s driving me nuts!! The lack of progress is making me want to pig out….i need advice! HELP!

Manisha: The Losers Club is for people who have to lose a whole lot of weight, and Im not quite in that category…only about 25 pounds or so, and so doing this seems a tad extreme to me. I’m sure it’s great if you have to lose 125 pounds, and are desperate, but I’m going to go slower, and then I’ll be sure to keep it off.

cathie: It’s true what someone mentioned above…the Biggest Loser Online just lacks the excitement and competitiveness of the TV show. There’s really no way they can reproduce that, you can;t really just manufacture this fake competition at your house. I don’t think it’s anybody’s fault, or its a bad plan, it just doesn’t seem to be quite as motivating as i’d hoped it would be. But i will keep persisting nevertheless.

Roshann: My greatest obstacle with this is being honest with myself about what I am eating and how much I am eating. The Biggest Loser Club is teaching me how to be accountable for my habits, its very tough but I’m hanging in there, lost a few lbs so far and hopefully I can keep it up.

Oralee: Well, in my neighborhood at least, a trainer costs about 50 buck an hour, and that’s more than I want to pay. I suppose I could get somebody cheaper, but where? TrainersRUs? I like to contribute to my own community, so that’s kinda out, if such a thing even existed. Anyway, the problem I see with the Biggest Loser Club is that it’s involved with so many other people than just yourself. I like to be an individual, that’s why I like tennis and golf, and I don’t want to get so all mighty COMPLICATED! Is that too weird? I’d rather control my weight on my own, and that’s what I’m doing.

susanna: Well someone mentioned something above and i have to say it’s been a very successful metabolism boosting pill for me. It’s got my weight loss going to a new level, much faster and more powerful. I’ve been on the Biggest Loser for a month now and I’ve lost some weight that way. The something really did help get things into high gear though. I would def. recommend this one.

Claire: Hey guys, I have been on the biggest loser club for a few months now and I like it okay, I am just not seeing the result I was expecting, any suggestions? Thanks, Claire from New Jersey

Jamila: I have serious weight to lose and this is making that happen, but I’m really bored with the food, and if I exercise any more I think I’m going to have a heart attack. The Biggest Loser Club is great because it gives me so much back-up, but it’s really strenuous for me, and I’m dying for a big fat hamburger with everything on it! Being in this club is sort of being like being in AA…you’re just so dang accountable, and I’m not sure I like that part, but as I said, it sure is working. I’ll keep going with it because of that, but am a bit worried about when I get back to more everyday eating…

barbara: Oh my gosh, ITS MY FAVORITE TV SHOW!!! Glad to be apart of it!

Nichole: The diet was too restrictive, I thought, and the exercises were tough. Watching the show was fun, as long as other people were sweating it out but the Biggest Loser’s Club just wasn’t for me. I’ve been doing better wiht a diet pill and a new vegetarian cookbook.

dawn: Ali Vincent (from last season’s Biggest Loser) is my inspiration! How awesome is it that she lost half her body weight!? She’s a great role model for all women, you know she’s the first woman to win the competition. And she’s a hairdresser like me so i feel like we have a lot in common. I joined the Club after i saw Ali totally kick ass on the show, and I think I’m doing really well so far. Of course, it’s different at home than it will be at the Ranch but i feel i am dropping the weight a little bit at a time. thanks ali, and thanks., Biggest Loser CluB!

Char: The show is so great, I wanted to be a part of the club too and joined the Biggest Loser Club last month. But we went back to a dial-up Internet service at home, which makes it real tough to use all the features of the website. I check it out on my lunch break at work but its getting to be complicated, don’t know if I can stick with it. But with the way the economy is and the gas prices, we just have to cut out some of these services.

grace: What if you don’t like to cook or aren’t a very good cook? Don’t they have any pre-made meals on the Biggest Loser plan?

Veronica: I absolutely loved watching the Biggest Loser on tv, and cheered and cried right along with everyone else, but jeez, in reality, it’s one tough diet! And you know what I was wondering, how these people lost so much weight so fast, what happened to all the extra skin that’s usually a problem? Did they sort of tuck it into their clothes? But they were wearing really slinky stuff at the end, and I don’t see how that could be. Anyway, it sort of lost a bit of credibility for me at that point, but maybe that’s too picky, but there you have it. I want to believe something really thoroughly before I give it the kind of commitment that this diet takes, but after the skin thing, I’m not so sure I trust what was presented. Make sense? Anybody else notice this?

Shan: I have no problem following the diet the food is actually pretty good, I just can’t keep up with the workout it’s way to intense and I am still dragging 210 pounds.

alex woods: how long does it take to lose the weight, i wanna lose about 45 lbs or so, only lost 4 so far on Biggest Loser Club plan. will taking a supplement of some sort speed it up, which ones the best, thx.

Zoe: I’ve been in the Biggest Loser Club for the last couple of weeks, and you know what? I’M STARVING!!! Never mind that you can have one sort of regular meal a day, I want breakfast, lunch and dinner and no excuses. I don’t think it’s good to get so hungry during the day that by the time it’s time for dinner you feel like you could eat your arm. Maybe both of them. And a pinch of thigh. It doesn’t make sense to me. It should be more balanced through the day, and then I could do it, and jumping rope does not take my mind off food, at all.

Jeff: I guess usually guys win this Biggest Loser contest…I wonder, does that mean this diet is extra-good for men? That would be a real first, in my opinion, since most diets seemed to be VERY biased toward women and their needs. IT would be pretty cool if for once there was a diet that gave men the edge. Does any body know about whether this is the case”?

Sandy: Well, I started out really strong on the Biggest Loser Club, was super motivated, woke up early to work out, made breakfast & lunch before going to work, and sometimes I would work out again before dinner. I enjoyed the meals, but, I soon lost the energy & motivation to keep going. I hit a wall, after losing 9 lbs, and that was that. Not a long term plan for me, unfortunately.

Tara: The meal plans are so structured and easy…I don’t even have to think about it very much. For he that is HUGE because I am a busy single mom and i don’t have the time to spend all day figuring out what to eat. Plus, i am HORRENDOUS at math and can’t very well be sitting around trying to calculate my daily calorie, fat and carb allowances. I feel like for a busy woman like me this plan is a God Send.

Eric: I have watched the Biggest loser on TV and let me tell you the whole concept is so ridiculous, how do you expect to loose weight buy sitting on your big asses in front of the television? Stop watching TV and start heading to the gym instead that is how all those pounds will drop!

deb: You know, the workouts are not exactly easy….the trainers on The Biggest Loser don’t have the reputation of being tough for no reason: this diet makes you WORK. But that’s ok. I am going to just keep working it until i see results.

Varda: Do you have to keep working this hard once you get the weight off?? I’m going crazy on this, I’m losing weight with Biggest Loser, but I’m also losing my mind. For 3 months I;ve been dieting like crazy and I’m afraid I have to keep doing this or the weight will come back. A diet pill is looking better & better.

Megan: Well, so far so good but this is HARD….and, you know, it’s a little easier to give up in the privacy of your own living room than to do it on national TV. I just keep thinking that one of these days, I might discreetly and quietly throw in the towel. But I really don’t want to, bcs it really does seem like a good plan that works if you WORK it! I’m going to keep trying the Biggest Loser for at least a few more weeks.

Tatiana: The reason I joined the Biggest Loser Club is because I love my husband very much and he was very sad that I’d moved up to a 3x dress size, which believe me, is embarrassing for me, too. Plus there are no clothes that a normal person would be caught dead in, so I had to do something so I could shop like I like to, but my husband was the real reason I joined. I can’t stand the idea of him even looking at another woman, but the size I am? Who could blame him? Anyway, the diet is working very well for me, and I’m happy that I’m losing weight, I just wish it were going a bit faster. I thought it would go very quickly, but that doesn’t seem to be the case. Can anyone tell me what kind of success they’ve had with this home version?

ginger: so is this still like a competition or something, do u win anything at all from being in the club? sounds like a good idea, just dont know too mcuh about it.

Colleen: The thing is when you work out so much and so hard especially when you are overweight like me, my body seems to ask and need 5 times the amount of food I usually eat.

Eleanor: As far as I;m concerned, this plan has been good for getting my butt in gear but I couldn’t do it without some extra help either. I’m happy to see others also have gotten through their Biggest Loser Club diets with some supplements. I was used to eating a lot more and exercising a lot less. I feel proud that I;m doing it but its not easy. Maybe once the weight all comes off this will be easier but for now I need my diet pill.

Bethany: Hmm, to be totally blunt i think i enjoyed THe Biggest Loser better from my spot on the couch. But I don’t want to give up so soon. It doesn’t have to be fun, i guess, it just has to work.

mahnoor: i love all the trainers but i want to know were is the biggest loser club is it in uae cause i want to jion please let me know thankz ur biggest fan

momgymcoach: I have the book and am going to start it. But, multiplying your weight times 7 to get your calories….that seems like a lot of calories to me, more than what I eat now. That kind of scares me, but maybe my body is in starvation mode since I’m not eating enough and that’s why I haven’t lost anything

amy: I LOVE the Biggest Loser….i never even knew there was a Biggest Loser Club, but i am ALL OVER IT. Btw, I completely agree with what Phil Parham (elimated! so unfair) that Brady and Vicky are TOTALLY game playing., there not being honest about how much Brady is eating at ALL and i thik one of them needs to go! But i love watching it, it’s the highlight of my week, and i am Definitely going to try the diet!

Mena: I think it’s sort of incredible that a television show can inspire americans to get off the couch and get healthy. but if it takes d list celebrities competing in challenges to become a less obese and disgusting nation I am all for it. I will be telling many of my family members about its popularity at thanksgiving and christmas and hopefully they get on this trend.

Erin Slean: Well, I figure if those people on t.v. can do it, so can I , or at least that’s how I started out with the Biggest Loser Cllub, but there are some huge differences in how they manage and how I can for instance: I can drive out and get an In n Out anytime I want. I can cheat on the exercise. I can say the heck with it for a day or two or three because I just can’t stand another day of not eating….so….here’s what I think. I think if you isolate yourself totally from the world, this will work, but I have a job, a house full of kids and a grumpy husband. I think the only way for me to go is an appetite suppressant, I can’t keep true to this diet, and that’s the only way it will work. Good in theory, great on t.v., but in real life? I don’t think so.

Gary: The Biggest Loser Club is supportive and inspirational – two components I think are critical to weight loss. We all know – even us fatties – that we have to eat less and exercise more but it is difficult for some people so this kind of program can be a long term solution not just some fad diet or an easy way out through surgery. I am all for it.

Alissa: I am glad, I found this blog, this is helpful. I am a huge fan of the the biggest loser TV and was wondering if the club was really worth the money? I mean I am seriously committed to loose weight but at the same time, after looking at their website, I can’t help thinking that following a diet online may actually be very difficult to follow. I very much agree with the review when they say that motivation is a big part of the show so I am afraid that being on my own with a full time job and 2 kids may be too challenging. I would love to hear from someone in my situation. Thanks,

melissa: I guess you can’t quite get the same level of motivation with the onliine Biggest Loser Club as you get from actually being on the show & part of the competition. I still like the online program, but I do wish the results were a little bit faster. Its not easy to get the same “dramatic” effects at home by yourself, I guess.

Roosevelt318: Yeah its true Erin, I found the contestants to be so inspirational while watching the show but 2 weeks into the BIggest Loser club I’m realizing, its tough when your not living on the farm! There are so many obstacles in my day-to-day life that make it really hard to resist temptation. Is it considered cheating on this diet to take a diet pill at the same time??

Kathleen: The Biggest Loser Cookbook is still helpful but I have abandoned the program for now – no time.

LizzyBell: Well here’s what I think is the most amazing thing about The Biggest Loser, and that’s that nobody’s dropped dead in one of the challenges! What an amazing bunch of people, so determined, so ready to change their lives. I wish that the Biggest Loser Club could do the same for me, I’m not as heavy as the t.v. contestants, but I’m a good 50, and the club should be able to help me, but I’m just too HUNGRY all the time, and I don’t have the big back up (or the money prize!) that’s waiting on t.v. for people like Phil and Amy, so I’ve got to look for something more realistic for me, so I can get results, but maybe without quite the insane commitment?

terese: Well, think about it: here at home, we don’t have Jillian scaring the bejeezus out of is (uh, i mean motivating us) to get our butts into gear…so I think a diet pill seems like a fair alternative for Biggest Loser Club onliners like me. Everybody needs a little help!! So what’s the best pill, in all of your opinions?

mandy: no i don’t think its cheating to take supplements while following this diet. i mean, i am still doing the work – cooking healthy meals (LOVE the recipes btw) and exercising daily. its just, i am a big girl with nearly 100 lbs to lose and that makes for a big apppetite. the biggest loser gives me a lot of the tools but lets face it, we all have our habits with food. i take hoodiap57 (http://www.hoodiap57.com/pure ) bcs it simply cuts the appetite & doesn’t mess with my metabolism or anything and its a tremendous help.

Loretta: Damn! That Jillian Michaels is just about perfect, I wish I could look like her, maybe the Biggest Loser Club is going to get me there. I’m into week 2, and so far, so good. The only thing is, I’m starving! Hope I can last.

Shenae: I am glad I joined the Biggest Loser Club in one sense because I have started to focus on my weight and health again after years of ignoring the issue but I think I would have more results if I either had a supplement to help my appetite which has been growing out of control for a while or a group setting in which I could have challenges and support. A good beginning but I m no where near my goal.

terri: I tried to imagine Jillian M. yelling at me, just for motivation, but it was really kinda silly and ridiculous. You really can’t recreate the feeling of the TV show on your own. I think the Biggest Loser Club is a great idea, but it’s just not as effective as the actual show it originates from.

Claire OH: the biggest loser is a really enjoyable show to watch, so much that it recently got me thinking that maybe I could loose 100lbs, why not if they did it, I can. I did everything I could to get into the show but I never got picked. I then signed up for the the biggest loser club and as much sense as the online plan makes, it’s just not the same thing. I was in the club for only 3 months when I decided that it really was not worth it. I lost 4lbs total and to me it was just not acceptable considering teh money I spent and the especially the time. I still keep a journal of what I eat but as far as the plan, I just joined Weight Watchers and I strongly believe it is the plan for me.

Kristine: Hi, so how difficult is it to actualy get on the show? What are the auditions like, or whatever? Do you have to send in a tape of yourself? Anyway, yeah, i’m not sure, but i think for me, i would want to either get on the show or not do it at all. I’m not into half-measures, and the Biggest Loser Club seems kinda like a half-measure.

Kris: this is a good blog and I do much better when I wait for the panic to pass and read whats up here. Now I have a suggestion for an appetite supplement (thanks Mandy) and a new exercise video to try that I have never heard of before. The biggest loser club isn’t heinous or anything, it just isn’t working 100% for me.

Jana: Watching people lose more than 100 while I’m chowing down on a box of mac n cheese and not planning on moving the rest of the night does kinda make me take another look at what i’m doing to myself. THe Biggest Loser is probably the best reality tv show I’ve seen and I’m tempted to join the club. Just, I’ve never had success with these programs before. I mean I’ve taken junk like Trimspa and tried programs such as the 6 Week BOdy Makeover, and everythings just made me end up gaining. Is this REALLy a long term plan?? I’mjust really hesitant to sign up for another failure.

A.M.: Sorry but I have to thumbs down biggest loser diet even though I like Phil and Tutti and everyone but for me it is not working, just another exmple of how fake tv makes real life look.

LEann: WEll I think its sad to see people get eliminated form their families in the latest season. I know its part of how the show works but I just think how awful I would feel if my husband came back all hot & fit and I was still fat and depressed. I think they should find a way to help everyone become the BIggest Loser its just not fair.

Paula: the biggest loser club is definately working for me. I am slowly loosing weight by following every step of the diet. I do not have a full time job so that helps to have the time to really commit to the program. I do have to admit that the 1300 calories I am on it something I find terribly difficult to stick to. Like fasting I felt really euphoric in the begining but now it feels more like a challenge. I just read that someone mentioned Hoodia and I have to really say thank you, somehow I never thought about a supplement but now that I do, if it works, I think it’s a fabulous idea. Let’s try to hang in there, we can make it ladies! Good luck to all.

Macska: The biggest thing I learned from the Biggest Loser Club is I have to do it for me, just like the contestants on the show. But you know what? I think the show is easier than the club because on the show they’ve all got each other, and they can talk and compete and be cool with each other, but how can I do that at home by myself? I can’t, plain and simple. So even though I know I have to do it for ME, it’s too hard to just follow an online plan, need some contact with other people having the same struggle as me, and so I’m going to join Curves, and then find out what diet plan would be the best for me. Wish ME luck!

stacy gilman: doesn’t jillian michaels have her own diet program online? i wonder how that compares to the biggest losers club? anyone tried hers?

sherrie: I like to watch Tom Sr. and Tom Jr., they are so competitive and driven! Its motivating to me just to watch those guys. I know what it is like to want something so badly you will do almost anything. The Biggest Loser Club is helping me bcs I am really really motivated to lose this weight finally. I am also taking a hoodia supplement, and its helping me to maximize my results.

Denise: I totally agree Leann, my heart beaks every time someone get eliminated. I sure hope they offer extra special support for the family season of the biggest loser.

Doris: The Biggest Loser is such a nice idea – so good to get away from deprivation and fad diet and hear straight talk about calorie counting and getting your body moving. I am doing my best but I wonder if at my age I could use something to get my metabolism going? It has been a very long time since I have been in good shape and I feel like I need a jumpstart!

camille: I think considering all the freaking money they make with the show, the biggest loser club should be free. It’s really a shame that they would charge viewers to follow their program. I love the show and want to loose weight but I refuse to spend the money for something that is not gonna give me nearly as good of a result the contestant get on the show. We need a free club!!!!

Maggie Grace: When the losers go home, the ones that get kicked off, do they do the Biggest Loser Club? I would love to know.

nancy: WHY ARE YOU PEOPLE JUST COMPLAINING ABOUT HOW THERES NO MOTIVATION UNLESS U R ON TV. A LOT OF THE CONTESTANTS WHO GOT ELIMINATED STILL WENT ON TO LOSE THERE WEIGHT EVEN WITHOUT BEING ON THE SHOW.

meaghan: okay i have to admit, i really don;t like the biggest loser tv show. i watched it a few times and, god everyone is darn whiny! i know its not easy but please! its like they just pick the contestants that will make for good tv, dramatic or confrontational or whatever. still, i think its cool that the online club exists and i’ve found delicious recipes..the new orleans chicken?? to die for! i like that they provide extra tips for viewers (or people like me!)

Nicola: I don’t think it matters if you do the Biggest Loser Club or Weight Watchers or Jennie Craig, or whatever program you feel like, as long as you do SOMETHING to get rid of the fat, and if you need a pill or something to help you along, go for it! I’ve sort of made up my own diet, Lean Cuisine and water, and it’s working, but I also take Hoodia. The combo is just what I need, and that’s what we should all do, find out what works best for us, and then stick to it!

Claire OH: Sorry for having feelings Nancy!!

Vivi: I like to workout but I could not take the barking orders and pressure and meanness. I would just die if I was on the biggest loser and I cannot support this tough love diet.

beth: Yeah really, nancy, aren’t you being a bit HARSH? Besides, half of the people who are eliminated still get offers to go on talk shows, TOday Show, etc. to talk about their experience and their progress, So they are still in the PUBLIC EYE which makes them more motivated to keep losing weight. Its a totaly different scenario than just being Jo/Joann Schmoe who nobody knows exists, trying to stay motivated in your living room. So don’t go judging! We’re allowed to say that the Biggest Loser Club didn’t work!

Dana Dudd: After 3 months in the Biggest Loser I was getting frustrated that the weight wasn’t coming off and I was paying money for it liek others said. It is not cheap, and what was i paying for? Recipes and access to the blogs? I started up again on the South Beach Diet and so far lost 13 lbs in 2 weeks. I follow the show but i’m done with th e club.

Brenda: I just got started dieting with the Biggest Loser Club fitness plan and diet books. I am still in the very hopeful stage that I will have the achievement of losing weight (35 lbs) and keeping it off. Wish me luck. Sorry to those for whom it didn’t work out…

David: My wife and I watched the show for 3 seasons before realizing that this was silly, we had to do something for ourselves and not only applaud others success. We recently joined the biggest loser Club, 4 months ago to be exact, and my friends, I can’t even express how good we feel about ourselves so far. I do agree that it is important to have some type of support, I don’t neither our wife or I would do it without the support of each other. She is making pretty much all the meals during the week and I do it during the weekend. I make sure she comes to the gym with me after work and so on… It’s a great program, thumb up!

Nutmeg: Did Michelle get kicked off yet? I missed the last episode. I don’t like her much, she’s so self centered and big crocodile tears all the time, who is she kidding? Anyway, The Biggest Loser Club? Not anywhere near as much fun as watching the show, I guess because I have to do it myself! I just can’t get as motivated, that’s the problem, maybe I should video tape myself? Hey, maybe I could make my own show with some of my friends! That might just work…otherwise, I’m giving up on this, and trying South Beach and a treadmill.

Kathryn: This is all very helpful…if a little confusing…I feel overloaded with information but I suppose that is better than going in blind. I am not entirely persuaded that The Biggest Loser Club is for me – I am not familiar with the television program – but I feel like I have a good head start on all the research I want to do. This is a wonderful website. Thanks, K Jones

Ocean: The Biggest Loser Club is no way like the Biggest Loser, and that’s why I can’t stick with it, it’s just too hard on it’s own, I know myself, and I know I need something fast and easy, and this Club is no way that. Looking for a quick fix and THEN I’ll change my lifestyle, promise!

abby: the difference between the meals on the biggest loser and programs like nutrisystem is that these are actually satisfying, and they taste better too. i see this as a practical way to eat for the long term. the exercise part…that’s a different story. i’m trying, but i don’t really like to sweat. and considering i start sweating after about 5 minutes of fitness, it’s really tough. i’m not giving up, not yet anyway because i think there’s a lot of potential for me to be as hot as ali vincent!

Liddy: The Biggest Loser is for losers. You can’t hug yourself into being thin. I am just going to get some ephedra and get on with it already. Being realistic.

Paul: I didn’t sign up for the biggest loser Club but I really believe in the program. I think it’s a bit pricey for what it offers and I was able to get all the infos from watching the show and also online. I got myself a copy of the the biggest loser cook book and so far everything is working out just fine. I am not loosing nearly as much as I would like to or like the candidate on the show but at least, it is working, which for me is a big deal. I would love to speed up the diet a little and I discovered a real joy in working out so I am hoping someone can recommend a energy booster/fat burner, something with absolutely no side effects. Thanks so much and good luck to all!

alison: LIDDY EPHEDRA IS TERRIBLE! PLUS I DONT THINK YOU CAN REALLY FIND THAT ANYMORE. I THINK ADVANTRA Z IS A BETTER FAT BURNER…I AGREE THE BIGGEST LOSER CLUB IS NOT THE BEST BUT ANYTHING IS BETTER THAN EPHEDRA!

ChaseMe: Just wanted to say best luck! I read the blog and it answered all of my questions.

Zack: JFI, something that is speeding up my biggest loser Club program : 45 mins on the treadmill every other day.

Miri: The Biggest Loser diet is not all that unreasonable I just think I need some old fashioned butt kicking like they do on the show. I think I need a personal trainer like Jillian to get me in the best shape of my life.

Tara Magnusen: The recipes are good, workouts helpful…but the weight is not coming off!! And I’m getting really sick of cooking, I am so afraid that one of these days I’m gonna break down and head for McDonalds when I’m too tired to cook. I started the Biggest Loser 2 months ago and am losing my motivation already. Anyone want to start our own competiton?

Allegra: This Biggest Loser thing is not doing it for me, the Club, I mean, and I can see why it works on t.v., those people are like practically in jail. But I’m not, so it’s too easy to cheat, and I do. Not for me. need a diet pill, a good one, so the choices are out of my hands. And belly.

Nina: How ridiculously ironic, I wanted to catch up on the episode I missed last week so I went online and guess what commercial they were showing? whipped cream! Amazing. What kind of message is that?

betsy Jo: who do you guys think will get kicked off next?? i am so addicted to this show and keep track of all the contestants progress off the show,i ts so beautiful that ordinary people can have the opportunity to change they lifes like this. hurrya for the biggesst loser, i think you all are winners!

Carrie: just wondering – can you celebrate reaching goals on the biggest loser club diet by eating your favorite foods? I can’t imagine a life in which I never ever have pizza or spaguetti.

Louise: That isn’t irony; just good marketing!

Barbara Ann: I am so inspired by the TOUGH weight losers on the Biggest Loser, they are making me believe in myself again, and the Biggest Loser Club is pretty good, I think it helps if you watch the show, you can identify with the struggles and that makes me think I can do it to. So far, so good.

chris4Kate: I think jerry & coleen get the axe next. we will see !!! love the show, but not so much the online Biggest Loser club.

RJ: So I have a confession…I have been in the Biggest Losers club for almost a year now and really think its great, in terms of community support. But, I don’t follow the diet to a “T”…actuallly I read the Cheat to Lose Diet and started following that one! I know, how could I?? I just think the eating plan makes more sense for weihgt loss, and I don’t see antying wrong with incorporating different aspects of other diets into weight loss.

Chloe: I have never watched the show but I heard about the Biggest Loser Club from girls at work. The problem I have is that with diets like this you seem to spend more time complaining and kvetching than actually eating smaller portions and working out regularly. I love to be a part of the office fun but I would rather join the bowling league and follow a diet that is going to work for me. I am an individual.

Ben: Likewise, the show is really inspiring and fun to watch but I don’t think the biggest loser Club will give me the kind of results they get on the show so I chose not to do it. Hopefully I;ll get picked for next season.

Alisha: Sorry I just think the name si sooo insulting. THe biggest loser?? hahaha so funny – NOT! I had to endure that in high school & I don;t need that shame as a professional adult.

Blondie: Yeah, you know, the title of the show/diet IS really odd, when you say it that way: the biggest LOSER going, what an insult, likewise the Biggest Loser Club…only losers need apply? and only if you’re a seriously big loser? Funny what we get used to.

Serra Williams: Good point, I DO spend more time checking out the website than actually sweating. I’m just so into the “club” and everything I have often found myself spendng hours on the computer trying to figure out HOW to lose and what to do vs. 30 minutes at the gym working out! Anything helps though right? Hey have any of you tried Nuphedrine, I wonder if I could lose wiehgt faster withe the biggest Loser if I took that? Maybe it would help me motivate?

Punkin': I love the show, and I love the Biggest Loser Club, it’s working out fine for me as long as I get my morning schedule everyday I can stick with it and I like it that somebody’s paying attention to just me, it makes me feel important.

Carolyn&Donna: I don’t know about you but the first episode of this biggest loser Family season got to cry a lot. Every time they surprised a family I had a tear, I was happy for them of I kept wishing they had come to surprise my daughter and I. I think we would have been perfect for the show.

Maya: Jillian is mean!!!!! I can’t get over how mean she is!

Kelly: Hi Ramona, how long did it take you to loose 25 pounds?

Serendipity: I found the Biggest Loser’s Club by accident, and I count myself so lucky! I was looking up the last episode of the show because I’d missed it, had to work really late, and I can’t afford Tivo so the club popped up and I went to it, and I’ve been on it for 3 weeks and I can’t tell you how much better I feel, I’m moving at my own pace, and this time for sure I’m going to lose this nasty 35 that’s been plaguing me for the last 10 years.

Jordan: I have learned that exercise can be fun again from the Biggest Loser but mostly I take the credit myself. 23 pounds and counting down…

Ramona: Hey Kelly, it only took a little over two months, which I consider pretty much of a miracle. But I didn’t cheat more than a couple of times….

Rose: I feel like in order to get picked for the biggest loser show you have to come from a family that has more than a weigh problem, didn’t your guys notice, they either have kids with a handicap or grew up without love ect…

SerinaFair: I don’t see ow the Biggest Loser Club is any different than the other diet plans like Weight Watchers. What’s so special?

Tara: Biggest Loser Club is going to be what I use for my long term weight management plan – but I want to lose a quick 12 to get going – recomends?

Ana: It was Jillian Michaels attitude and…brutality is not the right word :) but, the way she doesn’t let the contestants get away with anything that got me interested in the BIggest Loser. I actually like her program better than the club…the workouts are tougher and its helping me lose http://www.jillianmichaels.com/offer

PositiveThinking: So many questions and only one answer : stick with the biggest loser Club and the pounds will go away. It did for me. 18lbs.

Tabitha: didn’t like biggest loser at home program. I don’t know what I am going to do yet

Wily: Thanks for the tip on Jillian; I think she’s great, just what I really need. The Biggest Loser Club just isn’t my cup of tea.

carmela: Jillian is one tough lady, I didn’t realize she actually had her own separate program. I think i will try that, I feel like i am about done with the Biggest Loser Club. Thanx for the tip!

Tigerlily: Biggest Loser Club+Jillian Michaels is making me into a winner! YES!

Liam: Hate to admit it, but I need the push, I need someone looking over my shoulder and saying “just do one more rep, one more push up, another set, 5 more minutes, etc” I gave this a really good effort. The Biggest Loser club..teaches. And that’s a start. Its a big start. Its just not enough for actually losing, not for me anyway.

TippiToes: I’m so hoping this weight loss with Biggest Loser is going to stick, I’m afraid to move away from the diet yet, I’ll bet I can change it enough to keep it for maintenance, and I’m going to ask them on the website, I don’t ever want to have to diet again.

Fiona: Liam, you know you can always find make a new friend in your area who is on the biggest loser Club. I think they have a forum online for that on NBC site.

Virtue: I’m finally rewarded for all my hard work, I’ve lost 23 pounds, and I think that the Biggest Loser Club and jillian Michaels should have certificates or something to mark this most important occasion! I’m so proud of myself!

mary Alice: oh….i really want to eat pizza with my family tonight…….help…i don’t think I’m going to be able to stick with the BIggest Loser Club much longer…

WhoopiDo: I’m with you, Virtue, I feel like shouting from the rooftops! Biggest Loser is pretty darn amazing, once you get the confidence in yourself to really succeed. Thank you, B.L.C.!

Debbie: I am afraid I have to go mild thumbs down. I am just not losing weight, maybe more cardio is what I need, will take this under advisement but I am just down on everything right now, myself and the biggest loser club included.

Ana: I just can’t get over my cravings. Ruined every diet I have ever been on including the biggest loser.

kim: Well it just goes to show you, different things work for different people. the Biggest Loser Club just made me feel very alone I relized I was jumping around watching TV! This is not a real diet. Igot nuphedrine that I found on this site and it works good.

Lilly: I think we are talking about diet a lot but for me it was more 40% diet 60% exercises and it still is. I am almost in my goal of loosing 27lbs but I would not be half way there if it was not for exercises. I believe and the review is right on that, that the biggest loser is so successful because of they insist in exercising being fully part of the diet. I really have a lot of respect for the whole idea and NBC for supporting such a positive attitude.

joelle: In the end, I think the principles of the Biggest Loser are good and true to the TV show, and it’s all good stuff…but if you are someone who likes a little bit of “tough love” and guidance to get you thru, the online program is a bit lacking. i might try Jillian’s own program, they say you get to actually email with her, which cld be cool.

B.Sophia: the show is an ingenious concept and the biggest loser club has probably helped lots of people, and thats great too. but theres nothing really new or innovative about it. they’re just banking on the success of the show, which folllows the age-old principles of healthy eating and lots of exercise. if diet was powerful in the 50s we would have leave it to beaver diet. I say will power. and dieting through a computer program is not how i will lose weihgt, unfortunately. i tried and believe i’ll be better off own my own taking something natural that really works.

Lorraine Romines: To whom it may concern; I watch the biggest looser show with my hus- band every tuesday on channel 3 and it is amazing how all these people loose their week, it has helped me a lot, in my exercises and loosing weitht, but I have to tell you tonight when I watched the show that aired on Nov. 12th. 2008. I was shocked and suprised that you would let that women that had her husbad voted off tonight how mean an nasty she has been to that man Phill that came back tonight to try to stay that woman hurt Phils wife also and made her cry I wished she would of been voted off on the biggest looser show I have never seen anyone like her I thought everyone was susposto be nice to each other everybody is there for the same reason to be the biggest looser and not to be like animals to each other. And I was becaue of that glad her husband got voted off. I th should of been his wife. People don’t have to be nasty to one another like that and I am suprised that the show allowed that kind of behavior on the show. I might watch next week to see if anyone says anything about that women but after that I probaqly wont watch the show anymore Thak you very much Lorraine

betty baug: I have watched this show since it started. It has always been a wonderful show until the last 2 shows. I can not believe the BLUE team, Vickey and Reba they are disqustiing and should be thrown off the show. They act like a couple of kids. They are not lady like nor do they have any manors,. I have talked to several people that also watch the show and they feel the same way. If this continues you are going to be losing a lot of viewers

Cheryl T.: Yeah some of the people on the show are really getting on my nerves lately. What is UP withe blue team?? Those women are just RUDe and its getting tiresome to watch. And I;m sorry but that online Biggest Loser Club did not work for me either. I’m not sure I would even continue watching the show, if it weren’t for Jillian Michaels. Really, her program is better developed http://www.jillianmichaels.com/offer. I’ve dropped 2 dress sizes since starting on this in Septmeber.

michelle: I am a huge fan, and have been from the very begining, but this season is unlike the others as far as personalities…..Vicky is ridiculous!! I am all for healthy competition, but she is rude, mean tacky, and manipulative!!! The producers need to put an end to behavior like this. This does not make good TV. I can handle the binge eating to throw the scale even though it is CHEATING, but Vicky’s behavior takes the cake. She makes me want to yell at the TV.

Jennifer: What if you have food allergies and your only allowed to eat what they allow. How can you change this?

Becky Meyers: I truly admire the contestants for being put to such ridicule on TV even though they knew what they where getting into when they signed on. If the only motivation I would have had during my weight loss of 155 lb’s was to be screamed at and publicly humiliated in front of my peers I never would have lost the 1st lb. I grew up that why. Not by my immediate family however I felt like I grew under a microscope. I was taken from Dr to Dr and my mother was the only thin one in the house from “nerves”. The Dr’s blamed her for my weight problem when truly at age 10 they diagnosed a thyroid condition that they believe played a huge role in my going from normal baby weight up to age around a year and a half then diagnosed with malnutrition. I can say today that by the “Grace of God” and a Great Weight Watchers coach “Bonnie” I’ve kept off 155 lb’s for 5 years and it took me safely a year and a half to achieve this goal. I still follow the program and include “God’s” diet as well and want to encourage the contestants and anyone who truly wants to keep the “Temple of the Living God, Jesus Christ” healthy and alive find a sensible plan for living and I recommend Weight Watchers and slow moderate exercise for the 1st 10% of the total body weight and gradually increase the work out. Along with starting with at least a 24 hour fast from all solid foods however 48 hours would be more benificial. Anyone looking for motivation needs to not only find the nearest weight watchers meeting but pick up the “word” of God and look up what a stronghold is all about. For me when I achieved my goal weight of 150lb’s at 5′9 at the age of 38 from my starting weight of 298 lb’s and that was after a 20 lb. lose that only was achieved do to the death of my Grandmother and 3 weeks of emotional termoil I felt like a beautiful butterfly that had just emerged from her cacoon. The key to long term weight lose is find out the right mix of foods that keeps you satisfied the longest. For me I always thought I was a protein hound and can still eat a 1 lb steak if I want to be glutenous however it would’nt be 2 hours and I’d be ready for a snack. I do better on “complex” carbs that includes soy and whole grains. I find that white pasta doesn’t work for me as there is “no” fiber. God Bless each and everyone of you out there and don’t be to hard on yourselves.

Lisa: Well, i guess the way i see it is, Jillian Michaels IS the driving force behind the BIggest Loser, she’s the reason people lose weight, she’s the reason the show’s a hit. I started out doing the Biggest Loser Club, but that was before i knew about Jillian Micahels program. My progress was pretty slow. i thought, heck, if Jillian herself has a program, I would rather go straight to the source. And sure enough, i saw that her diet has much higher ratings on this site. I have lost 14 lbs and feeling great.

Amanda: For all of you who find this way of eating too “restrictive” or difficult because you don’t have a trainer to motivate you… Get real and be honest with yourselves!! You can make every excuse in the world as to why you can’t change your eating and exercise habits, but not one will be a good excuse. You can cry that there isn’t a gym near you… get outside and walk…. do whatever you need to do to get moving. I find this way of eating very easy and have lost 17 pounds in 31 days. I work out on average of 200 minutes a week… all with no trainer or a gym. Anyone with a little desire and dedication can get moving and follow this nutrition plan.

Debbie: Excellent point, Amanda….it’s important to just do SOMETHING. i wasn’t too keen on the Biggest Loser Club, i felt like i wasn’t really getting the benefits they got on the ranch (i mean, obviously, right?)) and also i think i was getting tired of the show, which was a big part of my motivation. So i started just WALKING, like you said, and taking a hoodia supplement (Hoodia P57) and wow…i’m pretty impressed with my results. different things woork for dicfferent people, and for me, the Biggest Loser wasn’t it.

tiffany: i need to lose weight – BiggestLoserClub

Monique: I just joined the Biggest loser club online and so far I feel very overwhelm by the website. So many numbers and counting ect, I am just having a hard time figuring the thing out. It’s too bad they make you pay to do the program, I feel like it should be free. I’ll definately post back and let everyone know my progress of any. So far I am pretty skeptical.

Wendy Short: The website was too difficult to use as far as adding foods to food log, etc. Weight Watchers website was much better for me (although I did not stick with that either!) Ease of use is critical as we all tend to get aggravated when we cannot accomplish something as simple as adding to a food log.

Brandi R: I have only just started with the biggest loser club, & many of the posts I have read are right about not having jillian in your face, but the fact is, There is NOT ONE program out there that is going to work if the user isn’t emotionally ready to lose the weight. For me it was the day my 5 year old said to me, “mama, what am I gonna do without you?” Now that is some motivation! It may not be a contest on the site but the girls at work & I have made it into a contest to further motivate ourselves… involve your friends & family, DON’T go it alone! I wish all of you the greatest success. I have 120lbs to lose, I’ll keep you posted!

Anonymous: I wanted to join the Biggest Loser Club, but when I got to end of the information to fill out to join, they try to force you to subscribe to something for 19 dollars a month…and if I don’t subscribe…well…I can’t join. so I joined the 50 Million Pound Challenge instead, it’s free.

anonymous: always liked the show. but last week they brought in politic keep it out. this week to show favoritism. Its not a fair world so keep your personal feeling out

Beth: I joined the Biggest Loser Club 2 months ago and I am still waiting for the 3 free books they promised. I called customer service 2 weeks ago and was told they would be shipped. Still nothing. :(

anonymous misollaneus: I hate Traceyand Rudy on the BL their both bad words

Karen: The BLC has really helped me with my nutrition and recipes. The newest cookbook is the best one so far. I have given it as presents to all my loved ones so far they all love it too!
