Margie: I just started the acai berry detox and after reading everyones comments and not looking for a miracle. Just wanted to post a warning about the free trial offer. I ordered it and paid $3.95 s&h fee. Now they send a note to cancel or you will be charged continually on the credit card you used for the free trial. Well I called and canceled and they gave me a cancelation number. I looked at may account a week later and was charged $29.95 from a company and number other than the one I ordered on line called my bank and there was a number and website attached to this charge. I called and checked out this email address. First they do not saya the company just customer service dept. I had to call back three different times because of being disconnected and troubles getting through I finally completed speaking with someone who claims they will refund this money. Just saying watch out and make sure you pay close attention to your account. These people are scam artist.

However, they also took money out for the life cleanse for shipping that i never received. I was told that it was also canceled; we’ll see!! Live and Learn!!!! I have not tried the product, but was told by a sales person at GNC that it isn’t bad stuff, but it won’t help you loose weight like it claims.

Jerry: I ordered the free Acai Berry Detox 14 day trial. I paid the shipping charge so I should have got something. The product did not arrive after 10 days had gone by so I called on the 11th day to cancel because I did not want to get charged the high monthly price. If you read the AD, it says that the free trial period depended on when you received the product and could therefore be less than 14 days. If you did not cancel before the 14 day trial period you would be charged the high monthly fee on the 14th day. I did not get my money back and after 14 days I still had not received the product. Therefore, if and when I receive any of this product, I will not re-order. I BELIEVE THIS IS NO MORE THAN A SCAM!! Lori: Acai Berry detox definately a scam – my credit card was charged the shipping and I called customer support to cancel my order and was given a cancellation #. After reading the blogs I immediately went to my credit union and they knew all about this company. I think these scammers got this idea from Dr. Oz on Opra. I closed out my credit card and am having a new one reissued so I don’t have the headaches of disputing and having checks bounce.

Celia: Acai berry detox is nothing but a scam.I was charged for two samples, then almost instantly, i was charged for two more. I never got the second product and I have been on the phone with them numerous times trying to get a refund.I am now dealing with it through my charge card. They have no idea who they have tangled with.

just me: as with any diet scam out there acai berry is another one. I tried the free trial of tw different types of acai berry. Guess what there is still no magic pill for weight loss, if there was would there really be so many obese adn overweight people? Do you not think that every health care provider would be handing out samples like candy if one of these super new diet pills worked. People get your heads out of the sand. What we have to do to lose weight is take in fewer calories than we expend. AND GET OFF OUR LAZY BUTTS AND EXERCISE.

Cate: This morning (3/14) I ordered acai berry detox and also Purity 12 cleanser without checking it out first to see what others were saying about it. Now after reading these comments I was kicking myself for not researching this offer further. However, instead of waiting 14 days, I took action right away. I went to my bank account and sure enough they had already deducted the s&h fee’s plus an additional $37.31 for tea, which I never ordered. So I contacted my bank and they are reversing the charges, sending me out a new Visa number and when I receive it I need to call and cancel my old card. Hopefully, this time they’ll be the ones to get this scam thrown back in their face. And, I’ll have their product to try!

Funny they did not have any of this information. I finally did track down a name and address. I heartily suggest that any of you having problems with AcaiBerry Detox and any of their subsidaries using the 1-866-949-0138 customer support number contact the Attorney General of the State of Florida to file a complaint for fraud. James: I have been using the Acai Berry Detox for about 3 weeks and have seen some wonderful results. I have to be careful, though, not to take it too far past noon or I have trouble getting to sleep at night. My only negative comment is toward the “free trial” merchants who charged my account for the full amount before I even recieved my product. So much for a trial. I would suggest purchasing the acai berry products from a reputable store rather than online. Whole Foods or other stores of that type have the product at about one third the price. I like the product. I just don’t like feeling like I have been taken.

Itsme: I got the free trial acadi berry detox and lifecleanse. They are from the same company. The customer service is horrible. They refused to refund my product because they claimed that I approve the charge when I paid for the shipping of 99cent. Now i am stuck with 2 bills of 79.95 each.. totaling to $160!! Then I just saw another $160 on my statement. Read the fine print guys. I called them and they were willing to refund the 2nd shipment and was given an RMA #. 09_yum: well, i though it was the acai berry that supposely has b vitamins and omega 3s but do they add extra to acai berry detox, or is what the berry has enogh to make a difference. sounds like a real healthful thing, not sure it could help drop more than few pounds thouh, unless you like, workout something hardcore like with p90x at the same time maybe.

Pintu: Ive tried this combination. The colon claense was R*UGH on my stomach, but I did feel like I lost an INSTANT 5 pounds! I guess every person is different, but I would personally reccomend good old fashioned diet and exercise..good luck!
