HoodiaP57 - Pure 20X Strength Certified Hoodia
This product is simply as good as Hoodia gets. It is 100% certified, pure Hoodia from South Africa. It also boasts 20X the strength. If any Hoodia product is going to suppress appetite, this is the one. We also like that HoodiaP57 contains nothing else except pure Hoodia -- no fillers and no stimulants. This means it is safe to take whenever you want – including close to bed time. There are hundreds of Hoodia products on the market now, but we don’t even bother to list them on this site, because 99% of them are just cheap imitation Hoodia that is not even from South Africa, where the P57 molecule is the most effective. We chose HoodiaP57 to be on DietBlogTalk because it is of the utmost quality. The maker even includes a certificate of origin from the South African government stating the Hoodia originates from there. This product has nearly a perfect ‘Thumbs Up’ score. Check this one out. MiracleBurn®
Miracleburn® is a pretty amazing phenomenon. It has consistently received one of the highest ‘Thumbs Up’ blog ratings on our site. The really amazing part is that most of their customers come from word of mouth, and it is quickly becoming one of the most popular diet products available. The maker of Miracleburn® doesn’t spend tens of millions on advertising like alli®, Hydroxycut® or Curvelle to hype their product. They simply let their satisfied customers virtually do the marketing for them. We suggest reading through the postings. The formula consists of a quality form of Hoodia, combined with the patented metabolism booster, Advantra-Z®. It also has several other balancing secondary ingredients. Part of what makes their product such an effective crowd-pleaser is the manufacturing technique and perfect balance of ingredients. Read a full MiracleBurn Review Here.

HoodiaBites
This product is just what it sounds like - chewable Hoodia pieces. The good news is that they actually use a superior quality form of Hoodia, and it works. In fact, this is probably the fastest way to feel Hoodia, because when you eat it, it digests so much quicker. In fact, most customers report that it works in minutes not hours like traditional capsules. The chewable pieces are very much like a piece of taffy and taste good. They kick in faster than a quality Hoodia pill, and definitely do the trick. They are only a few calories per piece, and may be taken safely throughout the day. This is a good product to use by itself or in conjunction with another diet pill/program. Hoodia Bites are well liked by the customers – the blogs score well. Read a full HoodiaBites Review Here.

The Maker's Diet
Many people turn to the Bible and scripture for spiritual guidance and everyday support. Jordan Rubin, the author of The Maker’s Diet, also found inspiration for his weight loss and wellness plan. This program cuts out processed foods and encourages dieters to partake in a whole food lifestyle. There are three two-week phases, which is enough time to generate weight loss, but not overwhelm the diet. Rubin offers sound nutritional advice that focuses on cleansing the body and overall health. However, the diet also offers advice in other areas of life, such as hygiene, and advises dieters to thoroughly cleanse the face, hands and neck in the morning and evenings. This program has received quite high reviews on consumer review websites, and the general consensus for The Maker’s Diet is that it is effective and easy to follow. VICKIE: I'VE BEEN DOING P90X FOR 1WEEK I FEEL GREAT. IT GIVES ME ENERGY THAT I DIDN'T HAVE AND WITH A 4MONTH OLD I NEED ALL THE ENERGY I CAN GET. I FEEL MUSCLE THAT I HAVEN'T FELT IN MONTHS I KNOW IF I STICK WITH THE WORKOUT AT THE END OF THE 90 DAYS I WILL BE BACK TO MY PRE-PRGO BODY AND EVEN BETTER.

T-Curious: Great review BUT I look forward to reading what more people say. I have heard from "some complainers" who say its too hard is it? Thx!!!

Dust in NM: Ok, here is the deal. I am starting my 5th week and it DOES work.I'm down about 14lbs and 2 1/2" from my waist. As most realistic people know to lose weight takes a willingness to put in the work for it. Yes p90x is hard work, but it works very well. You have to put in the workouts even the ones you aren't so sure of. (and for most of you guys out there that think Yoga is for girls, I DARE you to try to finish the yoga workout if it is so "easy")If you put in the hard work AND have the right nutrition that the programs asks of you it will do wonders, but you have to keep pressing play.

ED: p90x is great program i was lucky i didt have to buy it.but u do need to be in decent shape for it.also remember everybodys body is diffrent somes will lose weight faster than other so dont bash on any one.

Shylah: OH I am so sick of being fat I want to turn my body around in 90 days but all you say you gotta be in shape? So what do i do if, at 5'7" & 211 lbs you say i should not do P90X prgoram? i NEED HELP QUICK.

Mike: wow You guys need to stop complaining about this program. It's not gonna get you cut in 1 week. Its an advanced program for people that are in decent shape already. If you dont work out at all dont start with p90x. But if you can stick with it and do all the work outs it'll cut the shit outta you.

Le Mann: I haven't started p90x yet but I will soon. I'm aiming for this month. My cousin did this program and he got great results and now it my turn. What strikes me the most about this program is the concept of "Muscle Confussion". For you nay sayers: You are really dumb. Muscle Confusion makes perfect sense when you actually think about it.

Marc: For those who may think the workouts are that hard...you were obviously not doing it right since the program is designed for everyone to max out on reps for some exerises and weight/reps for others. You have to push it to gain...nothing good is free.

Heather L: I am on week 6 of this program and ive not lost a whole bunch of weight yet but ive definately noticed a change in size my love handles are smaller and i actually feel my abs starting to come back.I have more energy and i feel healthier all around. I dont follow the diet exactly i just eat healthy and make good decisions. I have had 3 kids 2,3, and 4 year old. So, i let myself go and i have never been through such an intense workout. My husband is in the army and he does pt everyday which for some reason he loves and he says this is way worse than anything he does in the army. I believe that the ones who are having bad results are not applying themselves hard enough and are not dedicated.

Nancy: The program did not work for me, sorry. P90X was tough, yes, and a lot of work. The pay off is not what I expected...after 3 months, I was only 4 lbs lighter and not in all that better shape. Plus I pulled some muscles I "never knew i had" that has made for a really difficult sex life. And I never heard anyone ask me about other products, before I got charged for things. I know they are not the only company who does this sorta thing, I just hate being bothered with it.

Derek: This is the highest level of fitness workout out there. If you don't want to work hard and follow the plan then don't order it. If you want results the right way and you follow the program, it will work. Anyone that says it doesn't work didn't put in the work. You have to sweat!!

Chris: Come on Guys- your all told it's an extreme program- It takes commitment. I got real tied of looking fat in pictures. I purchased the program and 90 days later I had gone from a size 16 to a size 6/8 and at 45 I look'n pretty fine.I have kept it off since and now I only have to do his 10 minute trainer to maintain everything. To top it off I didn't use the eating suggestions I just kept my eating habits at a low-fat content.

Kevin: P90x is a great program. I haven't read one negative comment anywhere that makes any sense. How can it be possible to work out an hour a day, 6 days a week, and eat right, and still not see results? If you're not seeing results, you're not trying. If a workout becomes easy, and you get "good" at it, its not doing anything for you. Your body becomes accustomed to the workload. Thats where muscle confusion comes in to make sure you're always working hard. For serious people that can make a committment, I highly reccomend P90x. It definately works. If you're lazy and like to make excuses, forget about it, nothing will ever work for you because the problem is you not the program.

Lori: I have been struggling with the P90X program more than I realized. I am almost afraid to ask, I don't want to be attacked...but, realistically, how much weight should i be losing on the program? I am about 21 lbs overweight, in decent health and have not lost a pound in the 13 days i've been on this. thx.

JR: Well, I've been doing P90X for about 5 weeks now and it's going pretty good. There were a couple people who said they did it for the whole 90 days and they weren't in any better shape. I don't understand how that's possible. I'm not ripping on anyone, or saying you're doing it wrong. I'm just wondering how doing set after set of pushups and pullups and curls, etc., you aren't in any better shape. As for me, I feel I'm improving in fitness. I've lost about 5 lbs. Not a whole lot, but I'm not concerned with that, I'm just gonna keep plugging away. Besides, I never expected to lose 25 lbs in 1 month or any other claims like that. Like I've said before, I didn't buy this because I believe the marketing claims or because of a "secret" to fitness. I just wanted a program that would help me workout consistently (because I know myself, and I know that I can get lazy). Anyway, I can feel the difference now from when I started. My pants are looser. I feel stronger during the workouts (i.e. I can do more reps than before). It's the little things that motivate you to keep going, to do a little bit more than the previous time. I feel it's worth it the program itself is beneficial. Results take time. The main thing is you have to do it for the long haul. Unless you're an actor who has the time to train for 4 hours a day, it's really hard to achieve magazine cover fitness in 3 months. Don't believe the claims. But at the same time, don't judge this workout by the claims either. It takes months and months, even years. I'm in it for the long haul.

JR: By the way, I am in favor of P90X and I generally agree with the people who like it. But man, there are a lot of cutting comments out there. For people who really like it, please just share your enthusiasm and experiences, but let's not rag on those who don't like it. And the same for the other side, if you don't like it, just say why. But you don't have to say it's worthless or a bad program, etc. I'm no fitness expert, so I'm here to learn as much as I can, and also to get some encouragement.

PJB38: Just got the P90X yesterday and did the 1st workout this morning .........all I can say is WOW !!! I have been working out seriously for about 3 1/2 years and this was exactly the kick in the ass I needed. My workouts had become routine and boring and no matter how I changed it up I hit the plateau withing weeks. This program will deliver the results I am looking for. The chest and back routine was awesome and left me winded, but excited!! As someone who is about to complete my trainer certification, I would have to say that this is not for someone who just decides they want to lose a few puonds and get in shape. I would strongly recommend that you get in decent shape before you drop the cash on the program. As for the negativity on this site...If you don't want the feedback , don't post. For those of you that are struggling with the program...try something different and maybe have someone do it with you to keep you focused. Nobody said it would be easy. See you in 90 days !!!!! :)

rc: I like p90x. I admit that I haven't gotten the results I wanted. But it was my own fault as I skipped some workout days and haven't been following the nutrition plan. However, I do feel that I'm in better shape and found the workouts to be easier since starting my second round of it. To those who purchased it--stick with it. If you are not in decent shape already, maybe find something a little less intense, then come back to P90x afterwards. Best wishes to all.

krunkster87: Honestly, this program works wonders if you acutally push yourself when you're doing it. They mention that is it meant for people who are already is somewhat decent shape who really want to get ripped. I personally did not follow the diet exactly as planned so I didn't lose that much fat, but thats my fault. I did however build some lean hard muscle just as they promised. I bust my ass and my shirt is just soaked in sweat by the end because I don't quit that easily. I never finished it all the way but the 7 weeks I did stick to it were amazing for me. I do admit that it is a long workout and I dread a few of the workouts but learn to love what you're doing for your body. By the way people- anything you order off of TV, usually they find a way to screw you over or over charge somehow so it's not just them.

noga please: people come on this ain't meant to be easy if it was they wouldn't call it a work-out program stop making yourselves feel good and accept that yall (the ones who quit or bashed the program)don'thave drive or ambission p90x is a great program very satisfied

Lacy: It does not make me "feel good" to come on this blog and state that, P90x was too easy of a program for me as well. I am in good shape & wanted a push but I have to agree that this was not so very intense. I think its just a gimmick, frankly.

renee winford: I have been doing this program for a oouple of weeks now and though weight loss is not evident yet, the changes in my body are. I feel better and can definately see a difference. I think the menu is extremely easy to following - just print it out cook and eat. All programs off their own products gee no surprise there how can anyone offer that up as a complaint. I thinks its GREAT and I have been doing this along time and own many many videos.

stephanie hadrian: P90x is one of the best workout programs ever, people who can't handle it are just weak or out of shape or completely lack will power and motivation. People who come on here with stupid complaints are just going to always be fat. It's that simple. You either have to be willing to get off your fat butt and move, or you will always stay the same. This is not a place for whiners to come and belly-ache, so if you don't have anything nice to say dont say it.

CB: Too many people blame P90X for their lack of motivation. It's not P90X's fault that people have a hard time committing to a healthy lifestyle. Being healthy is a lifelong commitment, not just a thing you do every so often at your leisure. Everyone must remember that there are 3 types of workouts to the system. I'm doing the lean version which is where I'm seeing my results. I bought it and I've seen results even though I'm still doing modified versions of all the push-ups and pull-ups. The most important thing to remember is that you didn't gain weight in one month so it's not fair to assume that you'll loose it in one month with rigorous exercise. It takes time and discipline; not just with P90X but with all types of exercises you choose to do. It is hard, but it's supposed to be. If you're motivated enough to make it through the 90 days and FOLLOW THE FOOD GUIDE, you'll get the results, and most likely keep up with the lifestyle. I haven't put on a bunch of muscle, I've lost fat, I look and feel better, and I'm a girl who worries about too much muscle gain and fat gain. For those who have injuries (like me) or a higher body fat percentage, P90X isn't for you. You're better off lowering your body fat percentage first, then trying P90X. That is why you're supposed to do the fitness test before starting the workout. This program isn't geared to injure you or make you look like a body builder. It's supposed to help your overall health, strength, agility, endurance, etc. I'm ending week 6 and I've noticed a significant change considering I had almost 0 muscle mass at the beginning. My only concern was if the program was okay for women to do. I didn't see results in my body size in 30 days, but everything else came first. Around the middle to end of my 5th week, I noticed that my tummy shrunk slightly. The only thing that's really motivated me is the mere fact that it took me 6 months to put on weight, so I expect by 6 months, to loose it. When my 90 days is over, I will do it again. Everybody's body type is different. I don't loose weight as fast as others, but knowing that, I'm still doing it enthusiasticly.

Tim: Really People! Why are you people giving this program a thumbs down. You haven't given it a real try and the first thing you read when you get this program is "Take the fitness test for this program might not be for you". I even think they mention it in the infomercial. It's an extreme program for extreme fitness and until you get through the 3 months and try to follow some form of healthy eating habits then you can rate the program. It's too hard, I don't have enough time, boo hooo. I have 2 kids a full time job and make time to keep myself healthy. Diet pills and flex belts are not going to do it, commitment and determination will.

Crazykitters897: I got P90X because it is a home workout and the cost of the 90 day program and equipment is about what I would pay in gym fees anyways. I am very happy with it so far.

ToddNargon: Short and sweet but I love it. I always show my wife the changes my body is going thru am up to day 50 - it's night and day. Just do it! - p90x

boxer21: Thanks Todd I will check it out. Hope its not too easy.

Lesa: I have been with Turbo Jam for over a month and looking for next level. It sounds like P90 is geared more toward men. I really like Sharlean who runs it. She explains things really well and is a great motivator. And she does have the next step..ChaLEANExtrem, I was debating switching to this P90, thank you all for your comments, all were very helpfull in making my decision.

123456PPP: P90X IS FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE ALREADY IN SHAPE. ITS NOT FOR BEGINERS. THATS WHY MOST PEOPLE DONT GET RESULTS CAUSE YOU ACTUALLY HAVE TO BE ABLE TO FINISH A WORKOUT. NOT EVERY EXCERSISES WORK THE SAME FOR EVERYBODY. WE ARE ALL DIFF. AND RESPOND DIFF. TO CERTAIN WORKOUTS. IF YOUR IN SHAPE AND WANT TO CHANGE IT UP AND GET RIPPED THIS WILL WORK. BUT JUST LIKE EVERYTHING ELSE IT AINT NO MAGIC PILL. IT TAKES LOTS OF HARD WORK AND DETERMINATION,CONSISTENCY, DISCIPLINE, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY A GOOD DIET TO LOOSE WEIGHT AND GAIN MUSCLE, NO MATTER WHAT EXCERSISE YOU DO. YOU JUST HAVE TO FIND WHAT WORKS FOR YOU. PERSONALLY NOTHING BEATS OLD SCHOOL WEIGHT TRAINING. BUT THIS IS A NICE CHANGE OF PACE.

Spike: Here's the bottom line, you cannot buy extreme physical fitness. Sweat, hard work and good eating habits bring it. I've worked out most of my adult life and think I'm in great shape but I knew after watching the P90X infomertial it was not going to be easy but I was bound and determined to get ripped abs. I'm on week 5 and they're starting to show. I only wish their diet schedule was as well planned and laid out in detail like Tony Horton explains each workout. Before you complain remember, their motto is "Bring it!"

Ken: I have used P90 and P90X for over five years. I rotate the programs depending on how I am feeling and my training goals. I am 39 and in the best shape of my life...flexible from the yoga and stretching, and toned from the push-up and pull-ups. Even after a two-month break, I can still do 15-20 pull-ups at the drop of a dime. The program is not for everyone, but it will challenge you and you will get results. Not magazine cover results, but good results that are definitely noticeable to family, friends, and strangers at the beach.

Kevin: I still can't believe all the people that say P90X is too easy. When i started I could only do 3 pull-ups, now I can do 15. I could do about 35 push-ups, now I can do over 60. My first round I used 25lb. dumbells for most of the exercises and 10lbs. for some of the harder ones. Now on my 2nd time around, I'm using 30's and 15's. The only people that can possibly say this is too easy are people that can do over 100 push-ups and pull-ups, and curl 100lb. dumbells. I'm guessing not one person on this blog can do that. I started out in decent shape, now I look like I should be on the cover of Men's Health. It is impossible for a workout to be too easy because all you have to do is add weight and/or reps. I would love to hear how much weight and how many reps some of you are doing. If you use the exact same weight and never increase reps, your body will adjust and no longer need to grow. You have to push yourself to do more every time you work out. Here's a real review that most guys in decent shape will appreciate: Before I started: I am 27 years old 6'0" 185lbs. Max bench- about 200lbs. I played baseball and basketball all my life and have always been in decent shape. Now: I can honestly say I am in the best shape of my life by far. These workouts are insane. I have no idea how much I can bench but I don't care because my chest is huge. This is the real deal. I couldn't even finish the workouts at first but still saw amazing results. I recomend this for people in decent shape who already work out, but are bored in the gym and need something different. 90 days will give you better results than a year messing around in the gym. By the way, my weight is exactly the same. But I look completely different. Weight means nothing. Good luck.

kellyandtom: P90X has worked for me and my husband. We were not tricked into buying anything we did not want, we just said no. There have been no unauthorized purchases on our card, we ordered the videos and the nutrition plan and that is what we received. The nutrition plan was great, really good food, just too much. TOO MUCH FOOD! There are a lot of workouts and 3 different plans, one for beginner, intermediate and advanced. I will definitely recommend this product. The workouts are challenging. I think I sweat more with the Yoga than anything else. My husband still thinks yogas really just for chicks.

shannon: it onlybeen 2week and yes it hard but when i feel like stopping or doing it half *ss it like he know what im thinking and say's what i need to haer to work hard

Melony B: I'm 38 yrs old and my husband and I started 2 weeks ago. We have a cruise coming up in 3 months and wanted something extreme to get us in shape. We're not very overweight, but need to lose 15-20 lbs and tone up. We are off and on workout people, we work out when we have an event and ease off afterwards. The workouts are crazy hard, but we're already seeing results, first you see it in your face, then your clothes are a litte looser. For anyone who doesnt believe in P90X, explain to me how anyone could workout hard for 6 days a week at a minimum of 6 hours and not lose weight? It's not physiologically possible,,,,,,well unless you're eating too many calories. I've done other beachbody dvds, such as Slim in 6 and always gotten great results. Its just not possible to workout this hard and not lose weight unless you're not being honest about your efforts!

cpt student: I perposely chose this program for a reason. I love a challenge, in anything I do for the first time! We all know that we don't get in the shape that we are in quickly, so don't expect to undo it quickly. Everyone out there is worth the hour a day that you should spend to be a better YOU! Give yourself the opportunity to really commit to a fitness and healthy eating program. We all have room for imporovement, but it takes dedication. Anything worth having takes time and EFFORT. We all would be in good shape if we could snap our fingers, take a pill and rub the proverbial "jeanie in the bottle". Some of us need more motivation than others, so I'm dedicated to my program once it's recieved, I will take the measurements, the pictures, and I will follow the program to the letter, etc. I want to prove to myself that I can do it and if that will help others out there, all the better. I look forward to a healthier and better fit ME!

Anonymous: I got mine from here. You can check out the videos first I got the pull up bar too and have noticed a real change in my upperbody both in the way it looks and in the mass I have built. I recommend this to anyone young or old. I'm 41. :)

Steve Jones: Need to clear this up, on how the rules of the ratings are. Are the votes, that the system (p90x) works in general, or if people who tried it thought it worked for they or not?

Machinegun Joe: Anyone wanna send me their used p90x dvd's I wanna try it.

Chris Thompson: Its great... but you do really have to work.

SCOTTY.K.: Well I was a boot camp instructor and this video set was awesome. You have to have serious to do this. It not a hit it and quit it type of workout.

dowhatyouwant: Hi,Steve J. I think..this blog site is meant to be a forum for consumers to evaluate a few different things about these diets/products ...not necessarily just the "end results." Because everyone is different, consumers also provide helpful info. about the difficulty of the diets/programs, the obstacles on the way, the amount of support/guidance, the tastes of the food, etc. Good luck finding what works for you.

JH: Just to clarify, to those admitting that P90x was just too much for their fitness level, kudos...you are not who I am addressing in the above. Start out out slow and follow a health eating and exercise plan, you can get there. The above is directed at those who can't believe this didn't work for them, when they were so out of shape to begin with they couldn't even do the exercises. It's like some people are almost intentionally stupid.

tina: Thanks for the link!!!

jon: I'm slightly just over weight. I'm 5'7, started at 190lb, after the first month I've lost 9lb. I followed the Classic program but I did my own diet program. I alternate between salads or Lean Cuisine for lunch, just been eating health than I ever had. As far I know, THIS PROGRAM WORKS for those who are looking into this program. You just have to remember what p90x is for (as some has stated already), this is for people who are already in shape (or close to, like me) and are ready to take it to the next level. I'm not seeing dramatic changes in my body yet, but I AM seeing changes than when i first started. These changes are enough to motivate me more, to keep going. Best of luck to everyone.

Rich: P90X is not a miracle Pill for bad eating Habits. With any work out program, Eating is 80% of the Loosing weight. Combined with the videos, you will get a great body. If you want something that is fast, Go to the Plastic Surgean and get the Abdominal Plasty. Then plan on doing it again every 2 years because of you eating habits. Do research, If you want motivation- Look in the Mirror. If that does not motivate you, these video's won't either.

Craig: I love all of the thumbs downs that are basically saying "I'm too fat, lazy or busy to stick with a workout, so this program is worthless." Do you really need to be rating it at that point? How do you find the time, really? To the folks that don't like their customer service - that is a legitimate complaint. They're definitely not snappy responding to getting money back. The program, to other people that might be reading this looking for feedback related to the actual workout, works. But it's not easy, nor is it meant to be. You have to work, and you have to work hard, and you have to commit to it. Truth be told, you could say that about any program out there. You need time, and a willingness to dedicate said time. If you don't, you will fail. That is certainly not the fault of the program, though.

Frank: Well, I am on my fourth week with P90X and I notice a difference in my arms and shoulders and in my flexibility. I think it gets a lot of negative reviews because it takes a lot of consistent work. People just want to take a pill to look good, that's why people that don't want to work are unhappy. I went through 3 different academies and these workouts are similiar to what I had to go through minus the yelling..lol. The workouts aren't boring because there are so many of them and you can add weight, do the workout correctly to make it more challenging. The bottom line is you have to "Bring It" to succeed.

jeanne: i think i didn't realize how advanced P90x was. I have total respect for you fitness buffs who can do this workout and keep it up. But yeah, i am just not ready for this, I'm basically a middle aged fat lady. I've discovered that Jillian Micahels is more my speed, she's definitely tough, I'm pretty sure she'd make an awesome drill sergeant lol....but she also understands what kinds of workouts are appropriate for very overweight folks, since that's who she deals with all the time. so i guess i am saying p90x is fine. just not for me.

Gabe: P90X is a huge time commitment. Minimum of 1 hour a day is the minimum. I would do it with a spouse. I've been doing it for a couple months now; Been getting good results. I was already in relatively good shape. I wanted to lose 20 lbs max and get toned and defined. This program will do that but it requires discipline. Like other posters have said, if you fail it is because it was too hard. I wouldn't really recommend it for women. I think it is more for guys who want to get a beach body. If you can stick with it you'll get the results you want. Dieting is the harder part in my opinion

Anonymous: This is a great workout! I love being able to workout at home where I can pause as needed to take care of my children's needs. Before I was going to a gym where you can drop your kids off, but they kept getting sick which would keep me from working out for a few weeks waiting for them to get better (not to mention the additional doctor bills). My husband and I are doing this together- I do recommend a workout buddy to keep you going. We push and encourage each other to keep going. My 3 year old even tries to join us. We have been doing this program for a few weeks and can already see improvement in our fitness levels. We look forward to the workouts. And to answer someone's question above- kenpo is like a kick boxing/ martial arts workout.

TopBuddy: Summary- P90x = good. If you are looking for an easy way out, this isn't it. So if you are a candy-a$$ who never finishes anything, then don't buy it. It doesn't matter what you buy if you are a quitter. If you are willing to work hard, but have just let yourself go the last couple of years, this is for you. TopBuddy- an honest American

Keke: I am an avid gym-goer and recently have tried the P90X. It is by far one of the best videos - yes it's intense and yes you have to be DEDICATED. I'm tired of seeing posts on this product "not working" STOP EATING so much JUNK FOOD. You need to eat clean, it's 80% of the overall weight-loss. On top of it, in addition to the videos you need to do ADDITIONAL CARDIO you can't lose weight with this, run, walk, swim, skip...but do something 5x per week for 40 minutes. You'll shred bodyfat. If you are expecting a miracle don't look for it here this is for someone who wants an extra edge - and YES muscle confusion is real. You can't do the same thing over and over and see results.... this is one hell of a good system... I'm definitely more lean now.

jay: p90x is for serios people - stick with it 90 day put less on your plat and most of you will be in the best shap of your life ps get off tv and computer remember do your best and forget the rest p90x

Patrick: People try it and READ everything before you do something. All the exercises are real and intense. If you dont know what muscle confusion, Kenpo, or plyometrics are then you dont have any business ordering P90X. Just push play....

BigBertha: WHen i was reading the reviews I thought maybe, what I needed was something hard like this to whip me in shape but, it looks like it could be too difficult at this time. Where can I start - I wiehg 371 lbs & wnna get all the wegiht off no matter what, like at least 200 lbs. P90X probably not for me. pleas help.

sabrina: I love p90x!I am in to my 4 week.I have gone from a size 9 to a 7.My arms look fantastic.Legs and butt are getting there. My husband tells me all the time that I am getting more toned.I have 12 weeks before we go to the beach.I am going to be in a bikini by then. Not to bad for a 38 almost 39 year old!YOU GET OUT OF IT WHAT YOU PUT IN TO IT.

throwdown: Wow...All I can say is how many of you people actually COMPLETED the program and gave it 100%??? I would guess only 5 percent of the people who posted negative comments. Stop blaming P90x for your lack of motivation and laziness. It is a good program and I have seen great results myself and from people who use it to the fullest. Stop being lazy and looking for an easy way out because there are none.

johnH.: Just read the review too. I think it looks like if you follow it you can really get a great workout!!! But does it really work? - p90x

Anonymous: p90x is a great workout you have to give it time 119.99 is nothing compared to belonging to a gym

Marty: What is with all the whining and complaining. this workout system is great. What do people expect? To get results you have to put in the effort. P90X does not promise magic results. You still have to have committment and discipline. The workouts are varied and difficult. If you want something easy, stay on the couch in front of your tv!

Rich: P90X will work but you have to do it. I have been doing it for only a week and the only other time I have felt as good as I do after these workouts was during basic training for the army. This is not for someone who isn't willing to push themselves to the limit. And everyone out there that thinks some of the workouts in the system (like yoga) are for chicks, try them and then tell me they're easy

Anonymous: Just saying that I know of people who have spent thousands of dollars for gym memberships, equipment, etc, over the years, and nothing comes close to the results that p90x can provide, if done properly. :)

Seriously: Does the P90x program work? Only as much as you put into it. Is the program a tool of MEGA mass marketing designed to sell you name brand equipment and supplements at inflated prices? You betcha! Yes the program is a bunch push-ups, pull-ups, curls, and aerobics, but what do you expect from a program that requires only dumbells and a pull-up bar? It's not like Tony's gonna tell you to hop on your bowflex and it's not like there are super-secret moves that bodybuilders protect, like magicians protect the secrets to their magic tricks. So, you could buy a book and build your own home workout routine, or pay top dollar to have someone else do it for you. Your choice. Check out the link to see.

Xander Caine: It worked for me, but I was in good shape to begin with. I would not recommend this program to obese people and anyone with injury.

baker: I think this program is great. It takes discipline. Some folks just don't get that. I have worked out at lots of levels and I really liked the fact that he the intesity is different. Suck it up, thought it was great.

Renee: Just wanted to say I Like p90x, its challenging. I;m only 6 days on and really feeling sore from this, in a good way tho! i have no intention of giving up, can't wait to see how it goes!

eb: P90x is a great workout, feeling the burn all over but you do not need the supplements, Just protein and a multivitamin, and eat food portions moderately with some extra cardio and you will get results...AB ripper is amazing!!!!!

KYLE: First off, P90x is more of a motivational routine than just showing you how to do things you already know. Secondly, you have to follow some sort of diet and actually eat healthy if you want any kind of results at all. Everyone on here says they didn't see any results or never lost any weight. My guess is that 98% of the people giving the review didn't complete and continue it and/or had not followed any kind of diet. You can't expect to get a great workout in and then head to McDonald's and grab a double quarter pounder and fries to supplement your muscles. It doesn't work like that. All in all, P90x is a rigourous workout routine that requires you to pass a pre-workout physical before you can even start. Once you have done that then you are ready to push yourself with the motivation of Tony Horton. It works if you can stick with it and have a healthy diet.

Ross: Sorry I got this, but never really did it to the end. I could do it, but I guess i'm just lazy, still searching for the right one for me.

Dee: Well but if a program is not motivating how can anyone stick with it? And if your not getting results, it makes it harder to stay motivated. I'm working up a sweat on this p90x but my body shape is not changing. I feel okay but not amazing. I'm about halfway through the program and, not planning on "giving up" but I can see why people get frustrated. Oh and PS, I have not been to a fast food restaurant since 1994.

Edwin: Read thru these reviews and thoguht it'd be smart for me to get P90x for powering up my workouts, getting me in way better shape. I did for the three monhts and can't say I see what hte big deal is about this. I wasn't impressed with the workouts or my results, and probably woudn't even posted, if they wasn't so many arguments here already, on the blog. I expected this to be eye opening or smething and it, wasn't.

Kelly Stevenson: Love love love p90x any haters out there either have not really worked it to the max or just gave up. Get it - its famous for a reason.

Gary: Most of the negative reviews on here seem to be coming form people who just could hack it. Do bag on a product because you are lazy or too busy. Reviews should be helpful to those who are looking to purchase a product. Youbeing lazy does not tell me if this product will benefit me after 90 days (that's how long you should use it to give an honest review). I just got my P90X, after 90 days I will come back and give a realistic review of the product, not my work ethic.

Drew: I think the majority of the people on the blog want an easy way out. If you want to eat right and lose weight and gain muscle...it's NOT going to be easy...no matter what program you do. This program says..eat right, workout 6 days a week and you'll get in better shape and lose weight. Seems pretty simple to me. It doesn't say...it's a magic pill. I think our society is so lazy that if it isn't given to us...it's the products fault. Actually do it the way it's recommended and it works. I've lost 10 lbs in 24 days. I haven't deviated from the meal plan, haven't cheated and have don my best on every workout. I'm thrilled with the results. The rest of you can keep looking for that magic pill. LAZY and UNDISCIPLINED is no way to go through life. Challenge yourself!

john: I have read through just about every thumbs-up and thumbs-down comment posted here. It seems they can all be summed up into two simple categories... the thumbs-up folks were committed, determined, hardworking, and they closely followed the program... the thumbs-down folks all seemed to say that they "cheated" or did their own version of things, or they just simply "lost motivation". It seems many wanted to get almost instant, miraculous results...and when they didn't, they gave up (probably like they have in many areas of life). This is not a pill or shake or crazy diet! This is a program for people who want to workout HARD and who will stick to a 90-day program. The claims the company makes about the results you will see are the same as the results you could get working out in a gym, on your own...if you know what you're doing and you stick to it! P90X is nothing more than a guide...a personal trainer for people who want to work-out at home. The muscle-confusion theory that they are promoting is something that truly works...and has been used by professional athletes and bodybuilders for years. I have been a P90X customer for the last 2 months. I have stuck with it, and I'm seeing great results in how I look and more importantly how I feel. So far I have lost about 20 pounds, and I am definitely getting lean and tone. I have about 20 more to go, but the scale is really not the best gauge...you need to take measurements! I have lost about 6 inches off my waist, and maintained my shoulder and chest size. With many diets and programs you will find yourself losing weight, but really just becoming a smaller version of the fat person you were. Because of the hardcore nature of the P90X program, you really get stronger...more muscular...and you see the fat disappearing.

tracy: I'm at the end of the first recovery week and I can tell a huge difference in endurance, strength, and flexibility. Don't buy this if you don't expect to work. You will spend anywhere from 60 to 90 minutes a day doing these workouts. They are intense. The first day that I did the workout I hated it and wished that I hadn't bought the program because it was tough. However, by the 2nd week I felt amazing. I have friends who have completed the 90 day cycle and they all got great results. Bottom line - if you are disciplined and motivated you will get results on this program.

mickey: P90x works great I did the whole program in 90 days the way you should do it I didn't cheat, and I got ripped. do the program right and you will get ripped.

Angi: Thank you for your comments tracy. Today is my first day, I found the workout extremely hard, but I did what I could do. I am extremely hungry this morning but I am determined to stick with it. I am over 40 and determined to get into my best shape ever. These are my expectations and I know I'll have to work hard to make it happen.

Petro: Alot of lazy people here who just dont know how to "bring it"! The program works.

Anonymous: P90X is an awesome program! It amazed me to read the number of individuals who've written that it's not. However, after reading their testimonials, many fail to make the necessary commitment needed for success. I have and the results have been outstanding. 3 month worrier now baby!

Gary: Come on people! Which part of e(X)treme did you not understand? It is not for people who are very unfit. You should start slower than P90X. P90X does not make not eat junk food. Do you really think you can get fit by eating crap and not work hard? I have not seen any research on muscle confusion. I believe it. Crossfit uses it and the troops in Iraq use Crossfit. BOTTOMLINE. You (I) can get good results if you do P90X and watch your diet. There is no magic pill out there...except hard work.

Tracy A: I have completed the first 4 weeks of the P90X program and WOW!!! I have incredible visual results. It is hard for me to accomodate the increased required calorie intake but I believe my weight loss problems were because I wasn't eating enough. I am so STOKED!!!! This isn't a program for someone with no willpower-you NEED to COMMIT PERIOD!!! Follow the guides & the suggested meal/nutrition recommendations. IT WORKS!!! On to the next 60 days!!!

Teresa: Hey all: I am only 2 wks into P90X. Anyway, I am about 30 pds. overweight. This is a very challenging workout. My advice to those who are unhappy with the level of intensity is do less reps and use lower weights. Set your own goals like he states if you can only do half the video oK that's ALOT better than nothing. You can work up to being able to do the entire workout and it will be great. I think if it's too hard for you, it's actually a good thing, you can use the videos longer as you slowly work up to the full intensity. Lets keep it positive.

san: I bought the P90x program and if you stick with the diet even though boring you will loose the weight. You need at least an hour and a half to do the work out if you don't have the time then you need to seek weightloss else where. This program isn't for everyone even Tony says that Rome wasn't built in a day and neither was your body. I suggest supplaments though I don't use the supplaments he offers I go to the herb shop or the vitamine shop in my area. I see myself shirking slow because I don't follow the diet and I cheat a lot but that is going to stop asap. Slow and steady wins the race.

Dexter: Sounds to me that most of you people who gave the program a thumbs down are week minded people who really want all the results without hard work. And Yoga is great for everyone not just women. Its going to take diligence and commitment to get the body you want. Nothing good ever comes easy. Reading what you "nay-sayers" was the comic relief I have been needing. Thanks and better luck on doing nothing and losing weight. Oh yeah, the work outs are great.

Fred Venturini: I agree with John. This is a hard workout. I hate to tell you people this, but if you STOP working out, lose motivation, or can't complete the program, that's your fault, not theirs. Folks that think they're getting ripped off because they don't know what plyometrics are need to do a little research. This is a great 90 departure from my normal heavy lifting routine to get in game shape for summer. If it's too hard, buy the belt that shocks your stomach while you eat brownies instead. You don't just push play and get thinner. Do the work, cut your calories to create a caloric deficit, and you're in business. Take the energy from complaining to actually exercise and maybe you'll get some results.

Lisa: I absolutely LOVE P90X and have recommended it to most of my friends. P90X is a killer workout and has a great nutritional plan to go with it. There are a lot of

chris: Its all about the work you put in to it...Hey just sit around and gain some more weight....Im sure youll find another program sitting in front of the tv....you have nothing to lose, but Im sure youll gain some weight...procrastonate some more, go look in the mirror...thats why it doesnt work, neither do you.......

Chris: I love P90X! Its all about what you put into it. Some times you just have to work alittle to get results and thats with everything single workout program out there. Beach Body is a great company my friends and I have had no problem with them what so ever.

liz: P90X ROCKS ITS THE BEST WORKOUT EVER, FOR THE PEOPLE OUT THERE WHO GIVE THUMBS DOWN I THINK THEY ARE LAZY. LOVE THE PROGRAM

Anonymous: This fitness program is for people who are committed to working out, and already in somewhat decent shape. You get back what you give. If you commit and actually do this program for 90 days, there is no way you won't see results. If you are out of shape, never go to the gym and lack self-discipline, don't order P90X. If you already work out regularly and aren't going to complain that it's too hard, then order it and you'll see great results. (BTW, some reviewers said it's too hard. How lazy/whiny/undisciplined are you? The work outs take 1 hour a day. I can do ANYTHING for an hour, an hour is not long).

ChevytruckIN: For those who have not seen the p90x video I think its definately worth watching to get a better idea of what you get before you get it. I love p90x it's really changing my body for the first time in my life.

Donovan: I am on week 4 of p90x. It is great. I have gone from 198 lbs to 188 lbs in 3.5 weeks, and feel great. This program as well as any other takes self discipline, if you have none, you will never succeed in any wieght loss program. Completely impressed and have not been scammed or lied to in any way. Don't expect them to be cheap on the price just because you might be cheap on the commitment. Bring it!

Lori: Here's another "two weeks..." story for you! I am a 5 foot tall, 125lb female. (my goal is to be 5'5" and 125lbs but since the height won't change I will settle for 105lbs) When I first heard about this program I thought it was targeted for men but regardless I was intrigued. I started on March 1st which was horrible timing. My husband was leaving for Afghanistan and it was hard spending time with him and focusing on the strict diet and workouts. After 2 weeks I decided to stop faking my way through it and just start over from the beginning. I am now 9 days into the program giving it my best effort. I found the diet to be difficult because I do not like to use suppliments or recovery drinks. I have a hard time spending $60 on products that taste like chalk but I have stuck to a low fat/high protein diet using the foods that are recommended. As a result, I have already lost 5 pounds! This program WORKS! But you have to have the mind set of actually doing just that, the WORK. I have my motivation of having a new body when my husband comes home just before the end of the program. If you want this program to work... motivation is the key! I agree with the majority of the comments that the thumbs down people are looking for a reason this program failed them when in turn -- they failed the program. Get off the internet and give it another chance!! Otherwise you have nothing to blame but yourself.

Chad: Note how many negative reviews are by people who for whatever reason did not do the program. Most people stop by 30 days. It is somewhat difficult but for overall fitness and not the usual "magic quick fix" it is very good and cheaper than a gym membership. Eat well and complete the program, then gripe if it does not work.

Jaimee: Love it! For the first 4 weeks I didn't do the supplements, I didn't want to consume the extra calories for the recovery drinks. My husband and I get up at 5 AM every morning, and every evening I was bonking. Now that I use the recovery drinks, I feel a difference. I've lost 10 pounds in six weeks and LOVE swimsuit shopping now! P90X...I hate it...but I LOVE it!

Roki2000: P90X is an excellent program for getting in shape. I'm in week 6 and the effort is paying dividends.I'm not sure of the discontent pertaining to cost. I still have my gym membership which is $50/month.If you compare, the P90X is most cost effective since most gym memberships are contracted for no less than 1 year. Of course they are trying to sell extra products. They are a business, you know, trying to maximize profits. Ever been through a fast food drive through and been offered the "biggie size" upgrade for a higher price? If you don't want to buy from then then don't. They can't force you to purchase anything you don't want to. I bought my bands, pull up bar, and weights from a sporting goods store and my supplements from GNC. The bottom line is that the program will work for you if you WORK IT. It's not easy but maximum effort will yield maximum results.

Rita A.: ChevytruckIN - thanks for posting that link to the p90x videos, I am considering getting this and by being able to see all the different parts of the system it makes more sense to me than anything I had read on here so far. Thanks again Rita

geoino: Sure it's hard work but what did you expect. For the lazies out there better try "Sweating to the Oldies. I'm getting great results!

DaveMills: I don't own this system. I actually researching it to see if it is right for me. I workout 4-5 times a week and consider myself to be in decent shape. Go to youtube and watch a video clip of someone doing a routine. I watched the chest/back video and immediately realized I need to train just to start this program. If you are a beginner or just looking for a diet plan to help lose weight, you are looking at the wrong program! The P90x should come with **NOT FOR BEGINNERS** on the front. Looking at the workout, there is no doubt it will work...for those able to do it.

Anonymous: I bought this program also, and got frustrated and stopped. This program is for those that are in really good shape to begin with and not for beginners. I'm fairly active and thought this would be great to lose weight and tone. I understand how the whole muscle weighs more than fat thing goes but I couldn't stick with it long enough. I've realized that yoga is not for me, at least the yoga on this tape. I have belly fat that gets in the way of all the twisting stretching and was uncomfortable! I think if they offered a beginners version they might have something that the average person can try and maybe they do but it's just not as advertised as well as the P90X. My life is too busy right now with my boys and myself playing sports but maybe come the winter months I could be more dedicated to give it a try

jaime: Love it- the ones complaining it seems over and over haven't stuck with it. Get some willpower or stop whining. Make the decision- the commitment to do it everyday- otherwise it's not fair to say it doesn't work. You failed- not the product.

John: Just a bunch of typical Americans who expect everything to come easy to them!! This program tells you from the beginning that you need to be disciplined!! All these people with negative input should be blaming themselves and not the system. P90x works but only those people who are truly committed to it. You get what you put into the program. For me, even though it is a challenge, I get up at 5:30 in the morning to do it because the results are there. Stop whining!!!

Redds2k: just started april 6, 2009. The first work out was great.Tried to do a second video but my arms said no after 20 mins. I woke up this morning and arms were sore so I know it worked. Poped in the next video and completed it. I wanted to stop alot but i told my self, if i stop, i'm going to pause it and pick up where i left off in a few mins. I still walk/jog 2miles 5 days out of the week. I think that everyone should do what they can do. Do 15mins, work you way to 30, until you complete the cd. Maybe the core syn is a good way to start up then doing the classic moves/routines first. But Never give up.

MDpilot: Many of you folks seem to rate the product thumbs down, but at the same time talk about losing motivation, not controlling your diet, etc. The problem is not the product, it's lazy ass consumers, like a lot of whiners of here, who expect results in a short time with little effort. That "it's too hard" attitude is why so many folks remain unhealthy, overweight, and ultimately unhappy.

bernie19: I agree with every thumbs up post on here. I considered myself to be in very good shape when I began P90X (about 3 weeks ago). I am 37, 6ft, 180. I run 6-8 miles a day, 3 days a week and lift weights (I have free weights and a bowflex). I was getting stale with the same routine, so I bought a used copy on craigslist, just to see. These workouts kick my butt. I was out of breath, tired, and sore. I have come close to throwing up a few times. Had I tried these 3 years ago when I was 220, I would have quit after 2 days. Point is, you do have to be in good shape to even think about starting this program. Look at the infomercial. No one is overweight. They are slim, with maybe a small beer gut, and little muscle tone- but not obese. If you have significant weight to lose, try a starter type program first, and work your way up. Stick with it, it won't be easy, and won't happen overnight, but it will happen if you hang in there. take it from someone who knows first hand.

Chris: P90X works, but it is up to you to do the work. First of all it is difficult. Very Difficult. And for somebody that isn't in at least some form of shape starting off with this program could be impossible. I can't understand how people can give it a thumbs down because they are lazy. It is a tough program that works if you stick with it. Period. That's all there is to it. Do the program and get results. I've been doing P90X for 3 weeks. I've lost about 6lbs and I haven't exactly stuck 100% to the nutrition plan. But I've worked my @ss off. If you are afraid to work hard DO NOT get P90X. Plain and simple. To a motivated person it is well worth the money.

jeff: A couple of my close friends used the P90 X dvds and loved them. They knew it was hard and stuck with it for about a month. My male friend said he gained an inch on his arms in the first month and my female friend lost an inch in her first month. I just used it for the first time and it felt like i was doing hard core conditioning back in my high school wrestling practice. I used to go to the gym everyday and that was working ok for me but it's very costly compared to these videos or just getting it through other means. These work outs are very intense but no one is expected to keep up with the hosts. You are on the other hand expected to not give up. You can always do to exercises you can always do them with assistance or use less weight and build your body up. You will get stronger and look better and that goes for any work out plan. It's up to the individual to hard and dedicate themselves. If you want the cut arms and six pack you have to earn it. nothing good comes easy.

Tom Whiste: My partner ordered P90x and said it was hard, but worth it. So I ordered it too. What they don't tell you is that in addition to doing all these reps of cardio, strength and toning stuff, you also need to eat right, and pretty much cut alchohol out of your diet. P90x works if you work it, but you gotta stick to the plan and I know a lot of people that aren't willing to do that, especially now with all the problems in the world. I am looking for whats right for me not knocking nobody or nothing.

Nate E.: This program is for real IF you have the time and motivation to see it to the end. Most of the negative reviews on this site are from people that say the didn't finish the program for whatever reason. Do this workout for three months and you WILL be in the best shape of your life!

Ted: This is a fantastic workout for people who actually want to workout and diet. You MUST do both of these things to get into shape. I have read many negative reviews, but it seems they are from lazy beginners. Listen people--there is a cost to getting in shape. It takes time, commitment, and hard work. If you don't want it then shut up, sit in your chair, and eat your peanut butter, hot dogs, and pizza. It will make you happier. However, if you want to look good then do P90x!

Dibbs: I sorry but I have to laugh when I read negative comments from people who try it for one month and then stop! If you really thinking about doing it, listen to the ones who have completed the whole 3 months routine. I'm in my 10th week and I will say this is not for beginners AKA whiners. You have to follow the program exactly and actually commit to finishing it. Trust me after the 3rd month, you will see results if you follow it completely. If you dont have 1hr to train everyday and you like to eat junk food, then dont buy it! It's not for you!!! Just to give you an idea of my results: 1st month-180 lbs,42" around my waist, and 38mm on my obliques (love Handles) measured with a body fat tool. 2nd month-175 lbs, 37" around my waist, and 36mm on my obliques. 3rd month- 170 lbs 33" around my waist, and 32mm on my obliques. Body fat 21.5% in the beginning. currently 12% body fat and still going strong. Hope this helps.

Dave: P90X is hard. It is not 2 min abs. If you want to work hard and get in the best shape of your life, then it is for you. If you are not into that, or just want to lose a little bit of weight, then consider something else.

Shannon W.: I was not impressed with this P90x at all. I'd consider myself a pretty advanced exerciser, and was looking to lose the 'last 10 pounds' of baby weight. This was not it for me. Not enough cardio to get the fat burned off. Might be a good option to get more toned, but I didn't think it was the right approach for weight loss. I gave it my all - 8 weeks of working out 6 days a week with eating right (followed the weight watchers point system along with this exercise program) and only lost 2 pounds.

Rick: I completed the entire program as recommended and had AWESOME results. This program is not easy and not for everyone, but if you feel you are mentally and physically tough, then this may be the program for you. have read some of the complaints on this blog, and people trash the program without COMMITTING to doing the COMPLETE program with 90 days of exercise and PROPER diet. P90X takes all the thought process out of it getting in shape. Just do the program for both diet and exercise EXACTLY as they tell you and the results WILL come. PERIOD! If you pick and chose which workouts you feel like doing, skip workouts, and sort of kinda maybe perhaps follow the nutrition plan then your going to get out of it what you put into it. Not much! This is a challeging program for people who want to acheive the best shape of there lives, not for people who are not willing to commit at least an hour per day everyday to exercise and control their diet for EVERY meal. The bottom line is, this program is beautiful if done properly but a lot of people will have a difficult time if they lack the desire and willpower to achieve their overall fitness goals.

KiA: I'm a former division I women's basketball player and I have not had a workout this good since I left college. If you notice the commercials or website never claim that this workout is designed for severely overweight people. In fact, it clearly states that if you're not fit this is not the workout for you. In the first week I lost 13lbs and a couple inches off my waist. If you're fit and trying to take it to the next level, no other program out there is better than p90x. Its not for quitters and people that are generally lazy.

Joe: I love the reviews that mention "usual lazy Americans" when it's an AMERICAN workout regimen. With that said, what's up with people giving thumbs down votes when they lack the motivation to finish the program the way it's meant to be? How is that the program's fault? I have a hard time seeing good products like this get down-voted for silly reasons such as laziness. I COMMITTED to finishing this and am now 11 weeks in and in the best shape of my life. Sure, it's not fun to take the time out of my day or drop certain foods but I have to deal. Overall, GREAT program that is unfairly represented on this page.

Dawn: I see alot of people do not like there P90x and was wondering if anyone was intereseted in selling theirs Me and my husband have been wanting to buy it.

Derek: All of you people who are whining and complaining about not seeing your results within a week are absoutly crazy. I was 150lbs diabetic and recieved this product in the mail. After reading all the disclaimers I dedicated myself to this program and am THRILLED with the results. As with any program you must stick with it. Do what they say and how they say. You cant cherry pick and expect to have the "beach body". Change your lifestyle and get your results. otherwise yous hould just go jogging and get your average results. This program is about being physicaly superior in every way to the normal human. If you do decide you wish to improve yourself in the most drastic way possible, do expect to be sore beyone beliefe for the first couple weeks. That means it is working and you are doing things correctly. Also expect some time before you see results. This is not a crash diet or plastic surgery. All in all this program is not for everyone. Only the eliete will be able to commit to this and complete it. GO P90X! BRING IT!!!!

Kim: My husband and I did the entire 90 days. We followed the diet 100% the first 30 days but it is tough. It's a lot of strange foods but LOTS of it!! But its a good way to learn how to eat healthy. Overall, even though I only lost a few pounds I am definitely stronger, more toned and in shape. It is definitely not for the sedentary person though! You should already be in fairly good shape before beginning. Try it...you'll love it!!

PJB38: Well, day 88 today and I feel awesome !!!! The workouts have been exactly what I needed and the results are even better than I expected. I actually ordered P90X Plus yesterday and can't wait to crack it open this weekend and start a new program. For those who are in the program.........keep bringin' it !!! For those that did not like the program, keep looking, there is something out there that might work better for YOU ! Some of the comments on here are kinda harsh.......you either liked it or didn't .....no need to tear people apart for not loving it as much as you did ! Keep you posted on P90+ !!!!! P90 - OUT !!

Melanie: Oh my dam, I guess everyone's opinion is sooo different on this blog. But anyway I started the program on March 9, to be exact and weighed 280 wearing size 22/24. I have gotten down to a size 16 so far and it's 4/16. My goal is to get down to a size 10 and to whatever weight that would be. But for me it's workin. I mean it is hard as hell especially since I couldnt even do a single push up or pull up for that matter. And I was definitely intimidated by the whole routine. But after just finally getting into it, I just stayed prayerful and positive about it. Still don't like to really exercise but I am definitely motivated by the weight loss results I have. That nutrition plan I just use as a guide somewhat but don't really follow it to the tee. I'm not doing anymore dieting, period, in my life. I just use common sense when it comes to eating. I've just been cutting back, not cutting out, some of that junk food & fast food I was eating. And that's it. Oh and btw, I saw an earlier post from someone who said anyone posting a pos. to post pics of b4 & after. Hell why can't we all just post pics. Thumbs up, thumbs down or question mark? : ) I already did my before pic b4 I started this program.

michelle: After reading the reviews I dont feel bad that I stuck with the program. Its me and 2 friends that follows the program for the 6 day workout week. I am 288 pounds, she is over 300 and the guy is under 220. We have been doing this program for 5 weeks now and although I see no changes in weight, the changes are all in my clothes. I look so much better in them than I have in years. Oh and dont worry, not an infomercial because we burned the dvds so we havent spent any money except to go to the store and buy bands, and bars. Its hard but doing it with each other motivates us to continue the workout and I am proud of my results so far and cant wait until the end of the program to see where I am....

Ken: Some years ago I joined a gym and worked out with a trainer 3 days a week. 2 or 3 other days I was on my own. All the workouts were very intense and used what I guess this program calls 'muscle confusion'. Always mixing it up and pushing to the limit. The workouts were a full intense hour long. There were a few times I worked out so hard I could swear I heard dead relatives calling to me... it could be that draining..... The point of all this is it sounds like this workout plan is asking for the same intense commitment my trainer asked for and required back then. The results I got were phenomenal. I have never been in better shape before or since, nor have I ever worked harder to be in shape. Too often at the gym I see people on stairmasters or some other equipment reading their magazines or books. I have to laugh because they are simply going through the motions. Serious workouts require serious commitment, dedication, focus and concentration, regardless of how mundane they may seem. To get to the next level you need to constantly push yourself. You need to sweat, to hurt and fall over weak at the knees when you first start out... it should get easier, but if it gets too easy you ain't doin it right. Commitment and focus will get you there. Don't give it a "lick and a promise." I don't know about this workout... there are a thousand different one's out there... But I do know what it takes to truly be in shape. The old mantra, "No Pain, No Gain" is the absolute truth. Hope this helps someone with their decision to buy or not to buy.

rwb: Great workouts!! but it is not for the faint hearted. Prepare to spend 1 to 1 1/2 hours a day. My guess is the people that don't like it don't have the drive to do it. I have been religious now to a month and have seen dramatic results.. lost 15 lbs and increased muscle. If you stick with it and manage your diet it is a great program! If you dont have the discipline.. forget it!

Paulette: So many proponents of this system, are just blaming those who don't like it for being lazy or not motivated. I agree that, i see a number of posts here from people who clearly were NOT ready for P90x or perhaps didn't have the drive to continue, but that wasn't not my problem with the system. I am not afraid of commiting to a program like this,a nd went for it with all my heart & soul. ITs tough, Iw as sore and within the first two weeks made a lot of progress. However, after that point,no matter how I switched up the workouts and pushed harder, I still didn't make any further gains. So I mean,I guess it was good that i immediately lost a couple inches and gained some strength, but somehow, it didn't get me any farther along, I think I will probaby just hire a trainer from here on out.

Anonymous: I was an athlete in college and remain a competive triathlete today, and this program is probably too difficult for most people. If you are in pretty good shape already (ie. can run a mile in less than 8 minutes and can do 20 push ups and 7-10 pull ups) the program will likely greatly improve your endurance, strength, flexibility and definition. Peeps who have discipline, motivation, and eating issues who are looking to just lose some weight should keep their money, and look for an easier program to stick with. I started the program two months after competing in a 140.6 mile Ironman and it kicked my ass the first week. Keep the discs, after you get yourselves to a manageble weight, give yourself a chance to succeed and give it another shot.

Taryn: This is a kick butt get your ass in gear type workout. It's not for the squemish or anyone that has not been active or graduated from Power 90. They are very clear in the title of this program AND on all the adverstising, that this is a tough and EXTREME workout system. Now I'm just a regular SAHM to 2 young kids and I used this program to shed my baby weight. It was brilliant. The muscle confusion is key to getting results. Coupled with proper nutrition, which the no-fail guide provides for you. You must WANT it! Yes, this program is not for everyone, although I do think there are plenty of people that underestimate themselves and get scared off from trying this. Tony says himself in each video..."MODIFY, MODIFY, MODIFY". I think this program must be doing something right if after 6 or so years of being out on the market, they still capture a wild popularity from their TV infomercials or simply, word of mouth. I say go for it...if you are ready to BRING IT! P.S. The negative banter and personal digs are just not necessary. Everyone is entitled to their opinion here, but do those the favor that are truly looking for guidance if this is the right program for them, keep the name calling and "digs" off the blogs. Everyone here has their own right to achieve their fitness goals. How they get there, is up to them and what works best.

Matt: HOw much is it?

JEss: Did the weightloss program for 90 days, followed the program exact and thought it, was just a so-so workout. I mean, there were aspects that were a little challenging but, it didn't take long to master the p90x, for me anyways. I used to work out a lot and got out of shape in recent years, thought this would jsut , get me conditioned. For all the hype I seen surrounding this, I was let down. I am in a little bit better shape but nothing extreme. I feelthat, I gave it my best shot, and now I gotta see what else I can do. I don't expect to look as good as at 22 (now am 37) but if I could get close, I'd be happy.

Wally: First off before I describe my experience with P90X...THIS IS NOT A WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM! This is a program for people who want to pack on some muscle...not just loose weight! For those of you looking to loose a grip of weight...this isn't the program for you. Yes you will lose weight, but you will also gain weight as well. Muscle weighs more than fat. This program is meant to burn fat, but ADD muscle. Ok...enough of that I've been doing P90X for a couple weeks now, and so far I really enjoy it. It is harder than hell, and some of the workouts kick my ass, as I can only do a few reps ( which is fine...we all have to start somewhere ). I bought this program to aid me as a workout partner...to keep me motivated to push hard and not just toss around the weights for 15 minutes and call it quits. It's nice to have something to keep you going. When I worked out by myself before, I would lose motivation because my routines became boring and repetitive...so rightfully so I didn't work out as hard as I should have. I'm not the most fit person in the world...I'm strong in quite a few areas, but to call me fit would be pushing it. I'm 6'4 258 lbs...pull ups are a MOFO for me and I simply cannot do them!! Did that make me just say this program was a piece of crap because of my lack of strength??? NOOOO, I found a way to help me do them and it has been working great...and hopefully before long I can start doing normal ones as in the video. It takes time people...it takes time to build the strength, but you have to commit to it and not just throw your hands in the air and say F'it! To many people want fitness to come easy...well I hate to burst your bubble but it doesn't. For the people that don't like this program, I'm sorry, but doing the research before hand should have made you realize that this wasn't going to be easy. That's why they include the fitness test....I was borderline on a few of the tests, and I can see why they have you do it! If you cannot come close on the tests, you are not going to be able to do many of these exercises. They even recommend for beginners to start with the regular P90, and then move to the p90X...the "X" means extreme! And I know some of you are going to get pissy over this, but I need to ask! For the people who have done this program and said you had ZERO results, 1.) How well did you follow the diet? 2.) Did you use any kind of supplements, which are recommended by the way ( and no, not just what they try to sell you, but actual supplements from like GNC or what not )?? 3.) How hard did you push yourself...did you commit to the full hour and push yourself till you are about to throw up? 4.) Did you increase your weights per reps as the program moved on? Simple things like these questions will make or break your results! When I commit to something, I COMMIT...especially if I paid for it like I did this. I'm going to get my money's worth out of it, even if it means I'm going to struggle my ass off for 90 damn days doing it. And if after those 90 days, I don't see any results, I will gladly come back here and let everyone know. But I don't doubt that after 90 days I wont see a difference. OHHHH and one other thing...I will admit that some of the claims and pictures of these people after JUST 90 days, is a little far fetched and bogus. Some I believe, and others are just to ripped for it to happen in JUST 90 days ( after a few rounds of P90X, but not just one ). But the workouts are real, if they weren't, my shirt wouldn't be sopping wet with sweat by the time I am done, and my muscles on FREAKIN FIRE! Anywhoo, that is my take on all of this. You'll only get out of it what you put into it!

BUSTER: Yo matt the best prices and to make sure you get the good deal are at the links in the review. The link from Chevy is the same above. Peace.

DC: P90X IS UNBELIEVABLE...IVE BEEN ON IT FOR 7 DAYS,FOLLOWED THE DIET SO FAR,AND MY SIX PACK IS ALREADY REVEALING MY CHEST AND BICEPS ARE EXTREMELY CUT AND THE YOGA DVD IS BY FAR THE BEST ONE OUT OF THEM ALL. P90X IS NOT FOR ANYONE THOUGH. I THINK ITS FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE ALREADY MODERATELY FIT,BUT CANT FIGURE OUT AN EATING SCHEME. I HAVE BEEN WORKING OUT FOR YRS NOW AND NOTHING HAS GOTTEN ME IN THE SHAPE IM GETTING IN LIKE THIS REGIMEN. NUTRITION IS THE KEY. STICK WITH IT AND YOULL GET THE RESULTS. P90 X IS LEGIT...BUT NOT FOR THE BEGINNER, THATS WHY THERE IS AN X ON THE END OF P90. TRY P90 FIRST.

WVBEERDRINKER@YAHOO.COM: HERE ARE THE FACTS. I AM STARTING P90X MAY 6 2009 AND I AM CERTAIN IT WILL WORK FOR ME BECAUSE I WILL GIVE MY ALL TO THE PROGRAM. I HOPE THAT ALL WHO TRY TO GET IN SHAPE ARE SUCCESSFUL BUT WITHOUT DESIRE, DEDICATION, AND DISAPLINE NO EXCERCISE PLAN WILL WORK. IT IS WHAT IT IS.

PCluver: I did p90x religiously for 90 days. I liked the workouts but it took time and commitment. At the end I looked better and I am fit, but not ripped like the advertised. Since then I have done another 2 months and I am improving but not like advertised.

Ashley: I love this program. My husband and I have been doing it for 3 weeks so far, and are already starting to see results, and I just had a baby. We actually look forward to doing the exercises, its not "diet pill" easy and some of the workouts do kick my *ss, but we enjoy feeling and looking better.

Mark: All you Thumb-Downers are F'ed in the head! It is IMPOSSIBLE not to get results from this workout IF YOU GIVE 100%. Yeah, I struggled in the beginning and still struggle....I fall all over the place in the yoga workout. If you failed..it's your own fault. Don't bash this workout because you failed to commit. 60 days in and I feel and look great. It's a lifestyle...not a diet.

Todd: I have been very pleased with the program thus far. I am 60 days into it and on my 2nd recvoery week. The workouts are varied and pretty well rounded. It is true that the supplements are part of the overall regimen, but their needs are explained throughout the workout. I did not care for the protein bars, but the rcvoery formula has been absolutley key to me getting through the first 60 days. It requires discipline but my overall body shape has been noticed by many who all "ask what are you doing differently?". I am not following the nutrition plan, but I ate ate pretty well anyway, I simply know how hard I work out and what it takes to burn those empty calories and I majke different choices. I still look forward to the workouts and in general they take about an hour a day. Well worth it, you simply need to decide how serious you are about getting back in shape.

Terrel: All you folks sound like a bounch of F$%#N whiners. I bet none of you thumbdowners has ever completed a workout program in your lives.Like the manual says, "THIS AINT FOR THE FAINT".Men, grow a pair and stop whining. Give your ladies something more appeasing to look at besides that 46in. waist and those distgusting love handles. GET OFF THE COUCH!! PUT DOWN THE BEER, PIZZA!!etc. AND WORK THE DAMN PROGRAM!!If you do this, you may be able to go shirtless at the beach since in forever. You will be flirted with more. Maybe, just maybe, you'll be able to give your lady more than 5 minutes in the sack before passing out and roling over, or visa versa. YES, it gives you STAMINA!! And ladies, I haven't forgotten about you. If you answer yes to any of these questions, P90X is for you.Do you still blame your excess flab on your kids even though you gave birth over 5yrs ago? Will nothing short of tear gas extract your man from the computer? Does your man down a six pack, or take a couple of shots of something before making love? If you answered yes to any of those questions, then P90X is for you. Oh yeah, and ladies have you ever asked your man that age old question, "Honey do I look fat in this or that?", "Do you still love everything about me?","Are you still attracted to me?" Answer #1- You already know the answer by the fact that you asked the question. Yes you're too fat for that. Don't expect us to be truthful. #2-The simple and logical answer we're gonna give you is yes. But in our mind the answer is yes, but not EVERTHING about you. We're just being nice, and smart. #3-If he needs to down a six pack, and be begged off the computer before sleeping with you, then you have your answer. Hope y'all appreciate some real talk. Just try it and like the man says, "Just keep pushing play."

Matt: Reading these posts I continue to wonder why people always make excuses as to whether or not a program works based on a week or a month into the program. If you stick with any workout routine, you will get results. I'm on my second 90 day plan, and for that matter, never heard p90x will get you from 240lbs and a huge beer gut to 165 and a six pack in 90 days. It will however get you in the best shape of your life. All 12 of the programs work to shape you into whatever YOU want. If you do the work, it may be 180 or 360 days to get results you really want. Just stick with it. I only lost 12 lbs on the scale, but a whopping 6% body fat. That means I actually lost 25lbs but gained about 12lbs of muscle. Just because the scale says you only lost a pound or two doesn't mean you didn't lose more. You just gained muscle. P90X is awesome!!!!!

kevin: awesome just watchd the videos thanks chevy! gonna order and also get the bands and the pullup bar

Nathaniel: I have not tried p90x yet. I wanted to research it a little more first. I am a personal trainer through NASM and I am always looking for new ideas to help myself and my clients. I train my clients with a lot of the same techniques. I always tell them that the program I design for them WILL work if they stick to it. I give them and analogy, "I will design a map for them to get from point A to point B. The map is the safest and fastest route. If they try to find their own way it will take a lot longer. If the stick to the map they will get there. In other words if they deviate from the program even in the slightest it will delay them. My clients who have stuck exactly to their program saw the results they wanted. The others that didn't took longer and some got frustrated and some burned out b/c it took so long. I will bet that if anyone sticks the this workout plan to the T, those are the ones that will see the best results. You may not lose much at first but you will feel better and will probably have lost inches. Remember muscle ways more than fat, so if you gain muscle and lose fat you may weigh the same. But eventually you will tone up.

Daren: It is a pattern. The people who did not like P90X say they did not stick with it. Try it for the 90 days and then talk about it. It is a good program. I found the workouts easy to follow. It is a lot cheaper than going to the gym and waiting to get on a machine you want to use,

Ben: I was reading some of these posts. PEOPLE this is a tool, not a magic program. You can't expect results right away other than feeling your muscles working. You can't weight yourself all the time, you just need to use a mirror. Muscles weights twice as much as fat. So the first month ur weight shouldn't change that much. If you don't want to bulk up, us smaller weights or no weights. And if your life is too busy to stick with the program, that's not the programs fault... being healthy is a lifestyle and a commitment and it takes work...!@

Mig: The workouts are extremely hardcore at first. I like it, I feel/see the results already after 3 weeks.

Suzanne: My husband and I have been doing P90X since February 20th. He's 51 and I'm 47. He's lost 23 lbs and I've lost 12. I'm in a size 6 for the 1st time in 7 years and we both love the routines and nutrition ideas. We bought our pull up bar, resistance bands and yoga stuff from places other than Beachbody, and we loosely follow their diet program - I do Weight Watchers and my husband follows their guidelines more closely. Also, we bought supplements Synthe6 from the Vitamin Shoppe. We feel great, look great and have no complaints about the company or the routines. It takes work and commitment, but so would any other routine. If you don't have the time to devote to it, they also make some other routines (10 minute workout) that might fit into your lifestyle. P.S. My husband is an ex football player, lifelong jock and a "man's man" and he does the yoga too - doens't love it but likes the flexibility it is giving him. There are several folks at my workplace who are also doing it. I say go for it!

randy: I read some of this to help me decide if I want to make a purchase. Much like the people I encounter in everyday life, most of the folks here seem to admit lacking self discipline. This is key to success in an exercise program. In some strange way this proves to me that this program has very good potential for success. As for the credit card rip-off, I think most people simply dont pay attention to fine print. I am going for it because I know that I can make it work for me.One thing I do find interesting though is the phrase- "get ripped in 90 days" ! Think about it.

Larry: Honestly, all you need to do is run,sit ups, pull pus, push ups and squats.Thats all you need for a full work out. Everyone knows what they should and should'nt eat. If you want to gain size, hit the free weights. If you want long and lean(ladies) low weights and a lot of reps. Don't waist money on any programs on late night tv. - P90x

Eric: p90x is just what i was looking for. it is not for wimps. you have to be serious. last year i went from 205 to 155 in 5 months. i still do the workouts and i do mix it up. you can follow thier diet program or invent your own like i did. i read the book you on a diet and came up with my own lifestyle of eating. i am 44 years old now and thinking about entering triathalons.i also ride my bike 48 miles a week just for the heck of it. p90x gets 2 giant thumbs up from me. tony horton is a bad mammer jammer. thanks tony.

Joe Johnson: The P90x is the real deal ive used it for one month and have already got cut up stop being lazy and just do it it takes hard work to build guns

BusyB70: I think that all of the people that are griping about P90X and complaining about not getting any results are just lazy people that never find any kind of workout that works for them because they are not the exercising kind of people. Most smart people would have just bought them second hand from whiners like all of you like on craigslist. P90X is a great work out but you have to have the confidence and self motivation.

John: New Diet alert! You can sit on your fat *ss and eat anything you want but if you order today for just $99.00 you will loose up to 50 pounds in 30 days. Yay! Sorry that doesn't exist!! You people should be ashamed of yourselves! Get off your ass, go to the gym, put down the soda and junk food, drink some water, eat some lean protein and some veggies and presto! You will never get anything for free, not even a nice looking body. I love this work out program. I lost 36 pounds and can complete a 5K with no problems at all but yes their was some sacrifice! Get a life you lazy *ss people!

p90xergirl: P90x is a great program! Most of yall complaining just sound lazy and looking for a quick solution to lose weight. This is an INTENSE program. They even go so far as to tell you that and provide a fitness test to take before starting to see if this is the right program for you. They state clearly if you don't pass the test or you are looking for a less intense workout then P90X is NOT for you. Read past the first pages of the booklet and you would know that. I didn't pass portion of the test, but I'm sticking with the program regardless and I feel great now! 1 month in it. It takes dedication to the program and eating right to see results just like with any other workout program.

Gary Williams: P90X hits the spot for me I have been working out for years and in good shape, but using the P90X has taken me to another level size and shape, it WORKS.

Anonymous: i have ordered p90x and im overweight! i want to see pics. of men who weighed over 280+lbs. ans see the aftermath! ?

kimbo: I am a 36year old mother of two and I have been a Type 1 diabetic for almost 30years. I am on day 6 of P90x. I would like to lose about 20-25 pounds and to get in much better shape. Truthfully I am a bit lazy. I come home from work and sit on the couch after dinner with no activity. I have purchased other workout videos in the past and either got bored with them or they stayed in the cellophane. I truly enjoy the workouts. I am not in great shape but I have been really proud of myself because I have completed every work out of P90x. It is very challenging and fun. I like the variety in the workouts. I sat down and read through all the manuals and have stuck with the diet. I am VERY sore. The workouts are extremely challenging. I push myself to the limit but not beyond that. There is alot of bashing on this website. Losing weight isn't nearly as easy as gaining weight. It can be difficult to find a program that gives you the results you want. For me personally I like the challenge of P90x.

Debby: I made a mistake I saw all the positives post here and signed up for P90X not really knowing how it works. This is so not for me. I don't want to be ripped and I certainly dont have all that time to workout like that. The nutritious tips are great and all but not enough. This is just not for me. I am thinking about trying out the south beach diet. I read people lost like 30 pounds doing it.

Kevin: I just got the P90X system and it is by far one of the hardest workouts I have ever done. With the warmup and cooldown parts the workouts dont even last an hour and I was dying and I workout 5-6 times a week. This system is NOT for people who are obese (sorry)its just too tough. For those of you who started and stopped after a couple of weeks or didn't like the meal plans or your choices of what to it, shame on you. Working out, dieting and getting (staying in shape) is tough, you people seem to complain that you put in the dvds and the weight didnt just come off, you actually had to do some hard work and make some sacrifices

the nerd: I have the program, the workouts are difficult, and it is hard to stay motivated if you do not already maintain a healthy lifestyle. However, to say that it is a waste of money, I have to disagree. You can find this for next to nothing if you are resourceful, and the exercises are basic and work. It is for people who are in good enough shape to make it through the fitness test. If you can't make it through the test, then perhaps this is a bit too advanced for you.

Brandon: I don't understand how someone can give P90x a bad review because they can't stick to it....if you can't stick to this program you'll always be overweight because you don't have what it takes to be in good shape. This is a top notch fitness program and they say that in their commercials. You have to be MOTIVATED and work your ass off, if you do that you will get in great shape.

Anonymous: so who wants to sell me there P90x system since most people on here decided they didnt like it and aren't using it?

C-ROCK: P90X WORKS. IT'S TOUGH, BUT TO GET RESULTS YOU HAVE TO WORK HARD, HAVE A GREAT NUTITION PLAN, AND STICK WITH IT. I PERSONALY USED P90 FOR 60 DAYS AND HAD THE RESULTS I WANTED. BUT I DON'T CARE WHAT MY WEIGHT IS AS LONG AS THE MIRROR IS SATISFIED. I WAS IN SHAPE WHEN I STARTED BUT P90 TOPPED IT OFF. I DID THEIR WORKOUT W/ MY NUTRITION PLAN AND HAD GREAT SUCCESS. YOU WANT A GREAT WORKOUT GET P90X, IF YOUR LAZY OR DON'T HAVE 2 HOURS A DAY TO SPARE FOR YOUR OWN GOOD THEN DON'T ORDER IT.

Mell: I love P90X it is not a system for people that just want some chick work out. This is for core training and beginners can do this program but they cannot expect to keep up. You do the works the best you can with perfect form that is how you get results.

amy: I have been on the P90X for 2 weeks. I was already in decent shape but wasn't able to lose the last 25 lbs from my pregnancy. I have lost 4 lbs so far. I wish that I had measured myself before I started. My clothes are getting a little baggy. I am seeing more muscle definition in my arms, legs, and abs. I really think this program will work if you stick with it. The workouts are very intense, but they show you how to make adjustments until you gain enough strenth to do it their way. I was soaked with sweat after the yoga workout. Nothing about this is easy.

allen williams: I am 26 and recently been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, I am trying to find something that is going to cut 40 pounds, but not kill my body, is there anyone else out there with the same issues, and tried this product?

Frank: P90X is a great program, You get out of it only what you put into it. I have no complaints about it, even the customer service was great. This program as a whole is not for beginers, but you can use parts of it to get ready for the complete program. well worth the money and I would buy it again.

Joe: P90X is AMAZING. I can't beleive so many people are blaming P90X because they can't perform the exercises. Come on people, do your home work a little before ordering something, OMG. I've been doing P90X for 95 days now and have lost 42 lbs. I would recomend it to anyone who has "serious intentions" of finishing the program and not giving up. Your body took longer than 90 days to get so out of shape, so it's not going to magically transform overnight, people are just lazy, plain and simple. Bottom line, P90X ROCKS!

Ely: OF course losing weight takes a lot of time, and some patience. And consistency. I was alos sick of all the diet pills that said, they'd get the wegiht off without me having to work. I didn't buy that approach. Went with p90x but man. It took a long time to even complete a workout. I think I;d have to do it for 5 yrs to see results I want. Very disappointed with what i got out of this, vs what i putinto it.

thunder4cat: P90X SOUNDS AWESOME AM GONNA TRY IT OUT WILL REPORT BACK.

mare: I am 59 and have been using P90X for about 5 weeks now. I love it. If I can see results at 59 anyone should be able to see them. The key is to actually do it. Not skip things that are difficult, do them to the best of your ability and you will get better as time goes on. Don't get discouraged if you don't notice weight loss. Muscle weighs more than fat. Pay moe attention to the way your clothes fit rather than what the scale says. I have done some form of exercise for 20 years. This program is better than anything I have ever done.

Daniel G: P90X is awesome! Very tough workout. Stick with it and you will get the results as advertised. Most "thumbs down" reviewers openly admit that they quit the program. Why give a "thumbs down" when you didn't actually do it? Sorry folks, have to get up off your tail and actually do the workouts to see results. This is one tough program.

Da Boss' Wife: People are complaining about it but some of them didn't even try to do the full 90 days as it says. The program is called P90x which is not for beginners, it's extreme!! I for one love it and like with any other workout, you need to stay motivated, be patient and give it your all. The weight won't come off immediately, if it took a while to get the weight on, it'll take time to get it off. I'm not following the nutrition plan but my body has definitely changed in 2 months and I'm able to do more now than when I started the program. It's not always about losing weight, it's also about building muscle. I always feel good about myself when I complete the workouts.

ModT: IT does seem like a lot of people maybe didnt' give P90X the fair chance before giving up but I think a lot of others are like me- tried real hard and just found that the adverti/difficulty level of the porgram, was much greater than expected. I lift & exercise at a moderate copacity and wanted to realy, make a difference& step it up. Expected the first week or so to be hard but it was all just, a whole lotta nada. So I had to modify it. Stuck it out for the whole time but, did fewer reps, etc. Maybe it sounds lame to some of you, it was what felt right to me. And in the end, I saw VERY minor changes in body comp.NOT somethign I want to do again I am finding there are better programs out there, thanks for all the constructive feedback.

Joe G: I finished P90X for the full 12 weeks (missed maybe 3-4 workouts total) and went from 239 lbs to 218 lbs. I didn't follow the nutrition guide...it was almost a carb free diet, so I did the Atkins diet while on P90X. My body fat also went from 26% down to 19%. This program works (like a lot of others) BUT YOU HAVE TO COMMIT YOURSELF TO FOLLOWING IT EVERYDAY FOR THE WHOLE PROGRAM! I'm not a tree-hugger, but having been a fat kid and working all my adult life to keep the weight off, I am speaking from experience. Once you begin a diet or workout regime, results will happen if you stick with it! "Losing interest" is a personal decision and not the fault of the workout program. P90X does work. I'm not on their payroll! Just give it 12 honest weeks and you'll see. 3 people from my work are doing it now too and at least one has reported a 10 lb loss...without following the diet/nutrition guide like I did. Just eating carb free.

scott: me and my girlfriend started this program and it was hard but we pushed through it and we see the results. I believe that you need a partner when you start this program so you won't get lazy and you push each other to actually do it what i did'nt like is the money i spent for the correct food in the diet but well worth it to me now went from size 40 to 36 in the waist whoo hoo!!!!!!!!!!

Eric: This program is for gaining mucle mass and strenght, it is tough, pushes you to your limits. Well worth the purchase if you actually use the product, as with anything.

DK: Of course this program is for motivated, energetic people. I love this program. I gained muscle, became leaner, more defined, and burned fat. All you have to do is reduce the carb intake, do your daily workout, and feel great! I HIGHLY recommend this program to anyone who has the motivation to devote about one hour a day for three months.

Chesterfield016: yeah yeah, it works, it works, oky. the programs gotta lotta benefits i'll admit. what i need most is appetite suppression, p90x doesn't give me that. pretty much, am eating same amt of calories as burning itseems, & thats no good. i need, more than this to get where i need to be.

Knockers: I'm in the Army, and to me our early morning PT is not enough. Its just enough to maintain but not enough to go to the next level. I lost 60 pounds before joining the Army and actually gained weight in basic training so I need to get the weight off I'm pretty sure this is the program I need cuzz it looks fairly hard. It's all about attitude and self discipline America.

P90x Survivor: If you would stick with it and finish (p*ssies) you could post a valid review

awesome242: its not about losing lbs its about losing inches.muscle weighs more than fat. I had my son about 8 months ago but i am ready to get back on the wagon. i borrowed the program from a friend and am only in day 2 and yes it is kicking my out of shape butt. but i refuse to give up! so i guess we'll see how it goes!

JamieD: My son is about to turn 7 months and its time to fit back into my old pile of jeans! I am in my second week and I think it is AWESOME!! I have never been so sore and loving it! If you don't want to get bulky then do the Lean program...there are 3 different schedules to try, classic, double and lean!! If you go to the gym you still do the same workouts on different days so how is a different cd each day any different! I'm not into yoga but I needed it on that day bc it was great stretching! I haven't gotten to the nutrition plan...but I am simply eating healthy! The only thing I hated seeing was the numerous spelling errors in the booklets...lol! :)

Rosina Caldera: For anybody that are serious about working out these are the the workouts. I love them and maybe a little pricy but well worth it. Bottom line if you dont like working out, nothing will work, you purchase a treadwill for 1,000 and still never get on it, whats the difference. I don't recommend these videos to people that are looking for an easy way to lose. I love the challenge and endurance, I'm stronger and more active and I am 45 and looking good.

T Sanders: p90x is for someone that really has the get up and go you didnt get fat in 90 days so your not going to lose it in 90 days unless your really want to do it work hard and sick it out and really let it burn and youll see the real p90x in you you really want it get of the computer and put the cheese burger down its only 90 day do the program as followed and then after 90 days come bace and then putt your comment in easy to put fat on harder to take it off ALL I CAN SAY IS RIPP IT UP BE HARD ON YOUR SELF FOR 90 DAYS AND GET WHAT YOU WANT DONT BE AND THEN DONT BITCH ITS NOT P90X WORRY FOR YOUR LAZY BUT

MICK: WHat's the best fat burner? Imean, yeah, P90X works for muscle, but I still gotta gut I want ta get rid of.

JG: Some of these comments are really amazing to me. Complaints about not wanting to get ripped - well then - don't buy P90X. Do some cardio. And then theres the people who want to lose all their weight in 1 month and think 90 days is just way too long. Being healthy is a lifestyle. Sure - try another diet pill to get rid of the butt you gained from sitting around and eating burgers. It will only last so long. You need to change your lifestyle if you really want results. Eat healthy - excercise hard. I haven't started the program yet. I just got it. So, who knows how I will like it. But - really people - use some common sence. No - you should not buy P90X if you just want to do yoga. Buy a YOGA video or take a class. And - I challenge the guy who thinks yoga is for girls to try and strength training yoga and then tell me what he thinks.

CarbonNasty: I think some of these comments are silly. I am ex military about to be 30 and needed to get back into shape. I bought the program have been doing it for a couple months, have already been accused of doing steroids, and my lady loves how I am looking all tore up again. This program is challenging, but the thing is I have been exercising since I was in high school. I already have the physical predisposition to get all jacked again. My lady hasn't exercised since high school and she is getting stronger too. It takes commitment and eyes on a goal. Tony tells you very simply, and it's common sense, "Rome wasn't built in a day and neither was your body." This program is great for people on the run, it's cheaper than a gym membership, it gets you back in the routine of exercising everyday (and that's really the important part), and it's fun! As for the diet plan I will agree that it isn't the most straight forward, but I was raised properly and know that eating junk food is bad for me. Seriously...take some responsibility people. Pills aren't the answer and exercising doesn't give you the right to eat garbage. Remember not to get discouraged when you begin...the trainers are in much MUCH better shape than you are. You may not be very good at first, but you'll get there. Best wishes.

DJ: I read alot of the negative comments I was kind of sceptical myself when I was looking at peoples before pictures and would of been happy there. I started the program and love it. But do not purchase if your not serious and not willing to work! You never get bored but you have to stay focused on your goal

KyroP: No, boring s not a word i would use to describe P90x, though challengng, for sure, is what this program is. I'm doing my best to stick it out but, some days man, I just can't find the motivatoin. Does it get easir to stay on it in time? I'm 11 days on and practicly gave up over the weekend. Feel exhauseted today.

bridgeinSaMoCA: P90X is not for weight loss. It's for fat loss. They are two different things. I read that in their literature and on the internet after being disappointed with my own P90X experience. I've been at it of and on for two months, and religiously for the past 3 weeks. My measurements are shrinking. I am neither gaining nor losing weight. Starting to get compliments on my emerging "cuts". Once you wrap your head around P90X NOT being for weight loss, your good to go. Enjoy being fit!

Chris: P90X is awesome! I 100% recommend it to anyone. I'm on week 5 and I've lost 10 pounds and have already started building lean solid muscle. All of the negative comments are coming from uneducated fat and lazy morons who want to sit on the couch and and eat twinkies and lose weight. It comes with a fit test that your supposed to take prior to starting the workouts. You have to know how to read. It's not supposed to be easy so quit whining. I've been an athlete my whole life and at 45 years old I can tell you this program works.

Erin: I'm on week 3 and have already seen and felt results. I am following the diet and it isn't bad at all. I agree with a lot of what other people are saying about those who are leaving negative. They aren't giving it a chance and are giving up. I liked the comment on how this isn't P7X or P21X and agree that many people are just lazy and are expecting great things from no effort. You really have to "bring it" if you want the results and the diet has to be done with no cheeseburger cheats otherwise there is no point. After each workout I am exhausted, sweating and completely out of breath. I am so sore the next day and even mroe sore a few days after but I know this is because my muscles are working hard. Pain is good! I personally take potassium and bee pollan and have found that gives me more energy and makes me less tired and lazy. It also helps with not being hungry all the time. The first week was really hard as my body was denied the sweets and carbs it survived on for so long. I actually had bad headaches from it but now I feel great and the potassium helped with the headaches as well. I am looking forward to day 90. On another note...this is a serious workout routine and you must be in fairly good shape to be able to do it. I don't think it is meant as a crazy weight loss program. For those of you who don't want to gain muscles I would recommend the "lean" route of P90X instead of the classic (another option is doubles). For those of you who don't want to do Yoga because that is for "chicks"...grow up. Yoga is an execercise developed to build flexibility and strenghten muscle. It's also in the privacy of your own home so I don't see how or why your lack of self confidence and ego affect this. The program is designed to offer a variety of techniques and execercises and by skipping out on ones you don't like or don't want to do you are just cheating the program and yourself. Your loss. Anyone reading this, I would completely disregard all comments made by those who have no completely followed through with the program for 90 days, skipped out on excercises because of their ego, or continued eating junk...obviously the program will not give you results if any of those are the case and people who have done any of those and are leaving negative are just looking for someone to blame for their incompetence. Be prepared to workout HARD and if you get stuck or need motivation look at a current photo and visualize where you want to be. It helps!

E-rock: I have been doing P90X for about 2 weeks now. I am not a person who is in the best shape, but I am also not some fat potato chip eating, tv watching, lazy slob. After each workout my body is screaming at me it is so sore. (even after the Yoga and Kempo) My shirts and shorts are drenched in sweat. To see results you need to put the effort in up front and not give up after 1 or 2 weeks. I look at myself in the mirror and I still really don't see any physical changes yet but that is not going to make me give up on the program. I feel that working out for the hour or so a day helps bring a level of focus and clarity back into my mind after a hard day at the office. All in all, after 2 weeks my body is feeling great and I have a ton of energy I never knew i had! Lazy slobs with zero levels of effort and even lower levels of dedication and self respect should spend their 120 on another case of beer, new batteries for their remote, and a bag or two of pork rinds and not on p90x.

ChevytruckIN: You're all VERY welcome!!! BTW - They just updated the p90x site here is the new link for it for anyone who has not seen it already you can actually watch a clip from all 12 of the p90x videos!! CHECK IT OUT. Almost 200 thumbs up!!!

skywalker_002: The p90x pull up bar I got is much better than the iron gym one I had before it. Thumbs up on my 5th week luvin it so far!

rockstarr: The thing is you have to try it to actually give it a thumbs down! I am only in my second week and see results. Yes the workouts are tough but that's what drives me to work harder. I just don't agree with the people on here who was about to get it and decided not to giving it a thumbs down based on other folks opinions.

Alpha21: Seriously, people. You can't say that you didn't follow the P90x program and then complain that it didn't work. You can't do only 20 days out of 90 and say the program is a sc*m. You can't discount muscle confusion because you didn't take the time to find out what it is. And for those of you who don't know, muscle confusion is nothing more than switching up your routine so that you body has trouble adapting and going into coast mode, which in turn encourages muscle development and fat loss. Yoga, ployometrics, stretching, resistance training - P90X has it all to get you into peak physical shape. P90X requires dedication - lots of it. Follow the plan. Follow the diet. Finish the program. You will see dramatic results. The program also takes into consideration different levels of physical fitness offering variations of each exercise from novice level to advance. It's not easy...sitting around getting fatter is easy. I know. I did it for years. P90X was a challenge, but it was the best decision I ever made.

Zooba: WAAAAAAH! "I can't figure out why I'm so fat.... these tapes don't work.... they're too hard.... How come I can't lose weight and still eat twinkies....." WAAAAAAAH! Guess what. The tapes are hard. The diet is hard. You've gone and eaten yourself into a fat, nasty coma and now you want to find something that will get you all fixed up while you sit on your ass and eat cheetos - it ain't gonna happen. If you want to lose that crap around your belly it's going to take hard work. These tapes and the program will get you there - IF YOU FOLLOW IT. So, here's a summary of answers to the negative posts that I've seen out here: * "The diet doesn't work" - try this... get the krispy kreme out of your face hole and actually try the diet for more than one meal... * "The workout is too hard" - you're probably right. If you're idea of exercise for the last several years has been to push the remote control button on your TV, I wouldn't recomend this. Try Richard Simmons. * "It's not hard enough" - You're doing wrong. Doing bicep curls with a pair of socks for an hour really isn't going to show too many positive results. *"The music is icky" - get an MP3 *"It doesn't push me hard enough" - No sh**. It's a video. It kind of implies that YOU actually have to have at least an ounce of your own motivation. If you want to have your own personal coach, go buy one at your local gym. Ah, there's too many other stupid comments to go on. Of course this works. It's basic physiology - you take in fewer calories and burn more you lose weight; you do enough push ups, you get stronger. If it's not working for you, you're either too far gone for this set of tapes or you're doing it wrong.

B33: For all you people who are writing reviews that it is horrible and you cant loose weight..well...its not really to loose weight its to tone and bulk up depending on which type of training you decide to do they give you three options. It isn't for someone who is just beginning and haven't moved off the sofa in 5 years its for people who are already in shape for the most part and want more and it does say that. The exercises work if you actually DO the exercises and do it according to a plan. My husband is a personal trainer and absolutely loves this. I completely agree with Zooba's comment!!!!! If you aren't motivated to do the exercises and NOT eat like crap then it will work!!! It's so simple. None of those crap diets will work. Burn more off than what you take in. It's always been that simple! So stop complaining!!!!!!!!!

dpat: p90x is intense and does work for those that are mentally and physically strong enough to complete the workouts on a daily basis. if you are more than 30 lbs. overweight, i would not recommend p90x because it will probably without a doubt be too difficult for you to do. i would recommend starting with an easier plan. for those of you that are just a little flabby and want to tighten up again should seriously consider ordering this program. you will look and feel so much better within the first week or two and than it will become addicting. i have seen good results without even following the eating plan. i just substitute my after dinner snacking for a p90x workout.

ataylor: Im overweight and have been using P90x. When i started i was 250 pounds and lost 40 of it. Its not easy but if you keep up with it, only do what you can, and keep tabs on your progress it definately works. You just have to want it.

jtaaron: This p90x program has potential, i can feel it, the workouts may be killer but i have to admit i'm struggling. Struggling is good, don't give up people. I'm on week 3, nearing the end of phase 1. It takes committment and patience.

twm: I've been doing P90X for 7 weeks. That's about 40 days or so. I absolutely love it. I see a lot of post on here who say that it did not work for them but most of them did not do the whole program it seems. According to the website you see the most results in the last 30 days. They tell you in the beginning of the video to do your best. I love it and recommend this product. Almost everybody at work it doing it. I have seen all positive results. I put a lot of effort in so what you put in is what you get out.

Andrew: ITs working so far, not easy but I'm up for the challenge. My problem is that, well I really feel I need something for my appetiete. i just have a HUGE appetite thats getting bigger the more I workout with this. Can someone recommend something to gowith P90x, for appetite suppresson?

Eric: Andrew, as your activity level goes up, you appetite will increase accordingly. This is not a bad thing. You body is adapting to the change in activity. Under-eating is counter productive. I am just beginning this workout based off of a friend's suggestion who had great results. He said that early on, he wasn't eating enough and once he increased his calories, he saw his weight decrease a little and had much quicker results. As long as you are eating the right foods, don't fret about the calorie increase. Good luck with the program!

AB: This is only my 5th day and I came here looking for support. The workouts are intense, and I'm convinced I'll see results-how could you not if you are working out over an hour a day!

Andrew: HEy thanks man. Gonna stick with P90x, and search the site to see if I can find something to help out. Helps to know I can eat more, jsut want to make sure I'm gonna make the right choices, you know? Appreciate teh feedbak.

Roy: I got it as a gift, and my wife and I have been doing it for 7 weeks so far. (We're in the 2nd phase recovery week). Say what you want about it being hard, and the diet tough to follow, but we're 41 years old, not athletic, and have followed it religiously. My waist has gone from a 36" to a 30.5" in 7 weeks. My upper arms doubled in size. My body is really unrecognizable as the same one I had 2 weeks ago. My wife has lost several inches off her waist and backside, and looks better than she has since she had our 3 kids. Yes, it's tough -- yes, it sucks to follow the diet -- and yes, it's a pain to wake up an hour early every day. But there's no way someone who does it as hard as they can every day, and follows the plan completely, can honestly say it doesn't work. Because it does. DO NOT QUIT!!

d: i've been there and i will tell you this, if you've never worked out before then don't bother. Go eat more fat and quit b*tch'n about it. Working out is hard its supposed to be. If it were easy we would all look like Tony. Stick with it. Diet. And if you push the play button you will see the results. I had an issue with the company and i called and they explained it to me. It was simple. Just like Tony says, don't want this to be to easy, don't want to smoke a cigarette while doin this. It works and i feel like a 20 year old and my real age is 40. Rock On.

connie: doing this program has been one o f the greatest challenges, i swear, it takes a lot of dedication. but after the first week, i sorta became, i dunno, almost like addicted to doing it. like my day, wasn't compelt without my p90x workout,is that weird to say? any way, i've made drastic improvements in my shape, smaller hips, thighs, waist, much more toned & defined all over. thumb up.

Larry: I think the concept of "muscle confusion" is brilliant & its something we've all experineced whether we realize it or not. i noticed how when i switch up my exercise routine, i get results faster, both in terms of shredding and muscle growht and fat loss. Eveyrone knows the saying 'variety is the spice of life' and the fact is that P90x works off the simple principle that your body performs better when you switch it up a little, rather than letting your msucles get so used to your workout that there "bored." i know you all know what i mean, you get stuck in that workout rut. thats what i like about this. it pushes my body and challenges me without ever falling into monotony,.

desmond_rice: Program rocks; you guys are all right, its a real workout thanks for the link. i can see how some peopel could give up on it altogehter, just remember, u r only hurting yourself if thts the case. i'm on day 20 and feel stronger already, once you get into this, its awesome.

Renee': I have had this program a year now. When I first started this program I thought I would die! After just a month doing it, I found I had better stamina in different areas of my life and more energy for every day things. It is HARD! And is mades for those that can pass a simple fitness test. If you are not in decent shape already please try another one of the programs. Start with just the P90. And for those of you that are saying you have not lost the 'weight'. This program does not concern itself with weight, but size and health. Dont look at the scale, look at your measuring tape. Stay away from the scale, tape, etc except for three times, 30 day, 60 day, and 90 days. After one month of not following the fitness plan but just eating healthy and showing up and pushing play, I saw muscles that I had forgot I had. I am starting again this week due to it being winter and I know I do not get the excercise that I do during the summer. Please do not get discouraged for those that have this program, show up, push play, and the rest will follow

Biff: By far the hardest workout I've ever done. Although I did not eat right I still saw dramatic results. I loved the athletic approach to the program with Kenpo, Yoga, and Plyometrics. I saw an increase in the amount of reps on every set each phase. I suggest incorporating a workout partner or two into the routine, because there will be plenty of times you will be to damn tired or unmotivated to punish you body. Good Luck!

thisguy2497: i started p 90 x about a week ago and i was wondering if it would affect the work out in anyway if i was to start running 1 mile or 2 everyday.......someone gimme a response....!

P90X – America’s #1 at Home DVD Workout Program

In-home fitness programs appear to be a dime a dozen these days. Stay at home some afternoon and peruse the infomercials. This program is for women and is designed for weight loss. That program is for men and is designed for strength. Another involves an hour’s worth of dance moves. And still others encourage all sorts of improbable maneuvers and positions. It can be difficult for consumers, no matter their gender or their specific fitness needs, to sort through all the options.

Now, however, there is P90X® from Beach Body®, a 90-day combination fitness and nutrition program that is ideal for use by men and women who want to lose weight, sculpt their bodies, improve cardiovascular performance and simply improve overall fitness. In our opinion, P90X® represents the most reasonable and exciting option for in-home fitness. Below, we’ll look at the main idea behind P90X®, as well as some of the intriguing workouts consumers get to perform.

Main Program and What it Does
P90X® is based on something called Muscle Confusion™. Very simply, but effectively, this means consumers put their bodies through a variety of workouts, as led by the P90X® videos. The variety at work here does not allow the body’s muscles to “get used to” the workout routines. In this way, consumers avoid the exercise plateau associated with workouts repeated over time. Instead, P90X® helps consumers continually stimulate, challenge and push the body to ever new levels of fitness.

The fitness regimen is spread across 12 DVDs that feature the following workouts: Chest & Back, Pylometrics, Shoulders & Arms, Yoga X, Legs & Back, Kenpo X, X Stretch, Core Synergistics, Chest/Shoulders & Triceps, Back & Biceps, Cardio X and Ab Ripper X.

As the names suggest, some of these workouts are conventional. We all know how to do push-ups and squats, for example. But P90X® also employs more innovative techniques, like Pylometrics, which involves jumping as cardio workout, and Kenpo X, which involves punching/kicking moves for cardio endurance.

To compliment this muscle-confusing, body-challenging blend of workouts, P90X® comes with a 3-Phase Nutrition Plan that increases energy while it trims fat. Together, these two aspects of P90X® should prove extremely useful for toning and strengthening the body.

You can see some awesome video presentations on the website, which shows how powerful and effective this program really is. Definitely check out the videos to get a feel for P90X.

 Price
P90X® can be purchased for $119.99 plus $14.95 shipping & handling at this time. The program is reasonable, and P90X® requires very little equipment. In fact, consumers can accomplish the 90-day regimen with some resistance bands and a place to do pull-ups. If you don’t have these things, you can add them on to your P90X order for a fair price. You can get the best workout for much less money than a gym membership, and you can enjoy it all from the comfort of your own home.

 Positives
• P90X® is comprehensive in its approach to fitness and nutrition.
• P90X’s® presentation is convincing.
• P90X® is useful for all types of consumers.
• P90X® requires very little equipment, and so little cost over time.

 Website
The P90X® website is simple and informative. We appreciated the descriptive videos attached to each of the 12 workouts. This is a great way to get a handle on the entire P90X® project. The ordering process is simple and easy to navigate.

 Final Facts
P90X® is a great option, plain and simple, for men and women who want to lose weight and get fit at the same time. The program avoids many of the pitfalls associated with diet programs alone or exercise programs alone. Instead, P90X® offers a sensible and innovative approach to pushing the body to achieve its highest, healthiest limits. If you’re tired of sorting through the milieu of workouts and diets out there, visit the P90X® website. We’re absolutely sure you’ll like what you see and want the P90X® for your own.
